Sofias Haven - Shore 3 Residences T1

Will always book this whenever we need to stay in Pasay. good location smooth transaction

Near location Good air conditioning good internet connection

The comforters are good quality its just it dont smell nice we stayed here twice. Last time its was good this time its not good. No free toiletries but thats fine I was just used to other place we stayed they have free soaps etc. But all in all its okay

-Near to SM MOA. -Netflix Access -Aircon -Friendly security guards

I noticed some small cockroaches. To address the issue, I recommend using cockroach powder, which is readily available online and highly effective in eliminating them. It was already 2 hours past out check in time when we arrived and we still experienced a delay with the registration system at reception. Despite having emailed proof of booking, they directed us to contact the property representative after speaking with admin, resulting in an almost 30-minute wait.

The location

The apartment is gross, cockroaches are all over place. The slippers provided were so dirty. The blanket is so thin..I.found a strand of hair on the pillow. The host is unresponsive to my queries. I will never book again and won't refer this place at all. Sometimes.the owners of condo units think that they can just list their properties in booking sites without even understanding and responsibilities of hosting the place.

it was ok stay.. i saw few ipis na maliit but over all ok naman

All. The whole room was good.

Only the small cockroach under the sink. The utensils, glass plates we're there.

The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary toiletries and the variety of pillows to choose from. The location was perfect.

Everything! 😍 We'll book again 😁

None, again, everything was just perfect! 😍

The check-in process is smooth and easy. The unit met our expectation and we had a great stay! I highly recommend Sofias Haven for your leisure stay and it is walking distance to Mall of Asia where you can find all what you need. The Owner is easy to communicate with as well. Thanks. Until next time.

Overall I can say that the place is highly recommended to every one. You can relax after your exhausting day. The facilities are complete for my own preference. I thought there is no internet but there is and with good connection😇😇😇 The owner it self was really accommodating, respectful and on time. I don’t have any photos but what you can see in the application is what you will see in the reality. See you again for my next booking. God Bless

Seamless check in process. Complete amenities and the place was great.😀

It’s clean! Their bedding is very comfy. With basic toiletries and bath towels. With extra blanket too. We really enjoyed our stay.
