The staff was nice and polite.

They have a band Friday Saturday 6to 10 pm that was not advertised on website we were directly above the music, wifi was terrible at best (very slow or not working), only TV is you tube and terrible to navigate. Huge cockroaches in bathroom. The food was super expensive for toast and egg and coffee, we eat at 7/11. The pool noise of screaming kids was over powering. I booked it because in the pictures it has rock climbing wall, hanging walkway, none of which were open down for repairs. By the look of it I got the feeling that the owner does not care about upkeep or staff (3 at coffee bar one at front counter) i will find another location next visit to manila. Sad face.

The hotel staff are very friendly and the rooms are clean.

Some guests were hanging out in the Level 4 lounge area and were being quite loud, despite it being past 10:00 pm.

Si vous cherchez un établissement aux normes occidentales, aseptisé où tout est parfait le Selah n'est pas fait pour vous. Hôtel filipino avec du bruit, des enfants qui jouent,de la musique, des familles des rires et un personnel adorable. La vraie vie Phillipine.

What I like about the property is that its staff are accomodating

I did not like a lot of things such as "Everything has charge" they don't give much attention with maintenance even they charged extra fee (corkage) the aircon cover in our barkada room suddenly falls off, the elevator is too small, I like Tabla though the food is good I hate the hotel rules does not fit to its service such as you'll pay ₱20,000 if the people beside your room complaint regarding any noise and guess what, the wall is wood and not stone😬

Check in was chaos and took way too long; the pool was jammed with children for months day; the room was very basic and did not match the photos

Very disappointing stay. The cleanliness and maintenance standards were far below what should be expected from a hotel. The toilet was dirty and extremely outdated. The lobby lounge and dining area had no air conditioning, making both areas uncomfortable, especially during warm weather. The beds and blankets did not appear clean, and I even noticed what looked like pet footprints or stains on the bedding, which was unacceptable. Most of the furniture and facilities were old, worn out, and in need of renovation. To make matters worse, the TV remote was not functioning.

The Pool and the ambience. Good for Kids as we adults also enjoyed playing with the Jenga Bricks and Huge Bamboo Swing:-)

The Toilet it's untidy. For a Group like us yes the room is full of beds that's why we don't have Toilet inside our room but atleast you have a proper sink for toothbrushing and face washing. They also cut off the water that's why there's a Poop unflushed in the Toilet;-( and There's cockroaches on the stairs and lobby.

Location is good and felt secured.

Too noisy,especially around the pool area and the sound system for the live band was uncomfortably too loud. Toilet and bathroom was mouldy, window curtains are dusty.

One of the hotels, that give away a philippino vibe. There was no hot water, it was airwarm, but otherwise, we liked it here.

Jammer genoeg door een gecancelde vlucht konden we niet genieten van ons verblijf. Desondanks zag het er super mooi uit. Hopelijk een volgende keer :)

The food is good, staff are friendly and they play music on Saturdays. The pool is also clean and there's a store nearby in case something is needed.

The Parking area is a bit small and the road leading to the hotel can get quite busy sometimes.

La disposición del Hotel, la tranquilidad que transmitía el lugar y su seguridad

Le personnel est très agréable, l’hôtel est proche de l’aéroport et il y a une piscine.

En ce qui concerne la chambre, la literie n’est pas confortable, la climatisation laisse à désirer et il n’y a pas d’eau chaude à chaque douche. Pour ce qui du petit-déjeuner, si vous avez de la chance de séjourner durant le week-end vous aurez le droit à un buffet sinon il vous faudra choisir parmi des menus restreints qui ne proposent ni fruits, ni thé … Et cerise sur le gâteau, l’hôtel taxe les clients 200 pesos s’ils ramènent des la nourriture ou des boissons de l’extérieur.

Chambre sale, pas d interrupteur dans les chambres il faut débrancher des lampes avec la prise. Pas d’eau chaude dans la douche, très compliquée de se doucher correctement sans mettre de l eau partout. Petit déjeuner minimaliste (riz, oeuf, saucisse et poulet)

I really like how the staff engages with guests. They are welcoming, attentive, and accommodating.

Unfortunately, the air-conditioning is not cooling effectively, even though we booked an air-conditioned room. That said, the staff has been accommodating and is promptly checking to resolve the concern.

It was noisy on the last two days of our stay. The water could be hotter. The hotel could have offered a daily clean up of floor and garbage pick up.

Great budget accommodation. Especially for a large group which we were. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating..

PowerPoints were all hanging out of the walls. Not only is this dangerous but it meant that none of our devices charged which made our flight home difficult.

Personalet var ikke servicemindede. Der var voldsomt med larm på stedet - en musiker spillede mega højt i restauranten indtil kl 22:00 om aftenen, og udenfor vores værelse med stort glasparti var det placeret legeområde. Det betød at børn der spillede basket ramte vores rude. Vægge og døre var tynde så man kunne høre alle der gik forbi værelset. Morgenmaden var elendig.

Perfect location for a layover (urban area very close to airport and Mall of Asia), excellent staff. Clean & comfortable room, nice pool and great value! Traffic can be noisy but I think that’s to be assumed! Having a 7-11 next door was also very convenient! Thank you!

On y a dormi un samedi soir. Un karaoke extrêmement fort dans la salle du restaurant nous a empêché de nous reposer et de diner au restaurant. Un karaoke c est bien à condition de régler le son. Là c était insupportable. Du coup on a mangé dans la chambre. Heureusement il n’a pas fini trop tard(22h) Nous avons voulu réserver le petit déjeuner, les filles à l’accueil nous ont dit qu il y avait uniquement un petit dej philippin mais le lendemain on a découvert un petit dej sous forme de grand buffet à la fois continental et philippin. La salle de bain était sale. L’hôtel est loin de l aéroport.

Location to family staff helpful

No hot water for 3 weeks being there off and on and when asked when it was going to be fixed we got they are working should be up that day told that at least 3 times in the three weeks the other excuse was it was under maintenance. No manager to talk to. We have stayed there many times over the last 15 years or so and this was worst experience. The beds were like sleeping on a rock. And new thing charging for extra blanket charging storing our luggage never had this in past

Das Hotel ist eine kleine tropische Insel (mit urwaldartigem Garten, Vogelkäfigen, Skywalk und Pool) inmitten der Großstadt Manila. Der seichte Pool, stark besucht von einheimischen Familien mit Kindern, hat mir nach Stadtausflügen gut getan. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (sehr preiswert) ist etwa 800 Meter entfernt.

Ich habe das philippinische Englisch, runter gerasselte Informationen, oft nicht verstanden, was zu Missverständnissen führte.

Il Selah Garden Hotel e' una vera oasi nel distretto di Pasay City, a pochi minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto internazionale di Manila. Il suo aspetto coloniale, il bellissimo giardino con piscina, la gentilezza del personale ed il livello di sicurezza sono davvero apprezzati, soprattutto in una zona piuttosto degradata ma, al tempo stesso, molto caratteristica e ricca di locali che offrono gustose pietanze di cucina fiippina a prezzi davvero irrisori. Medio-piccola la dimensione della stanza; bagno funzionale ma "basic" con assenza di acqua calda. Buono il segnale Wi-Fi, letto piccolo (una piazza e mezzo per una matrimoniale) ma comodo.

The staff were very attentive, helpful, and swift. We were expecting to wait long due to the peak season, but pleasantly surprised as to how short the wait times we have when requesting food, or additional items. I also liked that the set breakfast is something you can either order in the restaurant or be sent to your room.

The hotel is a bit run down already. Additionally, the shower didn't have hot water. The restrooms also didn't have handwash in the sink. The television remote also didn't have instructions, took us a while to figure out but eventually worked it out ourselves.

No me gustó en general

No había agua caliente para ducharnos, viajamos con niños, nos dieron un cubo y una hervidera para calentar el agua... Había cucarachas, no hemos pegado ojo La zona de juegos estaba pegada a nuestra habitación y a las 6:30 de la mañana había niños jugando dando golpes a nuestra ventana. El desayuno deja mucho que desear, te cobran por un vaso de leche y si pides café con leche también. En general muy mal, después de unas vacaciones increíbles en otros hoteles, cogimos este por cercanía del aeropuerto por ser el último día y no hemos podido descansar.

Relativamente bem localizado para conhecer a zona de Moa e Makati.

O que não gostamos: chegamos durante a manhã e já tinham quartos disponíveis e prontos, só nos davam o quarto com um custo extra. Umas semanas antes noutro hotel em Manila, também chegamos durante a manhã e prontamente deram-nos logo o quarto sem custos extra.

Noisy at night and the 'breakfast included' wasn't the buffet but a plated meal, this was not clearly specified at the time of booking.

Tem seguranças e um supermercado mesmo ao lado.

Muito barulhento, com hospedes no corredor que se ouvia nitidamente no quarto. Um dos quartos sem agua quente, o que não foi nada agradável. Pequeno almoço muito a desejar. Não recomendo mesmo nada.

AC wasnt cooling enough. The shower was also not heating up, it felt lukewarm at best.

Rooms are just as shown in the pictures. There is a restaurant, a pool, and live entertainment downstairs. However, they finished early.

Because the sink is installed on top of the flush and very close to the wall, it’s hard to use without risking a head bump while brushing your teeth.

It was very loud, music, kids. There was a deposit and as bfast was included i assumed it was the buffet there. Turned out its plated one tho and buffet was paying extra. Bit expensive for what it was in general and loud.

My aunt just got back from Riyadh and she is NOT satisfied with the place and the money that she spent. 1. The a/c is leaking, and it is flooding inside the room, a staff checked it but the issue still persists 2. For the toilet, it’s either mahina or walang flush at all, another staff also checked it and returnd to that state. We have no option but to use the public restroom that is outside our room. 3. The hair dryer is NOT working 4. For the buffet, before I book the room. I asked the staff IF the breakfast is buffet or alá carte. The person that I talked to told us that the breakfast buffet is INCLUDED in the price, if we are going to stay for the weekend. Not solo meals, BUFFET type. However, on the day of the breakfast the restaurant staff told us that we had to pay additional ₱149 in order to upgrade to breakfast buffet. 5. The additional ₱149 for the breakfast buffet is NOT worth it. There are only a few options for the food.

location &’resort ambience

Great pool amenities. Location is very close to two of Manila’s main metro train lines for those who enjoy trying local public transport. Clean cool room and friendly staff. Wifi was strong.

Not the most interesting or pleasant area of town- a busy and industrial district- but that’s of course out of the property’s control!

I like the staff, they were on top of everything. The quality of the food was amazing. Didn’t expected that they served food with a good quality as i experienced compare to the previous hotel around the area i’ve stayed at. If you’re a coffee lover and have a good taste and judgement in coffee like me, the quality of the coffee they’re using passed my standard. Coffee is strong not burnt!

We can hear the Noice from the other room next to ours. Bath Amenity wasnt enough especially the “3in1” dispenser on the shower that contains “shampoo, conditioner & bodywash” we all know that 3in1 is not giving.
