Emplacement, mauvaise odeur venant de la terrasse, cafard traversant séjour, pas de connexion, boîte à clés pour deux logements

No me gustó nada 😕 el apartamento es una pocilga 🤮 sucio con humedades hasta cucarachas había. No se como pueden alquilar esa pocilga en esas condiciones. No tenía WiFi ni televisión los utensilios de cocina sucios y la mayoría inservibles. No le pongo un 0 x que no hay ese número sino lo ponía. No lo recomiendo a nadie ,estaba en un barrio marginal hubo una noche que se fue la luz osea horrible de verdad. El personal nos ignoraba cuando les decíamos que no había WiFi y el cambio de toallas tuve que suplicarlo prácticamente. Asike mi resumen es no lo recomiendo

No me gustó que boking no me reubicara en otro apartamento dado las condiciones que tenía este, les mande fotos y deberían habernos ubicado en otro sitio

-Apparemment humide -Lit sur ressort et non sommier -Pas de wifi -Odeur d’humidité désagréable -Aucun accueil, le loueur ne nous présente absolument pas l’appartement, il bâcle en prenant juste les noms sur les carte d’identité et c’est tout. -Meuble bar casser, dangereux -Appartement insalubre, cafard, araignées, poussière -odeur d’égouts qui remonte -Pas de balais, aspirateur (Compliqué pour les sac sous vide) -Draps sale pas lavé -Terrasse moisie De quoi bien nous gâcher notre ajout à Lisbonne.

It’s really in bad location and the bed sheets smells really bad and unable to access the WiFi it’s really bad we felt like not going to room after spending so much of time outside felt like staying in some old apartment with all the bad vibes

It was smelly, it was dusty, the bed was very uncomfortable. There was no dishwasing soap but they expect to clean the kitchenwares. Request our ID in booking.com chat message, but it’s not recommended by booking.com, either.

Ужасно воняет сыростью и куча плесени. Стены и мебель обшарпаны, вообще нет того, что указано в описании. Нас ещё попросили помыть за собой посуду и поставить 5 звезд, но эта квартира даже одной звезды не стоит.

Апартаменти недалеко від центру. Є кухня та своя власна кімната. Ціна відповідає якості

Не дуже добра вентиляція у помешканні.

No hay nada que nos gustara

Experiencia muy negativa. La cama estaba en condiciones inaceptables, con sábanas sucias y manchas, hasta el punto de tener que lavarlas nosotros mismos. El baño estaba descuidado y con mal olor, y varias instalaciones estaban deterioradas. La zona exterior también estaba sucia. No se corresponde con lo anunciado ni con las imágenes publicadas. Tuvimos que irnos antes de tiempo y buscar otro alojamiento. No lo recomendaría.

Facile d’accès près de tout

Des objets cassés (mur,canapé), pas totalement conformes aux photos. Pas très propres (traces de morve sur les murs, insectes cafards ou encore la vaisselle)

La cocina

El apartamento tenia mucho olor a cloaca durante todo el tiempo, cuando entre parecia que estaba sucio hace mucho tiempo y con olor a encierro, el lugar para llegar era muy en subida y bastante complicado

The accommodation had a strong mold smell, and it was practically unbearable to stay inside with the windows closed. In this condition, it is clearly harmful to health. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone.

L’appartement était propre et le lit confortable, bien localisé.

Il y a de petites choses à améliorer dans l’ensemble de l’appartement.

Del apartamento lo mejor la terraza y que está bien conectado al centro con autobuses y un supermercado muy cerca

Todo lo demás. Barrio peligroso, humedades, suciedad, se escuchan todos los ruidos y no puedes descansar bien.

Literally nothing

this apartment is dangerous to live in and doesn't match the website photos. i was only able to stay one night without sleeping in there and had to leave immediately. there is black mold in multiple places, including areas that were clearly painted over to hide it, which is honestly alarming. the humidity level is extreme. the air feels wet and heavy, walls are damp, and everything smells musty. on top of that, there are giant cockroaches. seeing them indoors was the final straw. this is not just about comfort, it’s about health and safety. black mold + extreme humidity + cockroaches is a combination that should never be offered as accommodation. i would strongly warn anyone, especially people with allergies, asthma, or sensitivity to mold, to avoid this place completely. no stay is worth risking your health.

Locatie dichtbij het centrum. Was ook de hoofdreden voor deze keuze

Het appartement is aan een doodlopende straat met bereikbaar via 2 stevige hellingen van in totaal ca. 120 m met keien en stukken asfalt. Er lag huisafval op de hoek. De taxi chauffeur weigerde tot de voordeur te rijden en ik moest de laatste helling van ca. 80m met bagage zelf lopend overbruggen. Het appartement zelf is op "ground floor" naast een trap. Heel gehorig vooral in de avond als de bewoners boven de trap op en afgaan. Het meubilair is zeer karig geen enkele stoel wel 2 krukjes en een heel lage bank. Geen airconditioning wel een ventilator. Van de kleine koelkast was de vriezer bij aankomst letterlijk dicht gevroren vol ijs. Het appartement zelf was schoon.

Schlüsselübergabe war problemlos. Das einchecken läuft via Mail und Schlüsselkasten.

Riesiger Wasserfleck an der Decke, wo es tropft, wenn oben jemand irgendwas mit Wasser macht. Wahrscheinlich ist im Geschoss drüber eine Silikondichtung kaputt und der Schaden leicht zu beheben. Aber so ist es ein Drama. Oben duscht jemand und in der Wohnung tropft es dann von der Decke. Dann find eine Steckdose an zu qualmen und wir mussten die Sicherung ausschalten. Allerdings gab es dadurch auch kein Warmwasser mehr. Echt gefährlich. Vermieter angeschrieben aber keiner kam und hat sich das angeschaut. Hätte auch anfangen können zu brennen. Solange dieser Schaden nicht behoben wird, ist die Wohnung tatsächlich lebensgefährlich und würde in Deutschland stillgelegt werden. Also schön aufpassen.

It was near some good restaurants. Quiet at night. Kitchen would have been useful but I was just there to sleep

Alley leading to the door was tooo narrow for taxi and it was dirty. The suite was very dated. Cracks, peeling paint

La ubicación

Las instalaciones, muy sucio, con humedad, todo roto.

Lokalizacja ok, dobry kontakt z właścicielem - w przypadku problemu z niedziałającym piecem, po zgłoszeniu zostało to naprawione.

Mieszkanie jest zaniedbane, zdjęcia na Bookingu sa bardzo podkolorowane, ponieważ w rzeczywistości ściany sa cale zniszczone, po dwóch nocach nie było miejsca na ciele gdzie nie byłoby ugryzień od pluskw. Meble są również w bardzo złym stanie.

Espacio acogedor

1) Il ventilatore, unico elemento che è riuscito a rendere minimamente respirabile l’aria.

Questo posto è riuscito a rendere un incubo il nostro soggiorno a Lisbona. La zona è terribile, case fatiscenti e sconsiglio, se proprio dovete andare in quella casa, di arrivarci la sera tardi. Il letto il peggior incubo: materasso macchiato di giallo, copri materasso altrettanto macchiato non solo di giallo ma di sangue… lenzuolo e piumone neanche a dirlo, macchiati di giallo e non so cosa, con tanto di capelli di sconosciuti. Il tutto contornato da muffa nera sui muri, questi ultimi scrostato in più punti. Il bagno continua la scia di muffa e scrostamenti, con tavola del wc posticcia è macchiata di marrone. A di poco inquietante il soffitto dalla cucina che presenta un buco da cui, l’ultima notte, ha iniziato a gocciolare regalandoci un sonno lietissimo. Concludo avvertendovi del tanfo terribile che avrete in ogni momento e che potrete attenuare in minima parte con un ventilatore presente.

Fotos muy diferentes a como encontramos el alojamiento, piso sucio, oscuro, olor y manchas de humedad por todos lados hasta un gusano en la ducha y caca de algun animal en el patio interno... No lo recomiendo ni un poco

Quiet apartment in a walkable location. Good for people who like to explore.

Sewage smell in bathroom, it wasn’t very clean and the furnishings were broken, coming out of the wall or dirty.

Good location in terms of getting down into the central/main area of Lisbon. Good apartment with everything you needed, ie fan, heater, couch, new TV, cooking equipment, oven, stove, fridge and freezer section and microwave: as well as a washing machine.

Pillows for the bed were awful unfortunately, which made it worse given the length of my stay. Please invest in 2 new (if not 4) new bed pillows to help with comfort.

I didn't like what I saw when I arrived, there was a lot of mold inside, my allergy immediately attacked, I couldn't stay in the accommodation, the photos have nothing to do with the real place. I was simply never questioned for not staying at the residence.

It is full of mold and humit. I don’t suggest to stay in

* Responds to messages super quickly and personal. * Facilities in the room - washing machine, kettle, somewhere to dry clothes, powerful shower, hairdryer. Spacious apartment. * Very nice nearby supermarket. * Lots of plug sockets. * Locals on the street were welcoming. * Cats on the balconies! * Close to shops, cafés, walking distance (15 mins) into Lisbon town centre. * Lots of pots, pans etc... * Wardrobe, cute table and chairs. * If you use Bounce.com to store luggage after check out there's a place 5 mins walk away! * Ordered a takeaway away and Glovo found the address! * The old style doors and key to lock the apartment. It has a weird key that looks like you could unlock a gold chest. * First aid box. * Amazing street art near by. Couple of large murals! * Lots of towels. * Lovely smelling body lotion in the bathroom.

* The road is so old that it has quite pronounced rising damp in the street. Not sure how that can be tackled but there's definitely damp, that probably can't be helped, in the flat. It's hard to aeriate as you're opening up the window in the street or the back bathroom window (I couldn't fully reach it to reopen it). Maybe more real plants would help with naturally areating the room. * A few more soft touches maybe...art work in the bedroom... * It would be nice to have some tea, milk and coffee as it feels like a proper flat. * Some more pegs please. * I couldn't get the TV to work but didn't ask so maybe it's me. * The extractor fan needs a clean and the shower hose too. * Some people tried to check in and rang my flat instead and it confused me as the booking doesn't have the flat number. * Would be good to tell guests to be mindful of old buildings when walking about upstairs! Only happened briefly as realistically people on holiday aren't in all day! * Full length mirror if possible. * Liquids (shampoo, hand soap and clothes washing liquid) are decanted into wrong bottles so this could be an issue for anyone with skin allergies. Not good Health and Safety! * No hooks to hang towel in the bathroom behind door/wall.

Clean and practical with big comfy double bed, within walking distance to all attractions.
