We loved the location, close to all the places of interest. The apartment is spacious and well equiped and the staff was also welcoming. We always found an available parking space right outside but the building also has a garage. We also apreciated the electric radiator as we stayed there in winter and tge view was a bonus. Great value for the money.

Us personally didn't like the floors, they felt more like outside flooring but we used house shoes.

The bed. It is small, very arkward to access, especially for middle age to older people. The gym is limited, which is ok, but key pieces of equipment are not in working order.

Appartamento molto carino dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. Staff molto gentile e disponibile, ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo e posizione buona sul lungomare di Sea Point. Il W&A, la table mountain e altre attrazioni sono raggiungibili comodamente in taxi o Uber. Nei dintorni della struttura c'è un super market ben rifornito e qualche fast food, non ci sono ristorantini carini per cenare.

In bagno il lavandino era davvero piccolo e faceva molto freddo per degli spifferi, in 4 giorni di soggiorno non s'è mai riscaldato.

La posizione, lo staff e il bar per La colazione. Comodo parcheggio gratuito sulla strada davanti all’ingresso oppure per i più esigenti c’è anche al coperto e controllato a otto euro al giorno.

Non è insonorizzato per niente. I vicini di appartamento hanno cucinato il pollo fritto e il pizzo aveva invaso anche la nostra camera, infestando i vestiti. Sentivamo chiaramente la televisione della camera di fianco.

Traveled to Cape Town (family of 4) and the apartment was perfect for us. It was a home from home and has all the utilities/equipment you need whilst very clean with modern fixings. Secured parking was really handy and I could not fault the staff at all - they were all super helpful and accommodating. Highly recommend this apartment. Great location…

- Ideally located - Several cafés and restaurants nearby - Nice view if you get a front‑facing room, but it can be loud because there’s a school right across the street.

I stayed for three weeks and while some staff were kind, others were unprofessional and even hostile to the point that I felt unsafe. Several basic amenities didn’t work, such as the toaster, boiler, heater, gym machines, and especially the coffee machine. Despite reporting issues multiple times, nothing was fixed unless I reminded them repeatedly. My main issue was the coffee machine. I’m sure the staff remembers the situation because the conversation was unpleasant. I asked for a compatible machine, and they agreed, but never replaced it. Instead, they offered me four capsules for a three‑week stay, which I didn’t mind, but I still needed a usable machine. Even a simple French press would have been fine. Unfortunately, 'the manager', was extremely aggressive during the discussion. The confrontation left me in tears. I was staying long‑term, and having to hunt down a Nespresso boutique just to find Vertuo pods which aren’t available anywhere else was frustrating, especially since I was there for work and barely had time. The manager even implied I was lying about the number of pods he gave me, which was upsetting. I’m a Genius Booking member and have never experienced anything like this. The heater in my room was broken as well. After asking twice, they finally provided a replacement. I didn’t even complain the first night because I didn’t want to be difficult... and this was during winter. If you are booking it for gym like me, be aware because there is only 1 x treadmill, some weights and other machines are broken. They were never fixed during my 3 weeks long stay. Overall, the experience was stressful and far below expectations.

Super Ausgangspunkt für Kapstadt. Das Gym und der Pool Bereich ergänzen die Unterkunft super. Für uns als Familie waren wir auch über die Wasch- und Trocknermöglichkeit sehr glücklich.

I like the staff, the location of the hotel as it was close to all places we wanted to visit and there were good outlets and shops nearby, the aesthetics and the space of the apartment.

We were given a very small room with a few unserviceable items, upon complaining we got moved to a better one. The bed was on top of a high wooden base which made it unpleasant each time one had to get off. Nonetheless, our stay was beautiful and memorable.

Close vicinity to promenade and many coffee spots, deli’s and restaurants.

Vagrants roaming about, many under the influence of drugs, which makes one feel uncomfortable to unsafe.

Check in was super quick, we were even allowed in just before 3 and some placea can be so strict about that! Super clean, super comfortable bed, great shower! Everything in the kitchen, even an air fryer! Loved that there was tea, coffee, milk and sugar all there for your arrival too! It is a studio but for 2 ppl it was just perfect! Towels and cleaning every 2nd day was also perfectly fine and no issue at all.

I loved everything about this place! The staff were all so polite, friendly, and incredibly helpful. I stayed here for a week, and honestly, it was one of the best places I’ve ever stayed. The location is perfect close to pretty much anything you could ask for. Overall, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone coming to Cape Town. You can book your stay here without a doubt! ❤️

Location, I could walk to Greenpoint Stadium for the rugby, Greenpoint Park for the parkrun and restaurantsand the Promenade. Friendly and helpfull staff. So affordable! Will cone back for sure.

To get to the bed for older people. You have to be carefull.

Das Zimmer hat uns gut gefallen. Man muss zwar etwas fahren um zur V&A Waterfront oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen, dafür ist es sicher und das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt auch. Unser Late Check In hat auch super mit dem Hinterlegten Schlüssel geklappt. Generell war die Kommunikation immer unkompliziert und freundlich :)

Great location, balcony with sea view

The bed was uncomfortable, the shower was uncomfortable and small. We got towels with holes had to request new ones. Apartment was not well cleaned when we checked in.

Clean, fully equipped and spacious. This is my second stay. The ocean view and the close proximity to the ocean is also a great plus. It's a great holiday or workspace.

The positioning of the bed does not consider individuals who may be wheelchair bound. Please consider making this clear when advertising the property.

Das Zimmer war weitgehend sauber und die Lage ist gut gelegen, Nähe der Sea Point Promenade. Zum Check-in war das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Direkt neben der Unterkunft befindet sich ein kleines, recht solides Café. Die Küche hat alles, was man für einen kurzen Aufenthalt benötigt.

Einige der Utensilien im Zimmer (wie beispielsweise die Lampe am Bett, die Duschhalterung, Duschtür...) waren locker oder defekt. Teils wurden diese im Lauf des Aufenthalts auf meine Rückmeldung hin repariert. Allerdings zeigt dies, dass das Zimmer nicht regelmäßig überprüft wird - nach außen hin ist das Zimmer zwar schick, aber wenn man genauer hinsieht, sollten solche Defekte nicht auftreten. Besonders getrübt hat mein Aufenthalt allerdings eine Gehirnerschütterung, die darauf zurückzuführen ist, dass ich mir den Kopf an einer Glastür in der Lobby der Unterkunft gestoßen habe. Die Glastür war in keiner Weise gekennzeichnet und ist nur schwer sichtbar. Das stellt ein echtes Sicherheitsrisiko dar. Der Umgang der Unterkunft mit dem Vorfall war mangelhaft: Der Check-out wurde auf meine Nachfrage lediglich um eine Stunde verlängert, obwohl ich aufgrund der Folgen der Gehirnerschütterung länger gebraucht. Die Unterkunft hat keinerlei weitere Unterstützung, Entschuldigung oder Kompensation angeboten. Das hat mich enttäuscht, denn es steht im starken Kontrast zu meiner Check-in-Erfahrung, bei dem das Personal noch äußerst hilfsbereit war. Bei der Gehirnerschütterung (aufgrund der Glastür im Foyer der Unterkunft!) war das Verhalten allerdings schockierend empathielos.

If you want to stay at a good location (Seapoint) in Cape Town for a good price... this is it. It's a mini flat with everything you need, walkable distance to shops and restaurants and the sea-promenade.

The flat extremely small. No light switch near bed, so if you have to get up in the night, you walk in the dark. There were some aunts in the kitchen.

Staff was pretty fine when available. Good security facilities. Good location.

Reception available only 7 am to 7 pm. Any issues after that have to wait till next morning. We had no water when we woke up at 5 am on one of the days when we planned to go for hike to lions head. No one to help. Reception came at 7 after which the investigation started however there was no clue of the issue for hours. Water came around 12.30 pm. Our plans for the day were ruined. Beds were also quite small. Difficult for tall people especially if they are 2 to accommodate the bed.

Ficamos em um apartamento com 2 quartos com 2 banheiros. Como era térreo, havia um jardim muito gostoso. Tivemos acesso à garagem. Lavanderia (paga) no local. Camas muito confortáveis. Ótima localização, para caminhar, exercícios ou comércio (mercados, restaurantes…). Local seguro.

Tivemos uma manhã sem água no prédio e funcionários estavam perdidos para resolver e dar informações. Na lavanderia, o sabão havia acabado e demoraram 24h para comprar outro, mas o problema maior foi a agilidade em resolver a questão. Um funcionário passava para outro em ninguém resolvia.

Apartamento com todas as comodidades necessárias para uma estadia confortável, inclusive cozinha muito bem equipada. O aquecimento era rápido e eficiente. Tem lavanderia, academia e piscina no rooftop, com uma bela vista para a Table Mountain. Perto de supermercados, restaurantes, posto de gasolina, lanchonete e todo tipo de comércio. A um quarteirão da praia. Achamos fantástico ficar 4 dias lá!

The staff at the entrance are super friendly and helpful. Nice apartment and well furnished with attention to the little things that matter like leaving decent olive oil and soaps to use.

The apartments were well laid out, spacious. Nice furnitures. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathroom in each of the 2 apartments we booked. There is a pool on the roof. The staff is very nice. The place is very clean. The Norfolk next door is great for breakfast. The location is good.

The only minor inconvenience, but only very minor was, that we only had 1 key per apartment. That required more coordination than we are used too. Having said that, it was a minor, minor inconvenience.

Le studio est tres beau, bien equipé! Le quartier au sea point est calme et sûr. Pres de VA waterfront (10min par uber) clifton et camps bay egalement. Le seul point qu on a pas apprecié que le housekeeping doit passer chaque 2 jours mais l'appart a été nettoyé qu'une seule fois pendant 6 jours. A par ca on a bcq aimé l'hébergement!

Location, easy access and safe. Loved how quiet the area is. Units are really comfortable.

Toilet seat is broken and not safe to sit on...the main bedroom curtain is not closing correctly and allows light in at night. Simple maintenance is necessary.

Building location was convenient and secure. The cleaning service was phenomenal.

The images only showed a balcony unit and we were given a ground floor unit- otherwise everything else was perfect.

De bedden waren smal en we moesten erg veel moeite doen en Zuid Afrikaanse vrienden inschakelen(toegangscode) om naar de WK voetbal te kunnen kijken.

I had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this property! Everything was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and accommodating throughout our stay. Whenever we needed anything, we simply sent a message and they responded quickly and were always happy to help.

Perfect location and very unique layout

The apartment is in a fantastic location in Sea Point, just a short walk from the beach and surrounded by plenty of restaurants and cafés. It's also only about a 40-minute walk to the V&A Waterfront. The safe beachfront promenade is a great bonus for morning or evening walks, and having a restaurant within the apartment building is very convenient, especially for guests staying in the self-catering units.

The only downside was the bed. It was unusually high and required using three steps to get in and out, which was inconvenient, especially during the night. Apart from that, I had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend the apartment for its excellent location and convenience.

First off, I spent 10 days here recovering from surgery and aside from being a great location (about 10 coffee shops, a chemist, loads of restaurants and groceries close by) the apartment itself was very neat, well equipped and very comfortable. Besides a stove, pots & pans, a full size fridge and freezer plus microwave, there was tea, sugar, salt, pepper and oil. There are laundry facilities which i used twice - very convenient! The service was exceptional- every single person of staff i met was kind, very helpful, open and tried their best. The apartments get cleaned every second day, which is fantastic and the gentle attentiveness of everyone working there is priceless. Will definitely be returning.
