One Oasis 2BR Condo in Mabolo-near SM, Ayala, IT park

Condo was nicely set up with plenty of dishes and aircon worked great. Owners very friendly and helpful and provided all necessary info for check in ahead of time. Very nice will stay here again soon I hope. Also had a great view from the balcony.

Staying at one oasis was easy and a great place for me and my son to visit our family in the Philippines. The pool is great!

I might suggest adding a contact person locally. I was not sure what to do when we had a concern about the plug for the A/C. Just a thought.

A bit hard to get taxi one instance we have to leave early for a flight for another trip but we have to walk to the main gate to be able to get one

A lot of kitchen tool, electrics, dishes. Swimming pool is wide and clean with few guests.

Wifi speed is so slow. Kiddy pool is not available due to construction/maintenance.

the shower has very less water pressure. difficult to bathe. no hand/ face towels or dry tissues available.

The apartment was equipped well but the layout was tight even for two people . Bed was really comfortable but layout or bedroom isn't great. Lovely pool area and Communication with owner was good, also nice to have Netflix

The layout of the space wasnt ideal, very small sofa in living area and the master bed is pushed against the wall so hard to get in and out and there are no lights by the bed or lamps. Very thin towels made it difficult to get dry with. The pools were closed all day on Monday and apparently this is a normal weeekly thing for maintenance so couldn't use any of the pools all day The location isn't great, a little far out and outside the gates it is pretty rough

דירה יפה, נוחה, מעוצבת יפה, מגוון אביזרים במטבח. בתוך שכונה יפה עם בריכה יפה שלא הספקנו להשתמש לצערנו.

נשארנו רק לילה אחת שמתוכם היינו שעתיים בלילה ושעתיים בבוקר. בתוך 4 שעות הרגתי 4 ג'וקים קטנים והכי מטריד עכביש דיי גדול בקוטר 5 ס"מ לפחות! בתור מי שמטייל מספר חודשים בדרום מזרח, היינו כבר בדירות פחות יפות ומקופחות אבל הפעם לא היינו עם כל כך הרבה ג'וקים. זה ממש לא מקובל ולכן הציון הנמוך. בנוסף אין שום דבר מסביב למיקום ויש הרבה עוני וחייבים להתנייד אך ורק ברכב/מונית.

Alles wunderbar, die Apple war sehr nett und hat sich sehr Mühe gegeben um uns zu helfen 🥰. Die Gegend ist sehr schön und sauber. Pool haben wir fast alleine genutzt 😍

Das einchecken war uns etwas bisschen kompliziert aber es war eine Erfahrung wert. Für das nächste Mal sind wir etwas schlauer 😅

What I like best about this unit is how accommodating the host is. I know for sure that the place will be fantastic, but it's a big plus that the host made everything so easy and smooth, taking away a lot of stress and worries from my side as a traveller. The building is inside a gated community with ample space for kids, a pool, and a beautiful garden. The unit we booked is perfect for groups and families as they have 2 rooms, a proper dining table, and a living room space big enough for quiet time. Kitchen utensils, a stove, and a microwave are also available to use for free. There are towels and extra linens provided, but better to bring your own if you intend to stay longer than a few days. The water pressure is also good, heater works well, and small toiletries are provided. There was only a small mishap about the toilet but Apple, the host, has been very responsive and helpful despite the time difference. She made sure we were taken care of and things were done as soon as we requested them.

The property has 2 bedrooms, perfect for our family of 4. The property is clean and the owners are very assistive, kind, and hospitable. The rooms are well-organized. The area was not noisy and we had a very good time during our stay. The view of the back was also great, since we can see some view of the Cebu Country Club. ✨ I would rate the experience 10/10. Kudos to Alan & Apple for being such good hosts! 🫶🏻

We had a bit of struggle with checking in because the guards would require the tenants to be registered ahead of time (please send the list of names of the tenants ahead). Other than that, we had an overall pleasant experience.

Oasis is close to malls and other establishments, if you want to call a taxi just tell the guard they will call a taxi for you and pick you up at your building, and on apps like grab or in drive. it is close to restaurants and basic needs are in front of Oasis itself, like water refill. Unit5305 has everything you need at home, all kitchen stuff works. utensils are complete too, very hassle free PWD friendly. The Units is near elevator 24/7 working.. Because I have a Senior/PWD with me. thank you to Ms. Apple because she always assisted if I ever had questions. Apple is easy to talk to, no fuss. all over our stay was very relaxing. After our very long day outside, cause its always hassle free..

Great accommodation with all the utilities you need not to far from Malls and night markets. Near to the pool area and secure. Nice two bedrooms and a small living/kitchen area are great for short or long stays. Hosts are responding quickly to any questions and very helpful. Can only recommend would book it again.

Their attention to detail truly stood out, and the check-in and check-out process was seamless thanks to their clear instructions and excellent communication. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this condo! From the moment we booked, the process was smooth and seamless, thanks to the incredibly kind and accommodating owner. They were quick to respond to our requests and made sure everything was perfect for our visit. The condo itself is stunning, with a view that feels like you're in Canada—breathtaking and serene. The facilities were spotless and very well-maintained, making it a truly relaxing experience. The appliances are all top-notch, providing everything we needed for a comfortable and convenient stay. Overall, the place is beyond impressive. It's one of those spots that you want to keep coming back to, and I will definitely be recommending it to all my friends. It was a perfect stay in every way!

When we arrived, my husband found some problems in the toilet, Mrs. Apple is very kind and friendly to deal with the problem, we move the new place on the same building, thank you for Apple’s help and immediately care.

Everything is perfect! the place, the staff especially Miss Apple who assisted all my queries, she's a one-call away person, and the room was so comfortable too. My kids loved it so much! and treated it as if it was theirs. Thank you again... Will book again soon!

Simply amazing! The apartment is wonderful and made us feel right at home. The owner, Apple, added a lot to that. We had just stayed in the hospital and needed some time to recover. She provided snacks so we could rest right away, and offered to order food for us. She helped us anywhere she could and provided tips, which was so lovely. About the apartment: The bed is super comfortable, the kitchen is well equipped making it possible to do some real groceries and cook meals, the living room is great with its couch and comfortable dining table, and we loved to chill on the balcony and watch the golfers. Everything was clean. The different spaces make it very comfortable for a longer stay. The building is quiet regarding sound, but still lively. We felt very safe and at home in the One Oasis area, specifically with the security downstairs and at the entrance. The great pool and chill area is right in front of the building. The apartment is in walking distance from some cafes, restaurants and shops, and close by some big malls and the center as well. I would highly recommend staying here. If we return to Cebu city, we’ll definitely return.

It has everything you need!! Its 15 min by taxi to IT Park and Ayala mall. Building is safe and secure with guards outside. Has a good view from the balcony aswell.

The location (close to SM, Ayala, etc.) and having a great pool in the condo complex is a huge plus. The condo is nice and cozy with modern features, perfect for our home away from home.

The host and the Property Manager were both exceptional and very considerate. Our flights had been changed numerous times by the airline and had to be in Cebu at 2am, I messaged Apple and with no hesitation, she accommodated our very early check-in. It is something I have never encountered with all our family travel. The place was very homey, very comfortable, and safe. The rooms and beds are very comfortable, water isn’t an issue unlike other places. The security guards in the building were also very friendly and helpful, they assisted us in getting our ride every time we go out to explore the city. Our overall stay was exceptional and we enjoyed staying in it, we will definitely stay here again. Thank you so much to the Host, Alan and to the Property Manager, Apple, you made our first visit to Cebu an enjoyable and pleasurable one. God Bless.

Ms. Apple decorated the master bedroom for our anniversary, which made my husband surprised.😍 My family enjoyed the properties even the entire place facilities and surroundings! The thing I like most is that, you can contact the owner anytime and they’re very accommodating. It’s a very good value for money for your trip in Cebu especially when you’re with your family. I didnt expect that all the needed stuff is available. Shampoo, towels extra blankets and slippers for your use is available. The rooms are air conditioned and brand new. The area is super safe coz there are securities. Nice view also from the teracce. We had a really great experience, it feels like home and we had comfortable stay. Thumbs up 👍
