Reviewed Sep 4, 2026It's very comfortable and clean! The rooms were really spacious and cold. The price is also quite reasonable as well! Other than that, the building is also not quite far from town.
In my opinion, everything was okay to me. However, I stayed at 33A-18, in the bathroom in the first room (on the right), the shower head was a little bit too high and couldn't be adjusted.. but it's not serious. Everything was fine.

The provided Towels was really bad, smelly and poor quality. Reminder To Next Visitor : Please check the final amount before make payment, Booking.com Show Room rate is RM170++ but, when you made payment it wil be change to RM260++ (Very high clean charge).

①老板没有及时跟前台沟通，导致我们今等了2个多小时，对于大陆的游客来说，来之前一定要下一个whatsapp，提前和房东联系 ②拿钥匙过程过于复杂 ③wifi坏的 ④没有拖鞋，牙膏牙刷等洗漱用品 ⑤茶杯污渍过多 ⑥我们是两个房间不是亲子房，滑滑梯差点让人摔跤 ⑦空调质量不好，如此炎热的天气开16度几小时都不凉快 ⑧这个楼可以说很阴间，有一个房间看出去不管白天晚上都是一片乌漆嘛黑 ⑨厕所很让人难受，叫人怀疑它是不是真的干净，因为定的时候没细看，这个厕所是干湿不分离，太难受了 ⑩有一个女性前台态度很差，会向客人翻白眼

Reviewed Sep 18, 2025I had a triathlon event at Encore so that location was really near and strategic. My kids enjoyed the swimming pool and playground. The room was comfortable. My family enjoyed our stay here.
There were tiny cockroaches in the kitchen. I believe there must be a lot of people staying and it's not easy to remove this completely.

Reviewed Aug 25, 2025I loved the whole apartment. It was very comfortable although the baby cockroaches were roaming 1-2 only. It was really clean place. The check in was supposed to be smooth but the guard didnt understand that ID and password are two different things. Host gave very easy ways to check in but the guard was wanting the password and then he said oh IC number. The game room and gym needed to be booked the date and time. Since we had alot of plans i had to cancel the scheduled time and re book. Host was very fast responsive to that. We had the highest room i think,floor 35. Very nice sea view. Towels were prepared. Rooms had shower gels. They had some cooker, no microwave,so we heat up using the cooker. Fridge is available. The washing machine is there and nice place to dry the clothes too. We only stayed for two nights. It was really nice and near the town too. Kuih keria shop putu piring shop and coconut shake shop is near. Game room - Ping Pong and snooker board and dart board was available. Gym - was very new had afew mills to walk. Swimming pool is open till 10pm. The washroom near the swimming pool is really clean. Grabfood. Very easy, pick up at the lobby. The location in the grab app was balinese Amber cove. Free parking. Very near to the lift.

Area of improvement for the owner: -shower in master bedroom is leaking -a lot of small coackcroch keep going out around the house -towel is smelly and not good enough to absorp water -language for YouTube in television still in Chinese language while I want to open (I need English/Malay language) -is better if owner can provide heavier type of iron -is better if fan also available in second room -filter in washing machine was not cleaned -football game available in the house should be removed because it cause injury to my child

Reviewed Jun 7, 2025The building located in a quiet place and the house unit is bright and clean. There is a small kitchen completed with utensils and cooking ware. The unit has two bathrooms which is good for a big group of people.
In one of the bathrooms we can use only the rain shower as the hand shower head is missing, and the water tap is broken too. There are two bathrooms but only one piece of floor mat is provided outside the bathroom, we have to share the floor mat every time using the bathrooms, quite inconvenient.
