Il faut réserver par Booking mais ensuite l’établissement vous demande de lui virer de l’argent via un lien envoyer sur WhatsApp. Le logement n’était pas vraiment propre, mais surtout le lit était affreux. Le matelas est dur comme une planche de bois; un enfer. Beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain et la douche ne fonctionne pas bien (des problèmes avec le pommeau de douche) Bref, il y a moyen de trouver beaucoup mieux à Hanoï, surtout beaucoup plus confortable.

To start, the host did not give me check-in instructions until I texted him that I had arrived and I was standing outside the front door. While he was quick to respond, the instructions were hard to access. Instead of simply copying and pasting he linked a Google Drive with photos and you had to open multiple photos to access. Which was pointless because they weren’t even instructions. Just photos with how to get to the apartment which I was literally already standing outside of. Just send the photos through WhatsApp!!! Upon entering the attention to detail was severely lacking. The bathroom mirror was really gross. It looked like something was splattered on it. Definitely not clean. The “bed” was absolutely horrendous. 2 inches (5 centimeters) in thickness. Thin and hard. Extremely uncomfortable. I took a shower at 2:00am. That’s the time when everyone is asleep and the hot water should be completely full! It wasn’t. In fact, it started getting cold before I could even wash the soap out of my hair. The bathroom sink has terrible water pressure and it never got hot. Oh and there is BLACK MOLD ALL AROUND THE SINK!!! At 2:30am every night, a loud noise can be heard from downstairs. It’s some kind of electrical system or water system running. I don’t know. But it’s loud and last for 10 minutes are so. The walls and doors are thin so everything can be heard. It woke me up. Not to mention the thin doors leading to the balcony. You can hear screaming kids every single morning. If you’re not a light sleeper, you should not stay here. Also to anyone saying “it’s near everything.” Near to WHAT?! Yes, the mausoleum and B-52 museum are close by. But that’s it. The French Quarter, the Old Quarter, the lake, that’s all a 20 minute drive away. This was a horrible stay. I would never recommend this to anyone.

It was clean, check-in was easy. It has everything you need. And nicely decorated. I would not advise people to book this but also not to stay away.

It's quite basic, not very cosy and kind of expensive for what it was. The balcony is not really usable because it's so close to the neighbours. Really hard beds.

It was really close to everything and such a cute flat.
