Cute and Cozy House - 5min to Sinsa Station, 1min to Garosugil

진짜 별로였습니다. 침대는 허리 아프고 이불은 냄새나고, 배게는 높아서 잠도 잘 안올뿐더러 방음이 잘 안되어서 소음도 다 들리고 시끄럽고 햇빛차단도 잘 안되고 미친듯이 바람이 들어와서 춥습니다. 그리고 조금 더럽고 오래되었습니다. 뭔가 망가졌는데 고치지도 않고 타올이 어디있는지 찾다가 변기위에 문 열어보니까 있던데 쉐드 문도 고장났습니다. 샤워할떄도 별로에요. 물건을 놓고와도 찾아주려는 서비스도 없습니다. 그냥 없다고만 하고 알아서 처분했겠죠. 비추합니다. 모두들 여기는 피하세요 그리고 히터도 작동 안됩니다. 작동되듯이 켜지는데 작동 안됩니다. 그냥 계속 작동이 되는지 모르겠지만 느낌 하나도 안나고 추웠습니다. 알래스카 도전하실분? It was honestly a terrible experience. The bed gave me back pain, the blankets smelled, and the pillows were so high that I could barely sleep. On top of that, the soundproofing was non-existent—I could hear everything. The curtains didn't block any sunlight, and it was freezing because of the heavy draft coming through the windows. The place is old, dirty, and poorly maintained. Things were broken and left unrepaired. I had to search for towels only to find them inside a cabinet above the toilet, but even that cabinet door was broken. The shower experience was just as bad. To make matters worse, their lost and found service is terrible. I left something behind, but they didn't even bother to look for it; they just said it wasn't there. They probably just threw it away. I highly recommend avoiding this place. Do not stay here. The heater didn't work either. It looked like it was turned on, but it didn't generate any heat at all. I have no idea if it was even functioning, but I felt zero warmth and was freezing the whole time. If you're looking for an 'Alaska cold' challenge, this is the place for you. 正直言って、今までで一番ひどい滞在でした。ベッドは腰が痛くなるし、布団は臭うし、枕が高すぎて全く眠れませんでした。おまけに防音も最悪で、外や隣の騒音が丸聞こえです。遮光も不十分で、隙間風がひどくて凍えるほど寒かったです。 施設全体が古くて不潔です。壊れている場所があっても放置されています。タオルを探していたらトイレの上の棚にありましたが、その棚の扉すら壊れていました。シャワーも使い心地が悪く、最悪でした。 忘れ物をしても探してくれるようなサービス精神は一切ありません。「ない」の一点張りで、勝手に処分されたのだと思います。本当にお勧めしません。皆さん、ここは避けたほうがいいです。 さらに、ヒーターもまともに作動しませんでした。電源は入っているようでしたが、全く暖かくなりませんでした。動いているのかどうかも怪しいレベルで、とにかくずっと寒かったです。アラスカにでも挑戦したい人がいれば、行ってみればいいんじゃないでしょうか。

The location was walking distance to Sinsa station. It was in between Sinsa, Apgujeong and Gangnam. There are quite a number of delicious eateries around the area. The host was also very helpful and responsive. The room is equipped with a washing machine too, it was perfect as i packed light so that i could shop more 🤣 The room was also cozy and spacious, it makes staying in perfect to unwind as well. In this cold weather, the room has appropriate heating as well as additional pillow/blankets in the cabinet.

Everything was good for me :)

소음

It was nice to have an appartment for myselve that was so close to nice shopping areas and the busstop was right in front of the house. Also the bed was very comfortable.

It has central heating and it took a few days to get the warmth out of the appartment. i like a more cooler room, which is a personal preference.

Everything was there. Location was good.

Bathroom could equip a better things. Towel smells strange and badyshampoo was not enough.

The location was perfect to explore the city. Public transport was easily accessible from in front of the apartment. Proximity to Garosugil was an absolute gem.

The property is pretty basic. The towels provided are small sizes and not bath towel size. The mattress is soft and the traffic noise could be quote loud as the property faces the main road.

It is living up to its name. Cute and cozy. I wished to stay longer. The size of the room is perfect. The convenience of what’s around the building is also excellent. There is a bunshik place I can buy light meal like kimbap, or hearty hot meal like jjigae. Also CU is nearby for a very quick run for anything necessary!

I liked how close it was to everything.

I didn’t like the water boiler.
