Reviewed Sep 7, 2026The unit is AMAZING, VERY WELL equipped and has more than everything you need. SUPER clean and stylish!!
Unfortunately check in was not that great as there were a cue with 13 people in front of me and one person assisting all to check in. We ended up going for dinner first and came back to a quieter check in. The following day the electricity was off, no water & no elevators working. We ended up walking up 17 dark floors and couldn't shower, charge phones or that for the next part of the day. It might have just been our bad luck but a building like the Trilogy should have better backup systems for electricity outages.

Reviewed Feb 9, 2026this was the 2nd time for me to stay here. the apartment is perfectly furnished and laid out with a big balcony. it has everything you need in the apartment if you want to cook, but downstairs is a huge variety of great restaurants and coffee shops. as we were staying here for 2 weeks, a cleaning team was sent in a few times - they were quick and efficient. this will definitely be my first option when booking in the area.

Reviewed Aug 16, 2025It’s perfectly located to access shops and highways. Johann was wonderful in meeting needs. Attention to detail was incredible and it was like a home away from home. I had to do remote work and the internet was stable and consistent enough to hold long video call meetings.

Reviewed May 18, 2025The apartment was spectacular! We spent 11 days at Menlyn Trilogy apartment 1302. Two bedrooms and Balcony with beautiful view. Self catering, fully equipped with top quality domestic appliances. The host was extremely professional and helpful. We even went back there for another two days. When we return to South Africa, we will definitely go back. Highly recommended!

Not a train smash, but only having once access card in the event our phone batteries run flat and one key.

The only thing the host needs to fix is the kitchen sink tap that kept on falling when opening the water.

Reviewed May 5, 2024Wow 👌 👏. The place is absolutely amazing 💯 and good value for money. We were attending an event at Time Square, and the distance is just a stones throw away. We literally had our car parked ever since we checked in and walked everywhere we wanted to, as the place is close to all amenities you might need. The apartment had all we needed and more... the perfect home away from home 😃. Johan (the host) is just a text away when you need him and very friendly. We will most most certainly come back!

Reviewed Jan 18, 2024The property is absolutely stunning. 100% power cut proof. We had not one power interruption. It is really well equipped. The location is perfect. I really don’t think you can ask for a better apartment in Pretoria. There are a lot of restaurants really close by and it is absolutely walkable, perhaps the only truly walkable place in Pretoria. High quality bedding. Fluffy soft pillows. Many high quality towels. Ultra high quality German washing machine, drier and other appliances. Left my clothes so clean. Fast wifi. We appreciated the extra detail with the amenity kits on par with Marriott’s Autograph collection. The view is breathtaking—especially over sunset. The host is very responsive and helped us check in a little early after a very long flight. We will definitely return!
The night shift receptionist was a little cocky. I asked a question about the parking garage and they rolled their eyes and told me that I should have listened when I checked in and that I was perhaps a little distracted. I explained nobody explained parking to me. But when I checked out the receptionist (another lady) was the sweetest little angel. She helped us with our bags.
