Reviewed May 29, 2026I loved everything about it. The Napoli room was absolutely gorgeous. Came with all amenities, fridge, stove, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, iron with ironing board, hair dryer, cookery, pots pans, cutlery, mugs, glasses. Flat screen TV. Bath towels, facecloths, shower gel, soap, detergent etc.... the balcony was quaint, but nice to relax. I cannot fault this place at all. I like it has access cards to enter parking areas, to use the elevator, access roof top restaurant and pool. Gives you a sense of security. Menlyn Maine shopping center is a five minute walk from the hotel, which has a clicks, Spar, PnP, and an arrangement of restaurants. This is my new go to spot.... I absolutely loved it.
Waited very long to check in. It was quite busy and only 2 people assisting with check ins. So that was a bummer for me. Also there was quite a bit of noise on our floor early hours of the morning from other residents. In-house restaurant's menu could do with adding more variety. I had to take a walk to Menlyn Maine to buy my food, as I was not in the mood for what was on their menu. (I'll call it fancy food🫣)

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026The location was excellent, we were able to walk to the store and Sunbet arena without a problem. So many great restaurants around! Communication from the host regarding instructions was really comprehensive.
The check in procedure was a little confusing regarding parking and collecting the key etc. Seems as though the AC hadn't been cleaned in a while as we were both sneezing non-stop from the dust after we switched it on and it was too hot not to use it.

Reviewed Mar 24, 2026The Menlyn Maine Residences is an excellent place to stay with a great location, just across the street from the Time Square Sunbet Arena. A large shopping mall with a couple of well-stocked grocery stores is also right across the street, connected to the Menlyn Maine central square that has a very nice variety of lovely restaurants. For the kids, the BOUNCE Menlyn trampoline park is also inside this mall. The Koi restaurant on the 16th floor is great for easy-access meals. I will be back!

The kitchen area wasn’t cleaned as well as living space. There were crumbs in some drawers. Fingerprints on the cabinet doors. Also some surfaces weren’t wiped down & I had to wipe them. The housekeeping service is a bonus. I had booked very late and communication with Steve was fast and friendly. Highly recommend staying here!
