Cozy 1BR Apartment in Manila, BGC, with Balcony & Pool

Clean and great location

It’s a small space but complete with appliances even washer and dryer! The bed is comfortable and even has sofabed and dining room!

Needs an easy parking spot for loading and unloading in a busy street!

The location was good within Fort Bonafacio.The balcony was nice with good views.

The kitchen had a slight odour, but just before we were there- in fairness it had rained for 5 days continuous and humidity was high. The drains at Street level to the building were also smelling.This had no impact on the flat however.

10/10 for business district location. Main bed comfortable. Windows open to ventilate.

First impression: bad smell. Linen also had a pungent perfume (to disguise the overall bad smell)? Studio is claustrophobic, nowhere to put your luggage, approx. 1.85m wide for dining table and sofa bed. No bath. Non-standard duvet size (too short). No duvet nor blankets for uncomfortable sofa bed. Only 1 A/C control for 2 units. Landlord demanded copies of ids before confirming the booking. Had to evacuate due to fire alarm from 31st floor (bottom 5 floors being double height). Took around 15 minutes to walk down (~864 steps) passing many less mobile. Once in fire escape there is no way back. Not advisable to rent unless super-fit. Sliding partition between tv and foot of bed, hardly 1BR. Bachelor studio perhaps.

We stayed there for only 1 night as 2 people, but we greatly enjoyed it! The host provided amazing full detailed clear instructions on how to reach there, how to use everything there, how to check in, how to check out. The apartment was clean, fully operational, full of useful appliances. There was no need to buy small stuff like washing detergent, liquid soap, sugar, salt - everything was already kindly included and prepared in good amounts. Most importantly, everything was clean and working well.

Everything was great, thank you! The only thing to keep in mind is that the elevator waiting can take some time. But again, it's not a problem of this particular apartment, so all good!

Washing machine

Upon booking this property, it wasn’t clear to us that it was an Airbnb. We prefer hotel style. The address on the ad was unclear. Our grab cab had trouble finding it because the address was vague, perhaps a precise address would help.

Comfy bed. Complete facilities. Washing machine with Dryer was a big help for long stays. Very good location. Spacious and home feeling. The host, Alexander, was very friendly and makes sure we are having a good stay. He assisted us also in Netflix setup promptly.

Bathroom was little tight and lighting could be brighter. Maybe a shelf to put toiletries like shampoo/shower/soap in the shower. The balcony door could not be locked, maybe thats why we hear the noises from the traffic outside. The Gym access is only for Resident owners.

The host is very accommodating and even grant our special request. The unit is complete and we had our comfortable stay.

Great apartment that feels closer to a comfortable hotel room vs standard apartment. The bed and mattress were superb. Big TV. Fantastic location close to food, restos and shops.

Nothing much. Just that it’s hard if you have luggage and you arrive early or have a late flight as there is no luggage storage. I believe this is the case in most of the condominiums in BGC.

The apartment is fully furnished. Cozy and modern styled. Balcony has a stunning view. With free coffee, tea and water bottles. Owner is responsive and approchable. Location is perfect for us, as we love to shop. Shopping area's just around the corner. Even side by side. Bar and restaurants are also nearby.

Building security rules are tight.

Great prep from the host to receive the keys at the building front desk.

The location of the condo was ideal. The room was big and had everything you needed. The AC worked perfectly (which is very important considering it's the Philippines AND Metro Manila). The host was always attentive to our needs and sent me all the instructions which made checking in a piece of cake. Would definitely love to book this place again when I come back to PH.

The apartment is very clean and tidy. It has everything you’d need. Highly recommended.

The location is perfect. The building is very secured and safe. I had a smooth transaction with the hosts. They are very accomodating and easy to contact.

Perfect location to just chill, enjoy the city walk out safely.

Shower walls and glass frame wasn’t, grout and shower skirting got mould. Needs a good spray of bleach and good scrub will bring it all to standard. Coffee filter machine doesn’t work, too little to give you a decent cup.

It's very convenient to get there, just follow the instructions that given to you before going there.. Nice place, no hassle, and very convenient to check in and check out.. Very recommended! , We are all happy to stay to your unit, till next time.. Thank you! 👍

Lovely location and the flat is great for an individual or a couple that are traveling through Manila but don’t plan to spend an excessive amount of time indoors. It’s small, but it has everything you’d expect in a studio apartment, with small perks like Netflix access and air conditioning.

Only minor things - the water in the shower didn’t get as hot as I like but this was okay given how warm Manila was. Another small issues was that the curtains didn’t fully close, but I had a face mask so I was able to sleep in when needed.

💯ACCESSIBLE - The place is very near to almost all key destinations in BGC. 💯 VALUE FOR MONEY - For the service, location, and ammenities, this accommodation is definitely giving more VALUE than what I paid for. It's also more affordable than staying in nearby hotels. 💯 CONVENIENT - It's so easy to check in and out. The owners gave a very comprehensive guide on check in and out. 💯 COMPLETE, COMFORTABLE, AND CLEAN - The unit is complete with everything one would need! The cherry on top for me is, they even have a front-load washing machine with dryer!

It is centrally located where you can find everything walkable. Coffee shops, restaurants, malls, supermarkets.

Just minor issue with the new building being constructed that ruins the otherwise spectacular city view.

The room is neat and clean and it gives that homey feel. You will not regret staying in this unit.

The security guards at the reception are not considerate with guests

Everything, it’s very clean and organized.

You have amazing appliances, utensils and beddings, which made our stay comfortable.

There is none, but as a suggestion, it would be great to have disposable slippers and have the lock of the entrance door checked as it was quite difficult to lock and unlock.

I like that the Host tried his/her best to accommodate my request to check in early. Though it wasn't as what I originally requested, I appreciate it a lot that I was able to leave my luggage early. The unit was clean, and had the basic toiletries. Next time, I'll definitely book this place just for ME TIME 🙂.

The reception had me registered twice because of my friend who'll be doing my hair and make up. We're running a bit late of sched. Good thing there weren't many guests registering during that time.
