About 15 minutes after my room service meal arrived at, the chef personally brought a replacement, concerned the first dish might be too salty. I hadn’t even noticed or complained. His thoughtful gesture and genuine care left a lasting impression.

From the moment we arrived for our anniversary, we were treated to an unparalleled level of hospitality that turned a great trip into an unforgettable experience. We stayed in a breathtaking corner suite on the 38th floor, offering panoramic views that were worth the price of admission alone. The room was immaculately clean, and the daily housekeeping was flawless, always leaving us with fresh linens and a generous supply of free bottled water every single day. They even went out of their way to include some incredibly thoughtful touches that made our anniversary celebration feel truly special. After a week here, my only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. The dining and entertainment completely blew us away. The daily breakfast buffet is a culinary marvel, covering practically every national cuisine you could dream of. I never expected to become someone who craves miso soup first thing in the morning, but their execution was so authentic and delicious that it became my daily staple! After long, exhausting days out touring the vibrant streets of Manila, there was nothing better than returning to the hotel and being greeted by incredible live music playing in the lobby every single night. It was the perfect, sophisticated oasis to unwind and reflect on our day. If you are looking for world-class service, pristine luxury, and an experience that gets every single detail right, look no further. We will absolutely be back!

Maybe overpriced coffee and breakfast. Buffet is good, but don’t need it daily. Cheaper and better options in walking distance from hotel. Pillows are not good, bring your own.

Das höchste Hotel in Manila! Unser Zimmer lag in der 51.Etage, hatte eine schöne Aussicht und war in einem sauberen Zustand. Mitten im populären BGC und zur UptownMall ein Katzensprung. Das Personal im THE PEAK, des HOUSEKEEPINGS, die Fahrer beim PICK-UP und DROP-OFF, sowie die Herren vom GEPÄCKSERVICE, waren sehr freundlich und lobenswert!

Der Zugang zum Pool ist von Sonntag bis Donnerstag nur bis 20:00 Uhr möglich. Vom Frühstücksbuffet haben wir mehr erwartet. Zwischen dem GrandHyatt Manila und booking . com scheint es leider zu Mißverständnissen gekommen zu sein. Als wir für uns 3 mit Altersangaben buchten hieß es FRÜHSTÜCK INKLUSIVE, am Empfang zum Frühstück hieß es IHR KIND IST NICHT INKLUSIVE. Beim Warten auf ein Taxi wurden wir von einer erhöhten Sitzmöglichkeit (rechts in der Lobby) regelrecht weggejagt, ein völliges NO GO! Das WC hatte keine Säuberungsmöglichkeit, weder eine Klobürste noch die asiatische Handbrause. Das Extrabett wurde unbedacht und unvorteilhaft ins Zimmer gestellt, sodass es unglaublich eng war. Es hätten dafür gerne ein paar Möbelstücke rausgeräumt werden können, schade.

The cleanliness, excellent service

The pool is a nice touch albeit it being 4ft deep. Very nice and modern hotel. Loved that there were two bathrooms in the standard double room. Front desk staff are very helpful and nice.

There was some ringing noise coming from the ceiling of my first room. I called guest services and got me into a new room within 30 minutes.

L’hôtel est particulièrement bien situé. J’aime beaucoup l’esthétique générale de cet hôtel. La piscine est un véritable plus.

Mais cela fait plusieurs années que je viens, et j’ai trouvé que cette année, l’état général de l’hôtel s’est dégradé. La nourriture est bien moins bonne qu’à une époque. Et surtout, les prix ont absolument explosé.

Trop d'enfants dans la piscine pour adultes, pas de geste spécial pour mon anniversaire, décor vieillot de la chambre et mauvaise odeur, mauvais entretien de la condition de la chambre.

No me gusto que hicieran el cargo en tarjeta cuando ponia claramente que pagaba en el hotel. Salvo ese detalle, en general bien. Era mi unica opción en la zona, ya que como ultimo dia queria quedarme en esa zona para hacer varias compras en la zona y volar a casa. Me permitió reconciliarme con la cadena, despues de la mala experiencia en sus hoteles de Punta Cana y playa del Carmen. El desayuno, el mejor que probé en Filipinas, y me permitieron hacer late check out sin cargo extra.

El monton que te bloquean en la tarjeta como garantia es exagerado. De los mas altos que he visto, y para una estancia de una noche es una burrada. Acceder al hotel caminando es complicado. Y el precio del desayuno me parece elevado para el nivel de precios del pais. La mania que tienen estas cadenas de ponerte el lujo como un estilo rancio y anticuado. Cuando en general valoro mas el minimalismo.

Amazing beautiful property. Top of the line for the area. 6 star property!! Had an amazing lounge. One of the best in the world with amazing views and food was just outstanding. Also had great restaurants in the hotel and a great rooftop restaurant the peak. Amazing views!

The location was perfect for some shopping but I was really just hoping to get some R&R and the room was perfect for that. The breakfast buffet was incredible. Great selection and everything cooked to perfection.

The peak restaurant is a bit pricey

The room was almost perfect, with truly stunning views, and the staff were very friendly. The internet was good almost all the time, and I was able to work remotely.

The service was excellent, but one thing surprised me. Why was the Peak restaurant staff’s evening meeting held downstairs near the elevators, where all hotel guests pass on their way to their rooms, before the restaurant opened? In such a fine hotel, I would expect there to be a proper meeting room. The staff were speaking loudly about customers’ language skills and accents, which felt inappropriate to hear as a guest. The breakfast was mostly a big mess. There was no information anywhere about how long the eggs were cooked. I don’t understand the point of the whole breakfast, as everything was spread out in different places. If breakfast is not included in the price, don’t go.
