Queremos agradecer a Houda por su excelente atención durante nuestra estancia. El apartamento estaba impecablemente limpio y todo ha sido perfecto. Houda ha sido una anfitriona de 10, siempre atenta y amable. Además, nos ha encantado el detalle de dejar cápsulas de café, té, aceite y otros pequeños productos básicos. Son cosas que se agradecen muchísimo al llegar a un apartamento, porque permiten instalarse y funcionar cómodamente desde el primer momento. Sin duda, hemos tenido una estancia muy agradable y recomendamos totalmente este alojamiento. ¡Muchas gracias por todo, Houda!

Great little apartment, lovely owner and great location and price. WiFi is dreadful, which is a first world problem I know but not ideal when you have young kids with you. A lot of construction going off both inside and around the building.

The women who greeted us was so nice! She made us feel extremely welcome. The place looked so great. We booked this place also because we rented a car and they have a private underground parking place which was easy to reach. There was a huge truck blocking the whole street, and and someone guided us around the streets to make sure we reached it without issues. Extremely helpful and also great tips so you won't miss any highlights of Marrakesh.

La piscine… ne vous faites pas avoir c’est un pédiluve et très sale (blanc laiteux) La gérante « a oublié » de nous donner le code de la porte et nous a demandé de partir plus tôt car les personnes du lendemain arrivent plus tôt

L’accueil de Lamya et ses conseils très appréciés. J’ai rarement vu un appartement si bien équipé, tout y est. L’emplacement est idéal, près de commerces, restaurants et des différents lieux touristiques. On reviendra avec plaisir!

The location was perfect. everything we needed was well within walking distance. Property was clean and very well maintained.

The property was extremely well equipped and clean, the beds were super comfortable. The house manager Lamyaa was very kind and took very good care of us, thank you. The location is excellent. We were looking for an accommodation in the new city and the apartment is close by to many restaurants and coffee shops. 15 min walking to Jardin Majorelle and less than 10 min by taxi from the Medina. Vey quiet at night and very safe. We enjoyed our stay very much and we would come back.

The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location, just a 10-minute drive from the Medina. The area and the building felt very safe, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby.

I liked the location of the apartment, it's very close to a lot of good restaurants. The staff at the apartment building were incredible nice and very helpful. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The host was very friendly and met us and explained everything to us. They even let us check in much earlier than expected. Thank you for a nice stay.

Nothing related to the apartment itself. Only that the apartment building itself a bad smell, probably because of the chlorine in the pool area, or the cleaning detergent used throughout (this did not affect the apartment itself).

Superbe séjour à Marrakech ! L'accueil était parfait, grâce à Lamyaa qui nous a très bien accueilli. Superbe appartement, tout confort au coeur du quartier Gueliz. Très bien entretenu et décoré avec goût. Il est également très bien fourni avec tout ce qu'il faut dans la cuisine, les chambres et la sdb. Le contact avec l'hôte a été très agréable, toujours disponible à chaque fois qu'on en a eu besoin. Je recommande vivement et je reviendrai !

L'appartement est très propre avec une belle decoration moderne. Lamyaa est super gentille et nous a donné toutes les informations nécessaires pour le séjour. La résidence dispose de 2 piscines ( une chauffée et une ouverte sur le toit ); hamman, sauna et salle de sport.

Un appartement vraiment top! Tout était niquel Le confort de la literie Les équipements de la cuisine. Une petite terrasse très agréable pour une pose café. La personne qui m'a accueilli était très serviable et professionnelle. La résidence est très bien surveiller. Je valide aussi le spa. Sans oublier les femmes de ménage qui sont très efficace et souriante. Belle decouverte!

Our host was extremely kind and attentive, the apartment was gorgeous as well as comfortable, featuring separate climate control in both bedrooms and the living room, a nice balcony, modern appliances, a high level of cleanliness, and an excellent location.

Nothing that the host could have done would have improved my stay. It was fantastic.

Everything about this place ! From the minute I stepped in until the checkout everything went so smooth and nice. The apartment is tidy clean , so beautiful and cozy with very comfy beds and pillows ! It's quiet at night and everything is nearby , coffee shops , restaurants, banks , pharmacy... The location is great. The residence too!

The bedroom where kids were sleeping was really noisy. Dogs barking all night long like they are in the apartment. One of my kids couldn’t sleep… Would worth to change windows with better phonic isolation.

I really recommend it. We were 2 families (6), and it was so comfortable and cozy. The location is close to Starbucks, Marjan mini market, and the train station. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially Lamia
