Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Super limpio, personal muy muy amable, muy fresco dentro, super aislado del ruido de fuera… En fin, un oasis de lo caótico de Semporna. Un alojamiento de diez, muy cuidado con maquinas para lavar gratis, cafe y cocina disponible. Calidad precio inmejorable.
El colchon era un poco duro y la entrada algo dificil de encontrar. La calle de entrada sucia y pequeña (entiendo que el alojamiento no puede hacer nada con eso porque la ciudad en general es asi), pero bien ubicado, muy cerca del centro.

Reviewed Aug 10, 2026Allora, dire che è una buona struttura per degli standard normali no.. ma viste le condizioni della città per lo meno ci siamo sentiti tranquilli ed eravamo in una stanza con tutto l’essenziale, quindi mi sento di dire che è stato nella norma. Non ci avrei alloggiato per più di una notte, ovviamente c’è da adattarsi, però ho apprezzato la cura dello staff

Les deux bémols étaient que l’endroit est assez compliqué à trouve je me suis référé à des anciens commentaires pour pouvoir le trouver car il y aucune indications. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas anglais donc cela est compliqué pour se faire comprendre mais ça le fait.

La habitación no tenía ventana y la calle en la que estaba el alojamiento no daba muy buenas vibes.

Reviewed May 29, 2026La ubicación es bastante céntrica con opciones de cafés, restaurantes y supermercados cerca. El muelle está también a una corta distancia de caminata. Tanto las habitaciones como el lugar y la ropa de cama siempre están limpios y con buen aroma. Las camas súper cómodas. La cocina es luminosa y sencilla pero bien equipada con heladera, microondas, un anafe eléctrico y utensilios. Me gustó pasar un rato ahí, hicimos todos nuestros desayunos en el lugar. También había te y café instantáneo de cortesía. Hay un lavaropas y secadora que nos permitieron usar sin cargo. Si bien no hay gente del lugar todo el tiempo, la atención y respuesta por WhatsApp es rápida y constante, nos ayudaron a organizar el traslado al aeropuerto de Tawau y cuando tuvimos un tema de agua en la habitación nos dieron atención enseguida.
En nuestra habitación entraba agua cuando llovía. Nos ofrecieron cambiar de habitación, pero en las otras también había algunos temas de pérdida de agua que reportamos y preferimos quedarnos en la que ya estábamos.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Breakfast = go to the cafe across the street; they are actually good and affordable, but definitely not something to be included in room description, as it's at the very least misleading. Room was okay-ish to just sleep in, but it definitely needs some freshen up, looks like it's been a long time since any renovation. Grout in the bathroom just falling out, faucet and shower leaking. Bed mattress definitely needs to be replaced, the worst I slept on in a loooong time.

Reviewed Apr 23, 2026Buona sistemazione a Semporna, sei in una città un po’ particolare, e se vieni in queste zone solo per il mare, ti consiglio di andare direttamente sulle isole adiacenti, però se come me , ti piacere assaporare il vero senso del viaggio, questa struttura fa per te, é ben gestita, sono tutti disponibili e ti forniscono tutte le informazioni e i servizi che ti servono , andata e ritorno dall’aeroporto, escursioni in barca, si trova in una zona degradata come lo é tutta Semporna, però se non cerchi solo il mare da cartolina, sei nel posto giusto, dev9 fare una valutazione qualità / prezzo….direi 9😊

Unfortunately there as lots of heavy rain and our room ended up flooding, this was the dormitory room. The owner was very helpful and gave us a new room immediately and let us use the washer and dryer for free, but was definitely not ideal. The town itself isn’t very nice at all. If you are staying in Semporna make sure you have day drips booked cause there is nothing to do in the town and it is not a very nice place to be.

Reviewed Mar 29, 2026Stayed in a two bed dorm with a spacious locker and a solid bathroom. Both duvet and pillow were very comfortable and the air conditioning working very well. The location is good, the WiFi stable and the host responsive and helpful.
The bunk beds were squeaking heavily when moving in bed and there were no curtains for privacy. A bit hard to find due to missing signs.

Reviewed Feb 8, 2026There is only one bunkbed in the mixed dorm, so if you are two traveling you basically get a private!! And if not then it is still amazing getting some sleep without many people around. The duvet is very comfortable, everything is very clean and the shower is hot. The location is central and the host is so nice. There even is a little kitchen and free washer and dryer. We booked the same hotel again after returning from one of the islands, because everything was perfect.

Reviewed Jan 20, 2026整体非常满意，房间非常干净，床很软。早餐是自助的，厨房提供免费的咖啡和泡面、零食可供取用。位置也很不错，附近就有好吃的饭店以及好几家超市，离maybank很近，现金不够时方便去取。十分钟以内可以步行到码头。 老板Eric是个年轻帅气的潜水教练，可以找他报团，中文非常好，而且很大方，我们订房订错了日期，订了两天，中间有一天不需要住，但下一天需要重新入住，他主动告诉我们中间不在那一天可以把行李放在房间里，为我们中间出行节省了很大功夫不需要带着行李到处跑。

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026环境很干净，被套那些我看到前台小姐姐都会洗好晒好，离跳岛挺近的，走路大概13分钟，一公里左右吧，打车到码头也不会很贵，大概在5-9马币之间，在永达酒店附近，离南阳咖啡馆走路大概2分钟，房东特别好，遇到仙本那停水也积极解决，住宿价格很好，我觉得如果住镇上可以考虑这家～
洗澡水压有点小，如果水压大点水流大点更完美了。洗衣房地板有点漏水。

Personal poco atento. Prácticamente nunca había nadie para solicitar información o solventar problemas. Incluso para el check out tuvimos que dejar las llaves en recepción porque no había nadie. Adicionalmente, preguntamos varias cosas sobre las que no nos supieron ayudar ni hicieron el esfuerzo de buscar una solución siendo locales.

Proprietario disponibile e sempre veloce nelle risposte, ci ha anche organizzato il transfer condiviso dall’aeroporto (30RM/persona). Volevamo fermarci una notte in più, ma purtroppo non c’era disponibilità.

Reviewed Aug 20, 20251. 位置很好，步行去三个码头都不远，15 分钟以内。詹全记 2 食肆旁的码头，星巴克对面的海丰码头，仙本那游客码头 （🔍jeti pelangcong semporna jetty）。2. 房间舒适，功能齐备，适合能自己照顾自己的旅行者。3. 公区提供洗衣服务，很实用。4. 可以找老板咨询报名一日游、潜水课、回机场的车。5.冰箱里有冰镇芦荟胶救急晒伤。6. 提醒：BUBBLE HOUSE 招牌在建筑正面，转到楼背后 NB 客栈招牌位置的白色铁门楼梯上二楼。
夜间 10 点到 7 点保持安静的告示可以写大点，张贴在显眼处。很晚check -in 进来的请强调一下。

Reviewed Aug 15, 2025这次入住体验非常棒！首先要特别感谢民宿老板的“有求必应”！不仅贴心为我们安排了接机服务，离开时也帮忙安排了去机场的车，解决了我们交通上的大问题。民宿的环境卫生非常好，住得很安心。房间设计很贴心，提供了很多插座，而且大部分都不需要转换插头（对国际旅客太友好了！）。地理位置绝对是最大优势之一！离码头近，我们直接走路大概13分钟就能去参加深潜和浮潜，省时又省心。这点特别重要，因为这边的Grab打车服务比较随机，等待时间长还容易被司机取消订单。住在这里，去码头玩水上活动完全不用为交通发愁！强烈推荐给计划参加潜水的朋友，位置和服务都无可挑剔！

Reviewed Aug 10, 2025La cama era cómoda y pudimos lavar la ropa sin coste adicional. La habitación estaba limpia pero la zona del tendedero tenia muchas cacas de pájaro.
La ubicación está lejos del puerto y la calle en la que estaba era segura pero oscura y sucia. Al principio no encontrábamos el alojamiento ya que no está indicado. La habitación tenía ventana pero esta daba a la sala de la lavadora, por lo que si había gente se oía ruido y por la noche entraba luz (aunque el anfitrión la apagó cuando se lo pedimos.

He fix the hose in the toilet right after I checked in and even tried to help me fix my dive computer with his laptop which was really appreciated. The house provides some snacks and the location is quite convenient with many restaurants downstairs. The popular Dojo is just across the street.

Reviewed Dec 27, 2024On the road, hear car and faulty AC sounds instead of leisure, takes little money to make sound proof so, make sound proof and fix the AC. Owner is nice and kind.
AC was making very very loud noise and sudden different scary sounds, then there are many ACs ducts next the room from downstairs shops so, too much noise, I was unable to sleep whole night. Told to the Host and he said, will fix AC but can’t be done anything for the outside AC ducts or can make it soundproof.

Ince you go from the room-from the house it is awfull smell from street (not fault by the owner, just ti expect it)

The room was not ready when we wanted to checl in at 6 pm and there was mold in the room and bathroom

Reviewed Jul 22, 2024Rooms are comfy with aircon, fridge washing machine are available for use.Tea and coffee with quick meal and kitchen facilities provided.Very clean and hygienic.The host guy is prompt on texts and helpful with airport commute, speaks English also so communication was easy.Dozo restaurant, secawan n other restaurants nearby
There is no name board on one side of building so it's basically on the same floor as cow b homestay.I followed the location n reached there and there was no name so called them n lady at reception was totally useless.First her English communication was weak n because of her i was literally moving with my luggage around the block not able to find the name board, she could have asked to come up the stairs.On reaching I was asking her the same n she had a blank face like she didn't care.The other lady was sweet n apologetic.Request you to keep somebody who can communicate well at reception as there are international guests also.The location can look a bit shady if you are here for first time but then i realised it's quite common in semporna.
