The Dining chairs were low (being very picky here) Not quite enough chairs in the lounge to cater for the 4 double rooms.

Needed extra blankets for beds. We found a very greasy/oily tray in the oven when we went to use it. Perhaps a few more bowls/platters in the kitchen

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Beautiful, comfortable Airbnb with thoughtful hosts who provided all the essentials, including Nespresso coffee. The rooms were clean and spacious, the kitchen was well equipped, and the secure gated entry made us feel safe. Plenty of parking for multiple cars. We loved our stay and would definitely choose this Airbnb again when in Napier.

Not enough heaters so the rooms were very cold at night except for that one room with a heat pump. There was only 1 heater for the other 3 rooms and my kids were freezing.

Reviewed Apr 22, 2025Property was perfect for our stay, we had 3 couples and a 4 year old . Plenty of space for everyone, loved that it was fully fenced. Beautiful backyard with lots of fruit trees and lovely flowers. Central to everything. Would def recommend and/or stay here again.

Reviewed May 23, 2024The location for us was great. Close to Napier, but also easy to get to Meeanee and Taradale. Beautiful home with a great layout. Good size bedrooms. The outside area looked inviting. However, due to the weather, we were warm and cozy inside. Thanks so much Liz.
