Reviewed Aug 17, 2025The fact that the host is VERY accommodating. Even in the wee hours, if you ask something, they will respond to you. All questions were answered accordingly. The place is exceptional, clean, and big for a family of 5.

Reviewed Aug 8, 2025The place was nice and spacious. It was nice to have cookware and dishes to use. The pool area is nice and it is a very well maintained facility.
My only drawbacks were the noise in the local area. The street running in front of the apartment is very busy. The bedrooms could use heavier drapes to block some of the noise and the early morning sunlight. It was very difficult to sleep late.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2024Joel was extremely effective and an outstanding host. He was very thoughtful, prompt, and attentive to someone who booked from overseas/outside the Philippines. The place was well maintained, spacious, clean, and really a home away from home. I'll definitely book here again on my next visit to Manila.
Quite honestly, there's nothing to not like overall. If I have an area of improvement to mention is hopefully we can get to a point wherein the payment options can be made with more alternatives. I did not settle the payment through booking.com, thinking I could swipe my credit card when I reach the property, basically pay it onsite. This was not an option for me since there was no card reader on the property. Fortunately, Joel provided the option and helped me with doing a direct bank transfer from my overseas account..
