电梯很慢很慢 家具需要改进，质量很差 冷气3间房，只有1架冷 马桶盖，坐坏了，收费RM130 但是那个质量，让我觉得不值RM130

It's very recommended this place very near to all tourist spots, easy to find. The place is very clean and they have everything you need. If I'm back to Penang I will choose this to stay again 👍👍👍

The place is so basic ecspecially the living room.the fan and air cond remote control some got no battery.

整体都挺好 就是冷气不够冷 只有主人房有化妆镜 其他房间都没有 女生化妆不是很方便

Registration for the property is easy and fast. Apartment is clean. Parking is free. Bonus is the apartment come with Coway Water Dispenser and washing machine. TV come Netflix. Air con all super cool. Water heater come with pump. Will book again.

Everything was great and efficient, both accommodation and host 👌🏼😁 good location too.

It has all the facilities that we needed since we bring toodler/infants along . Especially the water filter. Really make it easy for us to do our kids milk especially at night and also the property also prepared iron and hairdryer and all the equipments is in the good conditions. Just theres one room the air conditioning not in a good conditions since my mom used that room she said the room is not cold enough. Might be theres some problem with the aircond. Might should have checked. The rest got no problem . ☺️

had a great 3d2n stay here . the apartment was clean , comfortable , and fully equipped . i especially loved the beautiful view from the master bedroom . great location with easy access to shops and parking . the host was friendly and responsive . totally worth the price — highly recommended!

LANDLADY IS A SCAMMER!!!!!! WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!

Terrible experience! The property was dirty and dusty, none of the utensils were usable. There was no Netflix as what they advertised. The collection of key is problematic! Had to wait hours for them to resolve! The landlord is a scammer! Upon check out landlord sent a message of broken mug, which we never used and threatened to charge me RM300!! I vigorously denied it as we didn’t use any of their crockery / utensils as it was filthy! I told her o would do police report if she charges me. She charged me an extra night and insisted I pay direct to her personal account and not via Booking.com

Nice house, nice view, was clean, furnished with basic amenities.

Lift. Waited for hours. For hours, not minutes. Waited more than 2 hours for lift to check in. The house is in 31st floor, our parking is in 2nd floor. To go out, we have to wait again. Once we are back, got to wait hours for lift to go back to the house. We were not exhausted from vacation, we were exhausted from waiting for the lift. To check out, its at 11am. We waited for the lift from 10am. We texted the agent/owner, no response. We called, no answer. After many many tries, a guy answered. He then helped by asking security to come and fetch us. We got the lift at 1pm. Waited from 10am. Very tiring, troublesome, waste of time. Not worth it unless they do something with the lift issues.

Host provided clear info on how to collect the keys. She was very accommodating and would go out of her way to help us during our stay. The place was very clean. I would recommend to everyone.

Really worth your money! Plus it have ktv, you can search any songs you want. Easy access parking. Available for 2 cars. Dekat juga dengan georgetown. Host reply promptly.
