Damp, Dirty, Damages all over the house, no central heating just some pathetic oil filled radiators. Mould on the bed Wall fell down on arrival Shower curtain across the bathroom door to stop people seeing in. Place is an absolute joke, then to top if off Booking.com refuse a refund
