Modern apartment with pretty much all you need for being away from home.

Size does matter.......needs a bigger TV screen.

Easy to get into, very clean. Comfy beds (so many cushions!). Took a while to work out the television. Great bookcase. And great tea,coffee etc selection. Thankyou.

I found the staircase scary. The steps were very smooth, there was handrail for only the bottom half, and the two top steps were very narrow again with no rail. As an elderly person, I found getting up and down to the bedroom with my suitcase quite difficult. Would recommend a rail all the way up, and some covering on the steps that shoes could get a grip on.

Lovely apartment, very well fitted out from the bedrooms to the kitchen. Very handy location.

Poor instructions not easy to read. No instructions for projector TV. Stove top was difficult to operate. The only toilet was up a set of steep stairs without sufficient railings.

Very low doors (I hit my head several times) Only one bathroom and the sliding doors are not very private eg everyone in each room can hear everything.

Easy walk to shops.

Bed was not comfortable, looked like a stage for instagram 10 pillows WTF! Had to leave our bags downstairs as way to dangerous to take them upstairs. Not sure if that type of staircase is even legal no railing. Bedooms were hot no AC. Owner wanted us to clean it. Would not reccomend.

Very quiet location and close to city centre

The location to the city was good, not far to walk to shops and restaurants. The apartment overall is great with plenty of room.

The noise. The traffic noise was terrible. With no air con you needed the window open. On the other side of the building people getting up and going to work and crunching on the gravel early so no chance if a sleep in. Beds had no pillow topper and were hard and uncomfortable. Found a spare quilt to sleep on which was ok.

The stairs were very difficult and without a handrail. There was no tv or tissues. The front bedroom was right on the road and noisy.

We were there for just one night. It was super clean, comfortable and modern. The beds were really comfortable!

We provided our own breakfast. The apartment was lovely and we were very comfortable

The bathroom towels were rather hard

Nice furnishings and good location. Lots of nice details like laundry soap and coffee provided. Kitchen was well stocked.

It was quite warm upstairs and as friends travelling together, the lack of privacy from the sliding bathroom & bedroom doors wasn’t great.

A beautifully presented apartment that is really clean and tidy. Great location with off street parking. Tea coffee and milk were supplied which we really appreciated. We will definitely be recommending this place to our friends and family.

I did receive a massive amount of information which did feel abit overwhelming. There were two different wifi password informations. Maybe having the wifi code and password stuck to the fridge would make it a lot simpler. The pillows were also extra large which didn’t make for the nicest sleep but that’s just our preference, otherwise we really enjoyed our stay as it had everything we needed.

Simple home design and layout, comfy furniture, close walk into town for food/drink/groceries, kitchen well stocked. Great directions from the hosts, easy check-in and check-out.

Upstairs bedrooms were a bit hot from the sunny day - cooled off a bit in the evening but didn't want to leave windows open because front bedroom was near busy street.

Easy to access the property. The location was great. A stylish well appointed apartment with really comfortable beds and nice to have plenty of plunger coffee and selection of teas for our stay.

A lock on the bathroom door would be a great addition.

It was easy to find instructions were clear and the unit had all that 4 adults would need to have a good holiday and go to picton for the mail run boat trip .

The parking was very difficult when people did not park in one park taking up to parks so nobody could fit

Easy check in/out...... It is a warm comfortable apartment equipped with everything you could need. Lovely decor and comfortable living room furniture and beds. Really spacious with a nice outdoor area. Clean 🫧🫧🫧

Apartment is immaculate, well equipped beds incredibly comfy! Super homey. Hosts are very responsive and accommodating.

Only 4 wine glasses, 4 large dinner plates etc.. No bubbles wine glasses. I think it is always better to have at least 6 or 8 of everything.

It was a really cool property, very central, and it felt very private.

Road a bit busy early. No actual TV but a projected TV in an odd spot which is too small and high. Room layout should be reversed for comfort.

The difficulty of the staircase, and no keys for the doors. The front door had to be left unlocked.

Good access to the town. Nice shower. Comfortable sofa and bed.

We could see the drain pipe on the ceiling and could hear the drainage sounds when someone flashed the toilet or using the shower on the 2nd floor. Bedrooms and bathroom doors were hanging sliding doors. Looks fancy but we didn't like no lock on the bathroom door and the gaps between the door and the wall.

Really well fitted out. I didn't need to go buy more tea bags and coffee. They were very generous. And good size mugs.

It was too short a stay

Decor was very stylish and well set up. Great location and plenty of room to park our tandem trailer.

If I had to be picky it would be the narrow bedroom doors.
