MIN Stay - Woman Only Homestay

It was a pleasure and privilege to be hosted by Min. I had space to settle in and enjoy the massage chair 😄. Having the experience of living less like a tourist was great and valuable. The area has easy access to national and local parks- The Photography Museum was brilliant and there’s so much cool architecture around. 🫶🏻 Local connivence store located in the complex and supermarkets/restaurants and easy 2 mins walk. Easy access from Seoul station via tube. 5mins walk from the station-use NAVER Maps. Building numbers are written on the side of the buildings- just check flat number. ☺️

Nothing but check the apartment number with Min/before you arrive. The details on booking.com aren’t clear.

Heyonji was a lovely host , I enjoyed how peaceful the space felt and how comfortable the bed was.

Great place to stay! The host was amazing—friendly, welcoming, and always available if needed. From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a Korean home-away-from-home experience. I would definitely stay here again!

The room is cozy and located in a peaceful area. The host is incredibly kind and made a real effort to ensure I had everything I needed. They even provide essential tech gear like universal adapters and extension cords. Great service and a very comfortable room. Highly recommend

숙소에서 호스트 주인 분이랑 같이 묵는 숙소는 이번이 처음이여서 불편할까봐 신경 쓰였는데 오히려 안전한 느낌이 들고 친절하셔서 친척집에 온 거 같았어요! 방도 아늑하고 따뜻하며 기본 어메니티와 멀티탭 드라이기 여분 충전기 고데기 까지 구비해두셔서 편하게 묵을 수 있었습니다 다음 여행때 또 들릴게요~

사장님이 친절하셨고 깔끔한 성격이신듯 했다. 숙소에 도착했을 때 환영받는 느낌이었다. 환히 밝혀두신 거실 조명, 정돈된 환경, 따뜻한 침구...그리고 우유도 주셨다.

주변이 고요해서일 수도 있지만 시계 바늘 소리가 꽤 큰 편인듯 하다. 개인마다 느낌은 다를 수 있지만 한번쯤 확인하셔서 저음 또는 무소음 형태이면 더 좋을 듯 하다.

위치가 좋고 공항에 가야 하는 상황이라 앞에 공항 가는 버스가 있어서 좋았습니다. 방도 깨끗하고 따뜻해서 좋았습니다. 감사합니다.

호스트분께서 너무 친절하셨어요. 시설 깨끗하고 아늑하고 나무랄 데 없습니다. 도보 2분 거리에 편의점 있고, 이마트와 하나로마트 창동역 모두 가깝습니다. 걸어서 6분 거리의 서울시립사진미술관 볼만 합니다. 강추!

I had an amazing experience from arriving into the country and being able to get around Seoul easily from location. The host was friendly and the house was clean and comfortable. Thank you so much for my stay. Really made my experience of Korea easy and wonderful. Host was always super responsive to any questions I had.

The host was very friendly and the property was clean. The room was very cosy and clean. I had a very good nights sleep and the bed was very comfortable.

The area was easy to locate from the station but I got lost trying to find the correct building because there were many identical buildings in the same complex. There is central heating in the common area but I also wish the room had heating as it does a cooling fan.

Just one word: perfect!

It was quite a distance from the airport but was in a quiet area. Google Maps doesn't work very well when it comes to directions. So, if you get into the area, go towards the closest emart and get to the CU convenience store, and the apartments are right behind it. Owners were very accommodating and very friendly. They let me check in a little early, which helped out a lot. The place is quite homey and has everything you'd need. The owner even helped me cook some Ramen and gave me some steamed potatoes as well. Definitely recommend it if you want a homestay type of accommodation.

I was looking for an affordable accommodation in Seoul, and Mins' place is more than perfect. I had great experiences living like a local. Cozy room located on the ground (first) floor of apartment building, but it's quiet and safe. Metro station (line 4) is just in a few minutes walk through shops and cafes with very different cuisines. In 15 ish minutes walk you can catch city buses that can bring you to the city center or even Express bus terminal. It's calm residential area where you probably will be the only tourist :) Communication via booking was superb! The mom doesn't speak english but that won't be a problem :) I wish I could stay longer <3
