前台的服务人员打电话的时候，我刚好坐在大厅里跟我的韩国朋友聊天。这个前台的服务人员会在电话里和他的朋友讨论我和我的朋友，令我感到不适。而且前台人员在工作时间打私人电话让我觉得不合适。

Reviewed Aug 25, 2026地段佳，附近有不少店家和便利商店，叫車沒什麼太大問題，街道也很漂亮。 老闆很親切，也很樂意幫忙，不需要有太多接觸即便是半夜或清晨都可以自助完成入住和退房這點也很好。 電視花了一點時間研究出來能看。 房間雖然窄但算很漂亮溫馨。 有wifi，算是CP值還可以的一間旅館。
其中一件被子上有怪怪的味道，牆上有奇怪的污漬，感覺清潔不是做得很好。 密碼看得出規律且房間沒有防盜鏈，有點危險所以不適合獨旅。 一樓有貓味?但房間裡沒有所以沒關係。

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026L’hôtel est super bien placé et vraiment à proximité de tout ! Le soir les alentours sont animés donc c’est super si c’est ce qui est recherché. Les espaces communs sont appréciés et l’accès aux machines à laver est un vrai plus, non négligeable. Les employés sont très sympas et présent en cas de besoin.
Les chambres sont un peu petites mais largement suffisantes pour 2.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026The location is unbeatable if you like to be close to cosy cafes and bakeries, small alleys and markets. It’s maybe ten minutes walk to a train station but everything is quite local. The staff are friendly and will do whatever they can to help you, including storing luggage. They also recommended some restaurants and helped me settle in on my first day in South Korea. I intentionally went to another accommodation in Seoul after a few days and then decided to extend my stay in Seoul and came back to SSH Icon Hotel. The free laundry is a plus!
I found the beds a little uncomfortable but they were passable.

Reviewed Jul 24, 2026The hotel's location was great. It was about 1.5 km from the city center, and I chose to walk. It was also close to the temple and the palace, so you can easily reach them on foot. In addition, Insadong Culture Street, also known as the traditional market area, is just a short walk away. I highly recommend visiting it. The check-in and check-out process is completely self-service, with no staff involved, and it was very easy and straightforward. If you arrive early, you can leave your luggage in the lobby before check-in.The room had enough space to open one large suitcase, but not much more than that
The bathroom was very small. I had to move the trash bin and the toilet paper holder outside just to have enough space to take a shower. However, I think small bathrooms are quite common in Korea, so it wasn't a major issue. Other than that, I didn't experience any problems during my stay.

冷氣不太穩定 只更換毛巾,入住期間沒有更換浴巾和打掃 廚房的刀具,鍋具和餐具很少 B1的清潔度可以再加強

Stanze minuscole, sporche, bagno con doccia incorporata, ogni volta che fai la doccia bagni tutto l'ambiente. Appena siamo entrati nella stanza un tanfo, zanzare ovunque. Dopo aver acceso il condizionatore, si sentiva puzza di muffa venire fuori. Ho sviluppato una dermatite fastidiosa che è andata via dopo aver lasciato la stanza per sempre.

Reviewed Jul 3, 2026The location was great, everything was very straightforward and it had everything I needed. The rooms are fairly basic and small but that is to be expected in a big city. The Korean wet-room shower was an experience for sure. The bed was quite firm but I quite liked it and I slept great.
I don't think there was anything I didn't like. It's very self-service which some people may not like but I generally prefer to be left to do my own thing, and definitely don't need daily housekeeping.

It was safe and clean with the gentil stuff ready to help. I've stayed with my 2 children and if i come once more i will definitely consider to re-stay here.

Reviewed Jun 28, 2026La localisation est parfaite et permet d'accéder à pied à des parcs ou monuments majeurs de Séoul. Il a tout ce qu'il faut comme cafés, ruelles sympathiques et offres de transport en bus ou en métro. Les chambres sont sobres mais il y a ce qu'il faut. La petite tour de 9 étages se dresse dans un îlot très calme, sans voitures et on peut dormir fenêtre ouverte si on n'aime pas climatiser. Au sous-sol buanderie en accès gratuit. Petit salon à l'accueil, qui associe bureau de réception et écran.
J'ai connu cet établissement il y a 10 ans quand on pouvait accéder au toit terrasse et bénéficier d'un petit déjeuner simple et gratuit au sous-sol. Les tarifs restent raisonnables mais ont augmenté..

Praktische und funktionale Unterkunft mit sehr guter Anbindung an Bus und Metro. Gepäckaufbewahrung kein Problem.

Reviewed Jun 10, 2026Location (insadong) is amazing. Couple minutes away from Ikseondong hanok village cafe alleys. Great area for budget friendly authentic restaurants, pocha bars, souvenir and traditional craft shopping. Also very close to the palaces. We opted this location over Myeongdong as Myeongdong is too generic and touristy area versus Insadong has much more character while being well linked via metro. The hotel room is quite basic. If you stay here dont miss out on walking by the Cheonggyecheon stream, Seosulla-gil street by the palace wall, Naksan Park at night for views from many scenic cafes, and Jongno-3(sam)-ga pocha street.
The bathroom is a wet room where the shower head is hung above the sink. It is a bit inconvenient but overall great value for money so can't complain.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Vị trí khá thuận thiện để đi đến ga Anguk hoặc Jongno 3(sam). Phòng tuy hơi nhỏ nhưng đầy đủ tiện nghi, nước nóng lạnh và mạnh. Có máy giặt để khách có thể giặt quần áo dơ và sấy nên rất tiện lợi.
Điểm trừ duy nhất là gối hơi cao nên nằm hơi khó chịu.

She speaks perfect English and made my stay easy helping me with any query I had, from the check in to the check out. She is a star!
