Es un penthouse con excelente ubicación, muy buen tamaño y acceso a la playa. El edificio tiene buena seguridad. La vista es estupenda. Recomendado sin reservas.

La administracion fue muy amable, el lugar impecable, lindo y super limpio, la vista al mar espectacular y el parqueo funcionaba 24 horas, tranquilo y todos los electros disponibles y nuevos... bello el sitio 100% recomendado

The property was very clean, spacious, and the view was amazing. The Host was great and kept us well informed. Will definitely stay again.

No wash clothes but plenty of towels. And since it’s not a traditional hotel, I would have preferred more cleaning supplies. The sand fleas are brutal but not the properties fault. Pool was under construction, but Host accommodated us.

The unit was spacious and clean.

If we had been informed of the city wide electrical outages, the toilets didn't work during water outages, and we wouldn't receive more than 1 towel per person during our 5 day trip.

We had a great stay! The apartment is lovely, very well located and has amazing views. The hosts were super kind and attentive. They kept us informed about the water restrictions in San Juan due to the drought, which we really appreciated. Despite the restrictions, we had running water several times throughout the day, and they also left us a large bottle of water, which was very helpful. The apartment had everything we needed, including good quality toiletries and even separate towels for the beach. They also let us have a late checkout, so we could enjoy the beach and come back for a shower before leaving, which was perfect. Great apartment, great location and lovely hosts. We would definitely stay again!

I ended up stranded in Puerto Rico missing a flight due to a frontier delay and was very well taken care. Response time was amazing. We did run into some issues with the room that I booked. But it was taken care of immediately.. being stuck on an island with your daughter and not being able to come home I was very happy on how I was treated and how the situation was handled

The property was perfect, just steps away from the beach and walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and next door Foxwoods Casino. The room had the perfect view very clean. Fully stocked with necessities.The moment we walked in there was Spa music playing, and it smelled divine. Everyone was so kind and helpful. Honestly no better place I’d rather stay. I’ll be back soon.

The location was in the heart of San Juan They only provided 4 towels so we literally had to wash clothes every day while on vacation The balcony is very small and has the outside unit of the ac sitting on it… so there was NO RELAXING ON THE BALCONY (loud and blowing hot air) ELEVATORS WERE THE FASTEST IVE EVER BEEN ON but only half would work.. Parking spot is VERY SMALL large grocery store right down the road Pictures on website very misleading as to space in unit. 2 very small bathrooms Beach was beautiful but small area… seemed like they allow public to go in but everyday you had to go to desk and get a arm band It would have been cheaper to stay at a new hotel

El apartamento era un poco viejo, aunque tenía las comodidades necesarias. Tuvimos vecinos poco agradables, un vecino con música a todo volumen a lo largo de toda la noche, todas las noches.

La propiedad es hermosa, muy moderna, tiene todo lo que necesitas. La vista al mar es única, tiene salida directa al mar y para mí es la mejor playa de todo PR, tiene para alquilar sombrilla y tomar cócteles. La casa está muy bien equipada y las camas son muy cómodas y grandes es perfecto para una familia o una pareja, está muy bien ubicada. Iván nos ayudó con todo lo que necesitábamos y siempre estuvo pendiente y nos respondía al minuto

Big beautiful updated condo. Bigger square footage wise compared to the elite hotels nearby. Plus the convenience of having a washer and dryer was a plus. Everyone was friendly, plus no issues with the reserved parking we were given. Very affordable and best priced. Beach nearby with easy access. Great local restaurants that are walking distance. Even Rico who works at Mint Bar downstairs in the lobby knew all the best spots to go so he was very helpful. Owner was easy to talk to and gave a lot of info for our stay. Highly recommend

Parking arrangement make sure you get an alternative from valet if someone else is in your spot. I have to say though the staff was extremely helpful.

View was Awesome. Property was good close to pretty much everything places to eat , taxi (right down the block) casino lije right nxt door and also airport.

NO POOL on property was told under renovation no sign of renovation. But was offered an alternative which was great but wasn't able to go, No big deal. DOOR TO the apartment at the beginning once inside everything great. Came time to explore the door wasn't locking but then finally figured it out. Once back in side found out door had NO lock latch I felt a bit uncomfortable at beginning but all's well. Shower area should of been more closed so water doesn't come out.

Beach access directly from hotel! Secured and comfortable. Walking distance to stores. Kitchenette was a plus and Washer and dryer in room!

The only thing I would have liked better use of closet space, bathroom and having storage or a place to store makeup and hair items to get ready each morning. Sink in bathroom too small bc the jacuzzi tub takes all the space there. Perhaps consider investing on a dresser or chest of drawers, there's plenty of space to have one close to the mirror or even under where the TV is...

The beachfront access was wonderful! We loved hearing the surf at night and in the morning as we were in bed.

The kitchen was just adequate. A few things like scissors, another dish towel, plastic wrap and napkins would have been appreciated as well as glass cleaner. It wasn’t a kitchen meant to cook in. No oven or dishwasher. We hadn’t realized beforehand about the poor plumbing and restrictions on using toilet paper.

the location was perfect! we had a group of 4 girls and spot was comfortable, safe and had everything we needed. the host was helpful and super responsive to our needs. so many great things to do, plus with the location we could easily venture out to other places on the island. definitely would recommend!

I liked that it was not part of the hotel but still gave the hotel vibe.

Leider war der Pool gerade in Renovierung. Das war aber super kommuniziert im Vorherein.

A cadeira da varanda é o sofá sujos, depreciam a propriedade. A falta de cortina no box faz com que se fique defendendo a água com o corpo para não alagar o banheiro; que poderia também ser melhor iluminado.

A thoughtfully designed, spacious penthouse apartment with beautiful ocean views. Toast and coffee on the sunny balcony was a perfect start to the day The kitchen was well equipped, the ice maker in the fridge/freezer an added bonus. A really comfortable king size bed and quiet location ensured a good night's sleep, despite the fact the hotel is close to the airport. Ivan the Ocean Suites manager was quick to respond to messages with helpful advice.

There was a lot of confusion initially with locating the Ocean suite apartment which is on the top floor of the ESJ hotel, Isla Verde, this isn't mentioned on the Booking.com website and secondly the hotel reception staff didn't have any idea where the apartment was, even though it is in their building! There was a lot of toing and froing, pulling cases up and down stairs after a long journey until this issue was resolved. Booking.com need to address this as we were definitely not an isolated incident. It need to be addressed that the booking is with a private company not the ESJ hotel.

El departamento hermoso ,la vista maravillosa y la recepcionista del hotel un amor.

Estaba sucio en los clóset habían restos de rollo de confort, sábanas sucias de huéspedes anteriores , el baño se mojaba entero cuando te duchabas los escobillones , trapeador todo llena de pelo y pelusas. En general a primera vista se ve limpio pero al instalarse te das cuentas de estos detalles. El edificio y la dirección no es la misma que sale en booking ya que el alojamiento queda en el hotel ESJ towers que tienen hotelería y arriendo de departamentos, no tienen servicio de resort, el precio que cobran por adicionales no aplica. Creo que es un engaño. El departamento que arrende de acuerdo a la dirección de booking queda a unas cuadras más alejada del departamento que me alojé, (el departamento que aloje queda en el ESJ TOWER y este es más económico de acuerdo a booking) Por favor revisen que la dirección y el edificio que se publica sean los correctos. El departamento es hermoso y remodelado pero la relación precio calidad mala.

The property was clean, close to many landmarks, staff was very respectful and nice. I loved waking up to the ocean every morning and walking on the beach which is right outside of the building. The representative that rented the space was very informative and nice. I would recommend this space.

The room was beautiful and beyond expectation, and the balcony was a nice touch. We spent a great deal of time on the balcony in the evening, with the sound of the waves of the ocean.

Really nothing, everyone was very supportive to help us if we needed anything. Plus, they were helpful with our luggage's and parking my rental car.

The room was beautiful. We would absolutely stay there again. We loved hanging out at the private beach and the bar downstairs was fun. Thank you for a wonderful time.

First thing first, the view from the room was absolutely gorgeous. Got some stunning sunset pictures The room itself was spacious and clean. The location was central to a variety of restaurants and other amenities. The best part was the beach was right behind the complex. From the service to the stay everything was smooth and exceptional.

The apartment was like in pictures, clean and smelled nice. Good location and good communication with the owner. Beach is just outside the building. Owner is willing to reimburse for entry to specific pool and the Uber ride.

NO POOL. You are informed after booking that the pool is under construction. The owner is offering an alternative pool option nearby (but which in fact is over 15 min. walking away). This we found very inconvenient and it would have been good to be advertised in the property policy. The apartment is in the ESJ Tower but there is no mention about this in the description or seen in pictures which we found deceptive as Booking has many cheaper options in terms of apartments at this location (and most of them are transparent regarding the pool problem).

The location is great, apart has a beautiful view, but the person in the 7 floor has a music very loud. We complain a few times, no response . There is no pool, the pictures said with pool. When I text Ivan said I can pay for pool next door, then they will give me refund. They should reduce the price since there is time that the gate to access to the beach( it is from 7:00am to 7:00pm). Loud music every day from 2:00am to 8:00am. Some time all night until in the morning. In other word you are living in a nice apartment inside the night club . I hope the owner does something with it. They should offer chairs for guests instead paying for chairs and umbrella. The TV wasn’t working and the owner send a new TV next day. Like I said the apartment very nice location, but the music 7 days all night and morning like your leaving inside night club.

Being on the beach.

It was an old property and had the smell of being old once you got onto the floors. The pictures of the condo were deceiving. The condo that we rented had just the basics done to it to keep it presentable . The electrical socket in the kitchen did not work that we hooked the coffee maker and toaster oven into and when we reported it, they said they would get us an extension cord to use another outlet and it was three days before we got the extension cord. Having had conversation with the host and or hostess of the resort after every conversation we found out other items that were policies. There was one bath towel and one beach towel per person no wash clothes. The day we arrived we were asked to not flush anything down the toilet paper, etc. all needed to be put in the trashcan. I can tell you that had we known that when we first booked the trip we would’ve canceled that is unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. The loud music at 6 o’clock in the morning on Saturday and Sunday was unacceptable.

It was as stated, clean, easy check in and right on the beach, with an amazing view of the water, walking distance to restaurants and anything you might need. Also very close to the airport.

The room we reserved said we’d get two queen beds but the beds are full beds. Other than that we enjoyed our stay there.

The property was beautiful, spotless, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for a relaxing stay, and the location was ideal, close to restaurants, shops, and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The communication with the host, Ivan was excellent from start to finish; he was incredibly responsive, kind, and made sure every detail was taken care of. Overall, it felt like a home away from home.

Honestly, nothing! Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

I like the location of the condominiums everything was easy to walk to from the restaurants to the convenience store.

I didn't like the fact that where I stayed we had a balcony and I smoked cigarettes and I couldn't smoke out there nor could I smoke sitting outside on the property I had to walk off the property to smoke which I think it's wasn't right cause I was outside.

Deberían de especificar que esta ubicado al frente de la piscina de otro hotel, y el anfitrión nos ofreció una piscina en un hotel cercano, yo le escribí un par de veces preguntando donde quedaba pero jamás respondió... al dia siguiente dijo no estar cerca. En conclusión el anfitrión ausente.

This was such a wonderful experience. Great communication... Beautiful home... I would definitely stay here again. The views are breathtaking, the home is clean and newly remolded. Thank you for making my trip to Puerto Rico seamless.

Property is located in a great area Private beach and our view was amazing. Parking garage with own space was a plus. Security was excellent. You have to check in at the gate so it’s really safe.

I really didn’t have a problem with anything. The pool is under construction but we were told when we booked and we didn’t have a problem with it because we had the beach at walking distance.

Several elevators were out of service which made getting to the room difficult. Also, no pool, but was offered a pool at a different location. No vibe in the bar and lobby area.

The apartment was very clean and smelled good when we walked in. It was very spacious for me and my family of four. The kid's was able to have their own room and space and me and my husband had our own as well. It is literally right off the beach, a minute walk. The host were nice and was available for any questions I had. They even recommended some restaurants to visit.

No matter how good the location and space or value, the basic thing that determines your stay is pristine comfortable beds! The bedding was filthy with stains and hair. I texted the owner right away. This was in both bedrooms. The comforters were jumbled up and stuffed into the closet. The owner has ten thousand rules which are even codified in a wall paper in the kitchen but he fails to meet his own end of the bargain! He sent the property receptionist with some clean sheets for the bedroom with two full beds which didn’t fit on the king. At 10:00 pm his housekeeper showed up with a plastic bag of crumpled tho clean sheets which we helped her to make one bed. Also the owner in his instructions made a big deal about not losing the fob either access to the beach and was supposedly on the dining table upon our arrival. Actually there was no fob. When I texted him to ask about the whereabouts of the fob, he said it was lost. It would have been nice for him to acknowledge that upfront. All these issues put a damper on our very short stay

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Puerto Rico! The place was very clean, spacious, and exactly as described. One of the highlights of our experience was how responsive and helpful the manager, Ivan, was—he answered all our questions and resolved any issues quickly and efficiently. The private beach access is definitely a major plus, and the building is in a key location with everything you need nearby—restaurants, shops, and attractions are all just a short walk or drive away. We truly enjoyed our stay and are already looking forward to coming back!

The ocean view could not have been more beautiful with this location. The staff was so nice and helpful.

Downfall is the pool is still not available to use.
