Si tratta di un Read, quindi sicuramente non è semplicissimo da trovare all’inizio, ma poi dopo un po’ di giorni riesci ad ambientarti. Comunque, la sua posizione è centrale., a due passi dalla Medina. Abbiamo apprezzato la piccola piscina.

Purtroppo, non c’è per niente piaciuta la colazione. Non c’era offerta e soprattutto le condizioni igieniche erano davvero precaria. Non si può servire dal cibo e non accorgersi che è pieno di formiche che ci camminano sopra. Purtroppo, le colazioni sono state davvero un incubo. Ci svegliavamo affamate cercavamo di mangiare qualcosa ma era davvero impossibile fidarsi.

È stato un po' complicato trovarla tra i vicoli della Medina

Le personnel était accueillant et souriant, le fait que le riad se trouve en retrait de la rue permettait d'échapper au bruit de la ville, la literie était confortable nous avons très bien dormi. Idéalement situé à moins de 5min de marche de la grande place.

Coupures de courant toutes les 10 minutes sur le trois premiers jours, apparamment lié à la pompe de la piscine, ils l'ont donc arrêter ensuite mais nous n'osions donc pas nous baigné comme l'eau stagnait. Le troisième soir la pompe de la piscine faisait beaucoup de bruit toute la nuit. Le tuyau d'évacuation de la climatisation se jettait dans le bac à douche mais n'était à mon avis pas assez long car le goutte à goutte coulait aussi dans le reste de la salle de bain. Un peu cher mais bon comme tout le reste à Marrakech par rapport aux autres villes du Maroc.

De medewerkers zijn erg aardig en helpen je met alles wat je nodig hebt! Bedankt Youssef! De kamers waren prima, met airco. Ontbijt is prima.

De stroom viel heel vaak uit helaas waaronder dus ook de airco en de stopcontacten.. Maar dit werd uiteindelijk opgelost gelukkig. De riad is erg moeilijk te vinden, je moet een aantal steegjes door lopen om hem te vinden. Door een Google review kwamen wij er gelukkig achter!

Le riad est difficile a trouver, j'ai demandé l'itinéraire en amont mais la localisation fournie n'était pas juste J'ai demandé des chambres concomitantes mais je n'ai pas eu de réponses, et ce n'était pas le cas, alors que des chambres étaient disponibles Le petit déjeuner est pris dans un autre établissement, La suite est assez petite, sans pouvoir poser la valise, les lampes et tables de nuit sont très bancales Sur la toiture, il y a la partie piscine, qui occupe tout l'espace, sans possibilité d'être a côté ( pour surveiller les enfants) Et à utiliser lorsque les occupants des 2 chambres sont réveillés, donc pas trop tot le matin ni tard le soir La deuxième partie est prise en partie par les sorties des climatiseurs, donc intenables au niveau de la chaleur

Die Lage war gut, sehr zentral, Pool

Es kam leider zu einer unschönen Situation mit einem Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption. Als ich eingecheckt bin musste ich noch 8 Euro Steuern zahlen. Ich hatte aber nur 20 Euro. Er meinte ich bekomme das Rückgeld einen Tag später. Als ich dann danach fragte wusste er nichts mehr davon und hat es ganz anders dargestellt. Kameraaufnahmen wollte er sich komischerweise nicht anschauen. Das Frühstück war nicht gut, ich konnte es nicht essen. Und ich bin normalerweise nicht empfindlich.

Coffre fort et sèche cheveux pas dans la chambre alors qu'indiqué. Pas de boisson à disposition dans la chambre. Frigo , tout à 25 dirhams Télé qui ne fonctionne pas, personnel qui ne sait pas la faire fonctionner.

It can be hard to find for a few times

Situation géographique ,dans la Médina, impeccable. Riad magnifique , très bien entretenu, très propre . Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute . Equipements , chambre et établissement, parfaits . Calme ... extrêmement calme. Petite piscine et salon en terrasse sur le toit Petit déjeuner très bon mais pris dans un autre établissement à quelques pas avec accueil et service excellents, pris sur une terrasse , sur le toit, magnifique ( condition exceptionnelle liée à la saison , ou non constatée sur le descriptif lors de la réservation ? ). Cela peut-il en déconcerter certains ?

Accès un peu difficile ( GPS téléphone un peu perdu ) pour le premier accès . Mais serait-il possible d'améliorer ce point ? Un peu déconcerté par le chemin d'accès ( petites sentes voûtées ), mais première expérience dans la Médina de Marrakech, j'étais donc aussi un peu bousculé par un sacré choc culturel.

Accueil, calme, piscine

L’emplacement au cœur de la Médina nous a permis de profiter d’un aperçu de la vie nocturne. La chambre, bien que petite, était propre et bien équipée. Nous avons aussi pu profiter de la piscine originale avec table pour nous rafraîchir. Le petit déjeuner servi dans le restaurant à côté était très bon.

Il nous a été difficile de trouver l’entrée du Riad, situé dans une toute petite ruelle sans indications au préalable. La piscine n’était pas régulièrement nettoyée donc pas très propre. Enfin, il nous a été demandé de rentrer au maximum à minuit ce qui a rendu notre sortie légèrement trop courte.

Adorei, tudo muito limpo, os funcionários são espectaculares e atenciosos, muito simpáticos e acolhedores. Os quartos muito limpos e cuidados todos os dias, a piscina muito agradavel. Gostei muito.

O pequeno almoço tinha pouca opção e era sempre igual.

Close to Jemaa al fina. Breakfast was good.

Damp in bathroom and sink tap very slow. Alarm went off one night and continued for a very long time which disturbed our sleep. Room got humid during the night. Can get noisy if others come back late/leave early as property is small and echoey.

Very nice location in the heart of Medina and good breakfast in the restaurant close to the Riad.

Our checkin was very complicated. We arrived during the night (which was announced and confirmed but since the Medina is very confusing at night time and the location on the navigation is not accurate we could not find the Riad for over an hour. Nobody from the reception was responding with the contacts we had. The problem was not the location as such but the fact that when confirming the late arrival the host did not leave us a description, an emergency contact or anything that could have helped us to find it. I’m leaving this comment because I think that a description of the location could facilitate the checkin for many other guests who might have had the same experience.

No hay manera de encontrarlo , es realmente difícil tienes que preguntar a los lugareños y hacerte entender y que los entiendas, algun letrero en la calle. Sería lo conveniente .

Prestation non conforme au prix : téléviseur en panne, coffre fort »HS » nous a t’on dit, produits de toilette soit disant fournis : des échantillons d’un autre hôtel, autour de la piscine : transats sales , pas de serviette de bain, on nous dit de prendre les serviettes de la chambre (je suis médecin, bonjour l’hygiène). Demie pension inclue : un seul plat peu garni, supplément semoule : 3 euros par personne.Merci Booking de nous avoir obtenu l’entrée, plat dessert. Petit déjeuner : peu de choix : hier dimanche on nous dit « pas de crêpes « , pas de confiture. Mais personnel très aimable, accueillant et dévoué, tant au restaurant qu’au Riad ( en particulier Yassine). Ce matin , le jour du départ WC du rez de chaussée en panne : mon mari handicapé a dû monter les 2 étages pour avoir les WC de la piscine. Un conseil RETIRER CE RIAD DE VOS OFFRES J’ai toutes les photos à l ´. Un geste commercial de Booking serait le bienvenu

Les autres clients qui mettent le bazard a pas d’heure, et qui se permettent de parler n’importe comment aux personnels, alors qu’il n’y pas plus gentil !

La posizione del Riad molto vicina alla piazza principale. Roof top molto carino allestito a solarium dal quale si vede a moschea.

The staff there, at first, wanted to give us a smaller room. After that, and after a lot of insistence, they finally tricked us into going to a Hammam. It was a big scam. First they took the money, and the service was very, very bad. On the other hand, the breakfasts were poor, and, rather than in the Riad itself, they were in a separate restaurant.

Very close to the many souks. The staff in the riad were very good.

Getting to the riad was not easy to find as the taxi drops you off at the city wall arch and you have to walk towards the riad on a vague direction from the taxi driver. The street traders are are very helpful and guided us to the riad. The rooms are not as bright as the pictures show on the adverts and there's lot of steps to get to the roof top terrace.

The place shows as a classic Riad. Place was clean with a tiny but nice pool.

Breakfast place a bit chaotic and it's variety very much dependent on the availability of the food and mood of the staff.

Ciemno, ponuro, nieprzyjemny zapach, zdjęcia zrobione tak że nie widać mankamentów. Woda w basenie lodowata, nie było szans na choćby zanurzenie. Bardzo trudno trafić do tego riadu - uwaga na oszustów którzy pod pretekstem pomocy w dotarciu na miejsce wyłudzają pieniądze i to nie małe. Śniadanie w innym obiekcie.

Leider hat der Mitarbeiter, welche die Nachtwache hatte seinen Wecker immer auf 4 Uhr morgens und hat dann natürlich seine eigenen Wecker nicht gehört sodass das ganze Hotel wach geworden ist, weil der Wecker extrem laut war

Rewelacyjna obsługa na recepcji. Panowie byli bardzo pomocni. Służyli dobrą radą, uśmiechem i życzliwością. Pokój był dosyć duży. Czysta pościel i ręczniki. Codzienne sprzątanie. Śniadanie w pobliskiej restauracji bardzo tradycyjne i przygotowywane na świeżo. Riad w samym sercu Medyny. Piekne zdobienia na ścianach. Miło mi tu było.

Stresowało mnie okno na parterze, bo było otwierane na dziedziniec. Ale to drobnostka. Nawigacja prowadzi pod budynek od drugiej strony, tam gdzie nie ma wejścia. Ale znając realia Maroka, po chwili wiedziałam, że muszę iść wzdłuż muru i wejść poprzez bramę, która prowadziła zakamarkami na dziedziniec. A następnie pod właściwe drzwi.

A földszinti szoba nagyon lehangoló, egy emelettel fentebb már jó volt.

The bed was softer that the average bed that you can find in Marrakech, since they like them hard. The breakfast quite basic but still okay.

No easy access on arrival or departure. It is located in one of those alley ways that look like a maze. However, the main issue was the noise in the bedrooms. You can hear everything it is happening in other rooms, such as alarm clocks in the morning.

Le Riad est très bien placé, au cœur de la médina et à quelques mètres de la place Jemaa El Fna. Ideal pour se promener et pour les excursions. La chambre, la salle de bain et le toilette était propre. La literie est confortable. Cependant le petit déjeuner est servi dans un restaurant à l'extérieur du riad et il propose toujours la même chose : café, thé, jus d'orange, oeufs durs, pain, beurre et crêpe à trou, vraiment dommage. Par conséquent nous prenions notre petit déjeuner ailleurs. Aussi il manque un coin salon pour se détendre. La terrasse dispose de tables et chaises ainsi que des transats. Elle est agréable surtout le soir avec les lumières. Le personnel est agréable et disponible.

Pas de choix pour le petit déjeuner, tous les jours la même chose et servi dans un restaurant à quelques mètres du riad. Pas de salon pour se détendre. Il y a un canapé dans le hall d'entrée mais pas suffisant. Il manque des rangements dans l'armoire. Trop de poussières dans les moulures.

We booked a room trough booking app and the reservation was confirmed. When we arrived there wasn't any room available.

Room was small, dark and cold. Shower temp went suddenly scalding hot. Breakfast was in a different building. Difficult to find Ria, address in Booking.com is wrong. Had to walk down a dirty dark narrow street to get to it first night. Lights in the street working second night. Not very good value for money.

L’accès au Riad , il a fallu traverser une impasse remplie de poubelles et de détritus et la chambre était très petite pour 3 personnes . Les draps et couvertures de très mauvaise qualité . Très mauvais sommeil , pas de petits déjeuner avant 8h .

Nous n'avions pas la chambre que l'on avait réservé mais le personnel a réglé le problème rapidement. Le personnel est extrêmement agréable et d'une grande gentillesse.

La ruelle d'accès et sombre et sale.

We couldn't find the place and had to book eksewhere at the last minute (this seems a common thread in all reviews, how hard it was to find ). Despite knowing this, on asking for a link for the properties location , no reply from the property, 5 phones calls , all went to answer machine (in arabic) . And when booking (we hadn't asked) asked for a cancellation refund, the one word reply from the property was sorry . When asking in the supposedly nearby rooftop restaurant, we were told the place didn't exist !!! I wouldn’t recommend booking here as if it does exist , it's too hard to find and the owners appear not to care at all. Or it doesn't exist and yiu are just veing scammed . I think booking need to look into this

La tv et chauffage n'etaient pas fonctionnels

Mishmish was super helpful, even with our 20:00 arrival and 04:30 departure. He walked us to the taxi pickup and made the reservation for us. The beds were comfortable and room was nice.

It was difficult to find, the Google Maps address leads you to a restaurant. Follow the booking.com address until you see a sign that says “Sanya” and follow that.

Riad très agréable.

Property was clean and conveniently located.

Address is difficult to find, you have to go down an alleyway to get there. At nighttime, there are lights they put on but just before dusk it’s very intimidating. Breakfast is not at the property but at a hotel across the road - we ended up eating out as it was only eggs and some form of bread/pancake, which was cold. Reception, although helpful when there, were often not at the desk. We also booked a taxi from the hotel to the airport but received a message an hour before saying we needed to be back 30 mins earlier than intended as they couldn’t organise our taxi for then. In general, wouldn’t have been a problem but with such short notice we had to rush our last aspects in the city. Doesn’t have the typical set up of a riad where you can look into the centre of the property so although clean and comfortable, didn’t have a full traditional feel.
