Great place to stay for families who don't want to stay on a high rise typical hotels. Perfect home within the bustling Manila city. Very thankful to admin and staff, they're all attentive to your questions and requests. Would definitely book this place for our next Manila trip.

Щоб заїхати треба домовлятись з персоналом, це не зручно бо банально може не бути інтернету чи звʼязку. По території та навіть в кімнаті загальній можна зустріти великих тарганів. Немає гарячої води. В апартаментах Emerald дуже поганий напір води його практично немає. Друга кімната маленька там вміщається лише двоспальне ліжко і все. Це помешкання знаходиться серед будинків.

The location is perfect to get to Intramuros, there are plenty of restaurants nearby and the district seems to be more or less safe.

There is no Wi-Fi in the residence and we couldn’t figure out how to get hot water as well.

Location is around the places I want to visit.

Have to deal with roaches. Got locked in the bathroom one time. Wifi didn’t work for the last 3 days

The Location

This place is not suitable for families or long stays. There is no laundry service, and basic amenities such as toiletries, a hair dryer, an iron, drinking water, and extra tissues are not provided.

Nice apartment, clean and functional, location very central, full of shops just outside

Small toilet, the entrance opens with the fob, so if you are 2 guests you gonna have only one key,

The privacy, the rooms and the grounds and proximity to the airport and mall are all what we needed and expected.

Lovely surroundings, safe and convenient

Water pressure was very poor.

The outside appearance of Adria Residences is excellent for the area. The wifi was good. We had a nice fridge and a little living room.

I can't give Adria Residences a positive recommendation since on our entry into the apartment, all four of us smelled cat pee. The smell was particularly strong in our room. We advised our hosts but the smell persisted through the duration of our stay (4 nights). There were lots of cupboards and drawers in a kitchen that went along with the large fridge but there were no utensils, cups, plates, or glasses for the first few days.

I like that they allowed us to have an early check in. Lawrence has been amazing and very helpful. I like that they are flexible with guests and family visitors Location is very convenient. The Unit is spacious enough.

- Bathroom Toilet flush is so slow - Bathroom Sink is clogged and takes time to drain as well. - No housekeeping service so we need to borrow broom to clean :( - Bathroom tap, the molds are visible in the unique faucet style which we really couldnt use as you can see the black and white mold ;( - Could use more kitchen items like pots and pan ;) - only one sets of keys :(

Photos did not represent reality. Very difficult to find. Air conditioning was not strong enough in living area. Bathrooms were very small and hard to move around in. Was a bit of mould in the shower.
