Reviewed Sep 13, 2026Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Das Personal, egal ob am Einlass, Rezeption oder im Frühstücksraum ist stets freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die kleine Raucherlonge mit direktem Blick auf den Pool ist sehr idyllisch. Tolle Aquarien und ein Schildkrötenpool runden das mediterane/tropische Ambiente ab. Tolle Unterkunft, kann ich reinen Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Reviewed Aug 23, 2026I really like the bed & breakfast room and deluxe room. So spacious and good for families or group of friends. For the B&B room, I really liked the outside where there are tables and chairs you can hangout. The water is also unlimited.
No complimentary coffee inside the room and no free slippers. But these are just minor things so still okay though.

Reviewed Aug 19, 2026La atención de recepción, el personal de entrada y el restaurante fue muy bueno y atento. Las camas bastante cómodas (dos juntadas). La piscina parece estar bien, aunque sin espacio para tumbarse (no la usamos por el tiempo).
No nos cambiaron las toallas en ningún momento (3 noches) y tuvimos que ir a pedir papel higiénico porque no lo reponían.

Matelas hors d' usage Climatiseur ancien et très bruyant Mais surtout une humidité et des odeurs de moisissures incompatibles avec la location ! Tellement humide que le sol était trempé et nos sacs humides.

There was insane humidity in the room, my bed was wet, all my clothes got literally soaked. And it was also difficult to sleep in such a humid room, I could barely breath. There was no warm water available, so it was a nightmare showering with ice cold water.

The location is dangerous on the streets around the hotel. Even the doorman was begging from me outside. They insisted I choose a breakfast option 24 hours in advance, they told I had two breakfast per day for a single person, I never understood why? I asked for a coffee top up and they just refused saying im only allowed one cup per day. In the room there is a kettle cups snd spoons but no sachet of coffee or a tea bag. The whole place is weird, I checked out.

first, when I arrived I was told to come back around 1pm by the guy in charge at the front desk, the housekeeper saved me by saying there are vacant rooms. I mean come on it would have been prpfessional had he checked and confirmed first right? second was i could literally here the conversations of the couple next to my room and some carpentry stuff outside. Third, the girls in charge sarlier upon checking out (august 6) were extra polite to foreigners but they could barely respond to concerns of a filipino without looking superior.

La seule chose qui pourrait peut etre manquer sont des chaises longues.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Location was perfect! Very close to attractions! My family love the pool as well, we manage to have our little routine of going for a deep after breakfast. The whole place is soo serene in the middle of the city.
Some staff are not very approachable. I felt like they were serving as breakfast out of their hearts

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026All the Staff we encounter were friendly and very accommodating. The room was clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing special but for the Price we Pay for our Stay was worth it.
No Toilet Paper. One of the AC was very noisy.

I could not use the microwave and hot water pot due to outlet not useable. It was never fixed. The little refrigerator did not work and was not addressed. Had to buy bags of ice

Although most of the staff is very nice and polite, the downside is the Housekeeping staff, the one taking care pf our room in particular was very pushy on getting tips everytime he cleaned the room, and would even purposely leave the room unfinished like missing towels just so he could come back and ask for a tip. Also, in one particular time when he cleaned the room and didn’t leave towels, he came to the room as soon as he saw us and knocked on the door, one of us answered him and said the we would just take the towels from him at the door, but he didn’t let us and just entered the room without permission saying he would pit the towels in the bed himself. That situation was very uncomfortable as we clearly told him that we didn’t want him to enter the room because we were already inside, and one of us was about to change because we just came from outside, but he ignored it and just entered. We stayed in the hotel for 1 month and not even once the room was properly cleaned like cleaning the floor for example.
