Reviewed Jul 18, 20251. Close to an excellent wet market. 2. The host was responsive. 3. The hot shower worked. 4. There were security guards and it was gated. 5. The pool amenity. 6. The washing machine was a plus.
1. The carpet in the bedrooms could use some cleaning. 2. There was some mold in the bathroom tile grout and around the kitchen sink. 3. Some of the kitchen pans were in need of replacement. 4. There's a food pantry with sliding glass doors that have very sharp edges, and one of our party got scraped. 5. There are no instructions on how to use the washing machine. 6. The rules and regulations for the condo (located under the television) are outdated, especially the pool entrance fee. 7. There is a ground fault protection receptacle that the shower heater plugs into that had tripped and this required us to reset it before the shower heater would function.

The building is well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and responsive. Overall, I’m really happy with my choice and would highly recommend it!

Every morning the smell outside the unit the hallway smells trashed i don't know but its consistent and has no lobby so self check in, location is far from other parts of the city but near the airport.

The Security Guard on tower 3 was not helpful at all! I had to go to tower 6 just to get full instruction on how and where to get the keys to our unit! I was not informed that we had to pay for the parking!!!

Reviewed Jan 17, 2024Very accessible to wherever you like to go. Close to wharf if you like to go to Samal Island. Just a few meters away from the boat to go to Paradise resort. Feel safe with 24hr security. The host is kind and accommodating. The unit manager is also very helpful.

Reviewed Dec 8, 2023It is near at the airport , samal island and sm lanang, and one ride if you want to go in city proper like roxas night market,people’s park,etc. Not crowded place im pretty sure you can enjoy your vacation without hassle. This place also near to public market you can walk 5mins where you can buy food. This property also has a complete kitchenware and has 2 comfortable bedrooms.
