The apartment was spacious, comfortable, and clean. It provided a pleasant atmosphere for our group of three, but could easily accommodate more. It's located conveniently near the checkpoint with a decent walk. The self-check-in/out process was smooth and we had no issues communicating with the host as well. Although we didn't get to use the facilities, we took a peek and the gym, studio and function room looked great!

Rooms were facing the checkpoint so there was some traffic noise, but still bearable.

No fault to facilities, but no sidewalk from JB station. Once construction is done around there this property will be a gem. It was so nice, clean great view at night. The pool, sauna and gym 🥰

Great apartment, don’t up SUPER well. Very tasteful. All the lucites of home including pots and pans. The pool and facilities of the building were spectacular. It also has filtered water.

Too many ch construction meaning that even the short walk from CIQ felt like an obstacle course. Didn’t have some cooking basics - oil, salt and petter. Easy fix.

Really comfortable large bed. Great public facilities e.g. pool, gym with the most amazing view. Curtains dim light perfectly. Location close to sentral. Very clean and quiet.

Lights in room were white but this was okay as there is a hidden warm white light behind bed. The walk from central is not the most convenient. Not a hotel *** more like an Airbnb, which is nice but if you want concierge service etc it's maybe not for you

Great location from the station, spacious room, very clean and welcoming. Would definitely stay again.

Apartment size and facilities are top notch. Grab services is are well accepted. Not so far from malls and main roads. If you travel, you will be given a dedicated parking slot.

3pm check in. Would be better if can do 1pm at most. Check out by 12pm as standard instead of 11am would be great.

Very nice apartment with a massive TV, fully equipped kitchen and comfortable bed. The best was the shared gym with views of the city and the swimming pool.

i didn’t like the instruction from the property owner , not clear , and i didn’t like the security guards over there , we argued due to them being rude

There is centralised A/C. Fan and light in the balcony.

No chairs and table in the balcony. The water supply in ensuite is low. Water from upstairs leaked into the ensuite. No shower curtain in ensuite nor the other bathroom. Floor was quite dusty when we got there. There was only 1 pot to cook with, 1 working convection/hot plate, 1 kettle. Could use another convection/hot plate, another pot and a frying pan.

gym and sauna convenient. gym was at high floor and had nice view, equipment slightly old but fully functional. didn't try the pool but was indoors and seemed nice. sauna located at pool toilet and heats up quickly, although instructions given by condo management confusing at first. place was quiet, with only 2 apartment units per floor per side, so very private. lift only allows you to access your own level and common areas. Smart Google TV was placed directly in front of bed and was nice and large. bed was comfortable and had pillows with high and low types for different sleep styles. room was relatively value for money. 24h convenience store was about 5 minutes away but still need to walk on a bit of road to get there.

Concierge service via Whatsapp was almost non-existent. Got terse replies to all my questions, making it clear their job seems to be only to ensure you check in and check out. Instructions a bit confusing, you need to download pdf and read carefully. The original apartment unit is divided into 2 rooms such that they install second doors after main door, so after number lock main door, you come to this completely dark room, and need physical key to go into your own room. For like 5 dollars can install a motion sensor light but wonder why they never even bother. Main room itself was ok, but the toilet was below par. Questionable toilet design choices showing lack of detail for guests: lack of shower curtain, placement of toilet paper holder awkward, choice of bulky sink with no place to put anything, not even put a cup for toothbrush, shower head drooping cause the holder is loose, held by duct tape. Shower drains slowly. Main room kitchen sink seemed to be leaking slightly as water kept pooling on floor. Refrigerator too small, barely fit in 1.5 litre drink. Although "close" to CIQ on map (they are behind CIQ but you can't jump the fence right?), the RTS construction means that if you have no car, you have to walk on busy road about 10 min just to get to the CIQ entrance with no safe pavement (not child or elderly friendly). Condo carpark gate doesn't even have a pedestrian entrance/exit. Condo's steam room would have been great if not for fact that need 2 hours just to warm up, so practically useless.

Apartment was clean, spacious, comfortable and had plenty of room to store your belongings. Kitchen had everything you could need. For your laundry you had a little "balcony" beside the kitchhen that had washingmachine and space to dry your laundry. There were also bigger balcony that had a great views towards Singapore, same as all the windows in the apartment. Communication with the host was easy and effortless. Good for longer stays too! Nothing bad to say really :)

No tissue box.. Got mosquitoes And there was construction going on even at night, it was so loud. From the 27th floor it can be heard. Otherwise all was good.

We loved it! The instructions were easy, really fast for us to access the rooms. It was dual key, so we had two parking spaces. It had a small room for games. There was a mahjong set and table. We enjoyed playing at night.

The room itself is clean, modern, and in a great location, but what truly makes the difference is the people. This team is a real credit to the residence and made the stay even more enjoyable. I would happily return and highly recommend Twin Towers Accommodation, Johor Bahru to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant stay in Malaysia.

I liked the location and the ease of getting around the property. It was suitable for a short family stay. I was initially surprised to find that the property housed two rooms—although I booked the main room, there was another annex beyond the main door that belonged to a separate homestay. I wasn't aware of this and accidentally left the main door to our rooms open. Guests may wish to be aware of this arrangement. Overall, the facilities were well-maintained, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Wish the place had a water dispenser. Rooms show slight signs of age.

Neighboring Construction Noise late into the night. Despite closing all Windows. Worst of all, the wi-fi sucks!!! Never able to use at all. Host must bear in mind that communications and staying in touch is of utmost importance with travellers. Oh, there's another point is that the unit is not cleansed in time for us to check-in.

Beautiful property which is well kept and maintained. It is just a 10-15 walk from the CIQ. It is situated such that you could see the flow if traffic going in and out of jb thus allowing you to gauge the best time to move around or across the border.

Walking from the CIQ may not be too wheelchair/ old people friendly as there was no proper path. Additionally, grab or taxis may not be allowed into the lobby and they are only able to pick passengers from the roadside. Also, it was just in front of a busy road (leading towards the checkpoint).

Some part of the apartment was very dusty. The shower area does not have a partition so the whole toilet gets wet after showering. Plus the sinks and tiles are quite dirty.

Check in was a breeze, the host is very responsive, the apartment is very well maintained, nice and cosy.

The beds in the twin bedroom are not so comfortable, sunken in, no support. My friend and I find it hard to fall asleep. In the end, I slept very close to the edge to avoid back pain.

The toilet especially were extremely smelly with no proper ventilation. Soap and shampoo were given not really good quality. Water flow were very slow. The iron provided for ironing have burnt mark below it which made it so difficult to iron clothes. The pillow cover has not being change because there are stains and bad smell. Overall the area and space is good. Need more improvement especially on hygiene.
