Byt byl maly, ale utulny, v byte bylo vse, co jsme potrebovali, vody, dokonce kondicioner. Klimatizace a prijemny byl Netflix na vecer. Komunikace s panem majitelem byla skvela, poslal vse online na whatsapp a checkin i checkout byl ofline. Nemuseli jsme ani uklizet, vse zajistila pani uklizecka. Doporucujeme.

Jedine, co vytkneme byli dva svabi v byte, ale to prikladame Manile nikoliv necistote v byte ci zapříčiněnim majitele bytu.

La habitación es muy pequeña, la cama está entre paredes, un poco incómodo para 2 personas.

he place is clean, comfortable, and well maintained.

I dealt with Rodel, the owner of the apartment, and he was very polite and respectful. The accommodation is very clean, quiet, and close to Manila Airport. There is also a supermarket very nearby. I highly recommend it.

I stayed here to attend an event at MOA. Of course, you can walk to MOA. There are convenience stores and restaurants within walking distance, making it very convenient. There is a doorman at the entrance, so you can feel safe.

I like the atmosphere of the place, peaceful and noise proof. Near the mall and have plenty of food choices.

The unit is a bit small and visitors (even family members) have limited access inside the place.

Basic necessities were provided, cleanliness, the host was excellent.

Communication with the host fantastic, quality of the unit excellent & very clean.

One lift was out in the building, which meant there was sometimes a wait.

The apartment is well maintained, good Wi-Fi, good location and amenities.

What you see is what you get. The entire unit is really aesthetic. We can really say that all of the things of the unit are functional. So pleasing in the eyes. The host graduated from class of customer service. The owner is easy to contact and really accommodating.

the host is so accomodating. you caN easily make inquiry regarding your stay. the unit is so homey and cozy.. we love our staycation for two days and wish we could extend. Recommended.. :)

Location was very close to moa

I have some matters to attend sa DFA Aseana and so their location is perfect because it is only a 10min walk. Their unit is clean, fully-equipped, even though yung size is typical sa mga SMDC units.

Overall, the stay was great. Maybe the feedback will be about their pool? I feel like dapat working yung pools for all 3 buildings. During our stay, need pa namin pumunta sa Tower 1. This is not directly sa unit pero more on the admin/mgt.
