ALEA RESIDENCES Condo near Airport and MOA! Cozy Place with Main street and Manila Bay view

Our stay here was absolutely exceptional! This property truly exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s very clean and the layout is perfect for a family—we never felt cramped, and the vibe was so relaxing. Unlike other staycations we’ve experienced, this place really felt like a complete home. Everything you could ever need is already provided, which was a wonderful surprise! It was such a relief not having to stress over the little things. Aside from the beautiful space, the host was incredibly accommodating. Even before our booking date, all the necessary instructions were sent to us immediately. They were also very quick to respond to all our questions, making the entire process seamless and stress-free. If you're looking for a hassle-free and comfortable family getaway, this is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

- Warm Water to shower - Lots of toilet paper & kitchen napkins - close to the airport - close the the market and other stores - cold split unit AC, it’s so strong we didn’t have to turn on our room AC as it can cover the whole place.

The elevator was smelly. The spray as you go in the elevator makes you sick and not good for the respiratory.

Good location (its close to Manila but also to Tagaytay), the balcony view its awesome, very quiet, not noisy in spite of being in front of a busy avenue. It has a lovely coffee shop in front of the building and a little convenience store inside the building, by the pool which is very helpful in case something is needed

There are no supermarkets, malls or restaurants close by. The surrounding neighborhoods does not feel safe, therefore its not good for walking around

A washing machine not have but no real problem have laundry on the complex

The condo was very nice. The beds were comfortable and the host was outstanding.

Room was average size, and the bed was a single bed with another pull out single bed. Just wish that the bed would be a bit bigger for 2 people to sleep comfortably.

What I was not happy about was in the ad it says that there is a pool in the property but did not mention that there is a separate fee to use the pool. The property owner only messaged me a day before our stay, saying that the rule changed and that we have to pay 200 pesos per person, even a child, to use the pool. That was disappointing. We ended up not using the pool during our stay. I just want to mention that there are no complimentary toiletries available on this property.

Great location, very close to the airport and malls. The owner is very responsive. Parking was a big plus.

This can be recommended and the best place for the family to stay.The home owner is very friendly and taking care of us well. It's worth the money to stay, and my family enjoyed the place like our own home. I will gonna book again when i come back... Thanks to the owner. Blessed you!
