No Indian vegetarian food was available. At least some vegetarian option should be there

The room smell moldy, the door locks were not working. The wear and tear of the room were visible. No wardrobe for clothes.

The staff was very kind and available, the room was spacious.

Wifi did not work. There's no excuses, despite the bad weather and the floods wifi was working in every other establishment i've been to. The room was not clean. A so called 4 star hotel should have standards: the toilet door was so dirty, top of the bedside lamp, all the top of the bed, everything was filled with dust. Breakfast was poor and the table didnt have a setting. It takes so little to make a difference.

Location is good near the airport.

Accommodations. The rooms were on a floor that seems to be under renovation. The hallway was dirty and the carpet smells.

It is close to the mall and restaurants. They offer every day room cleaning which is the best - housekeeping staff are awesome. You just have to pay for breakfast as it does not come for free. The food selection is good and I like it that they serve dishes that I miss and typically eaten during breakfast by Filipinos.

The internet connection is iffy. We have to call at least 3 times at one time just to get the internet working. It was resolved eventually but the frustration of not having a reliable internet connection when you need it the most is what breaks the deal. We even have to change rooms due to humidity in the room and a loud exhaust fan in the bathroom which makes sleeping uncomfortable.

I like the swimming pool area in spite of bad weather, the staff allowed us to swim and be reminded to be cautious. I like the design of rest room in the lobby area and pool area.Staffs were accomodating. Food in breakfast: Champorado is the best, and cucumber drinks (dessert).

I noticed that the floor in buffet area was kinda nakakastumble effect. Many times I experienced it maybe they should change the flooring. The carpet also in the 4th floor smelled bad unlike the lower ground, it smelled good. Also, pls make sure to refill the lotion in the bathroom, there's little amount on it but it smells good. Breakfast buffet- siomai was stiff, parang di nasteam well. These were things to improve.

Coming from Europe, where most properties have double-glazing in their windows, it's not only for temperature insulation but also for noise reduction. Noise came primarily from outside, such as from motorcycles and airplanes. But in the long run, you adopt.

Great location within walking distance to 7/11, and restaurants, parking is easy. Staff are friendly, food was good - we didn't order breakfast daily because we don't eat breakfast. But we did order once. The breakfast meal we added 4 eggs to, a simple brewed coffee and a cordial that the referred to as juice cost 900peso. Beautiful hotel and beautiful jazz music as you walk around. Pool was good, but you'll get cooked in the sun if you do a day swim. Night swim is lovely. There was a small leak in our bathroom vanity, but overall westerners would love to stay here.

Overall from facilities, staff, services, location and most of all food are beyond par expectation. Highly recommended and will definitely my only hotel choice if ever I will stay again in that area.

Mella hotel is a great place to stay if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle from the city. It's close to the airport and a grab away to almost every thing you need. The staff is excellent. Shout-out to Princess (Cess) their Guest Services Associate. She made my stay much better by listening to my 'gripe' about the room I was assigned to. It didn't take long for her to fix the issue and made sure the test of my stay was comfortable. The bathroom needs more attention when it comes to cleaning. There's a room for improvement when it comes to breakfast tho. I'd like to see more of Filipinos 'kakanin' rather than veggies 😉 I still plan of going back to stay at this hotel on my next vacation and hoping to see some refinement.

All Staff and helpers were very attentive, polite, and neat. I did tip to show my appreciation and support for their efforts. I must say all the Attendants were EXCELLENT!!!

I did not like the location and inconveniences of your outdoor pool. I was also expecting a garden area or location to sit outside your hotel. No juices, or cereals at your breakfast sitting was disappointing. Not enough alcohol and beer choices at your bar was also a negative for me. Lot of menu items were not avaialable when requested. Obviously some of my dislikes are in place and can not be altered, but a better stock at your bar, and Restaurant could be considered.

First room smelt badly of damp so we asked to be moved. Very noisy rooms are not double glazed so traffic noise is constant. Breakfast was not great.

It would be unjust to single out a person; all the sections from the concierges, the reception staff, management, the housekeeping team, the technical staff to set up the Wi-Fi, and the restaurant staff were all friendly, professional, and super helpful. My extended family and I only received care, respect, and genuine friendliness.

The swimming pool should not be used as a smoking area if kids are using the pool. The hotel should have a preferred transport provider and have the hotel as a pickup point.

Lot's of choices but I'm a vegetarian person hope they could add more on vegetarian dishes you could request. The only negative side was the room service it takes almost one hours and they got me wrong sandwich.

Lobby was nice and staff were very friendly and courteous. Beds were comfy and sheets were soft.

Hallways and elevator smelled very musty, as well the bathroom was a bit musty as well. Bathroom could have been more clean and ac gave off a moldy smell. Breakfast was just okay.

The staff gave me a queen when i had a king, and on asking the said they didn’t had any available. I told them as that’s what I had paid for and requested, and all of the sudden one was available

I would rate it an 8/10 its was pretty good no complaints except for the "mini gym" which had barely anything in there.

We stayed only for one night and it was a nightmare! The shower drain wasn’t draining g properly. Called the front desk and an engineer guy came. The cause was hair blockage. He left the bathroom with his shoe tracks with dirt on the mat and the bathroom floor. Called the front desk and sent a guy to replace the mat. He used the hand towel to clean the floor. Never replaced the hand towels. No face towels provided. The towel hardware was loose. Mildew on the bottom of the shower door. The place is so outdated.

Great for a one night transit stay but would recommend two rooms for 4 pax.

Room size for a family was very small. Shared two queen beds side by side and no where to put luggage.

The staff were extremely helpful and courteous. The main reception, restaurant and bar was comfortable and clean.

The room wasn’t very clean, floor was dirty and we had small insects in one area of the room. Hot water in the shower was temperamental. We used it as an airport stay over but it was about 30 minutes drive away. We booked it because we thought it was in close proximity. I’ve posted photo of slippers underneath from just 1 night walking in the room. Also dead insects.

The room was dirty I don’t think they really clean it there was moulds and was dusty. Paid for 14k for an overnight stay. Should have stayed somewhere else.

We stayed in the family room for two nights, paying over AUD $550, and it was a huge letdown. For that price, we expected more than what was offered. The room was far too small, with hardly any space for the family to move around comfortably. There was no table, which made it difficult for us to even sit down to eat or work. It really felt like there was nothing of value included, and we left feeling disappointed with the overall experience. Given the price, we were expecting at least some basic amenities and space to feel comfortable, but unfortunately, this just didn’t meet our expectations. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking for value or a pleasant stay.

That they don’t have a microwave in the room and their key card is used to act up, we stayed for 2nights and I called the front desk twice or 3times because of that issue..

The staff were friendly and attentive. Food at restaurant downstairs were good.

I saw cockroaches on two separate occasions in the bathroom. Killed and took a picture of the second one.

Staff were wonderful. Room was fine for what we paid and what we needed. Shower has shampoo and conditioner.

No taxi drivers knew of it by the new name! We ended up going via taxi to another hotel from the same group on the opposite side of town. Old signage is still on outdoor signage etc. Quite Convenient to airport if you go to the right one!

Very friendly and helpful staff good breakfast and fabulous room. We stayed here in between flights and didn't arrive until late at night and left after breakfast, but everything was very good.

Comfy bed, location - many nearby restaurants, close to church.

The ceiling just in front of our room was dripping, leaving the carpet wet and smelly, and there was a hole next to it. The hassle of the key card door not working, the toilet flush that water keeps running after flushing. Dark room, not enough light. No hand towel or face towel provided, so we needed to request. Connecting to wifi is a pain - too much instructions and no code given. Breakfast needs improvement. Staff is welcoming, though I asked to just to change towels (not make up room) at daytime twice and when we returned at night, it wasnt done so we needed to ask again! Reception needs to be more informative like breakfast time.

The bed, it's just a mattress placed in a plywood.

1. Food was good inside dining area; 2. Bartender was very good! 3. Staff friendly and courteous; 4. Shower was aways hot; 5. Location was decent; lots of walking distance food/drink amenities; 5. We *really* liked that the A/C was not blowing directly on us while in bed, which minimized getting sick; 6. Checkout was fast and uncomplicated!

1. Room keys did not work on multiple occasions requiring engineer assistance; 2. TV was small inside room w/King bed and the remote was extremely complicated to use; 3. Room service food was okay but cold by the time received; 4. Nothing to do with hotel directly but the nearest mall not good at all... Recommend paying extra to go to MOA;

This hotel is gorgeous and the staff were excellent. The check-in was so smooth. We do love the spacious rooms and the beds were comfy. Their breakfast selection is so delish and generous as if you're having lunch! We enjoyed the Filipino and Western breakfast options. We highly recommend this hotel and we're glad that we had a great time here with our friends.

The smell of the carpet in the hallway is horrible, there are molds in the bathroom. There were leakage in the window due to the rain.

The place, the breakfast & the adorable staff especially from the BREAKFAST TEAM, SALAMAT PO PATI SA PANCAKES SOOO DELICIOUS !!! MY SON, MOM & I ENJOYED SOOO MUCH 🥰🩷🩷🩷
