A WOMAN KNOCKED AT 9: 30 AM OR SO STATING SINCE WE ARE CHECKING OUT AT 12NOON, SHE'LL LEAVE HER THINGS IN THE ROOM TILL WE CHECKED OUT.WE DON'T KNOW HER , HOW DARE? It’s looks clean in the pictures, however overall the hallway is smelly the unit also smells like they sprayed something for bugs. But the owner said they don’t use any sprays. Saw cockroaches, the washroom needs an update, the toilet is dirty. Not that happy in our stay. The building needs pest control for cockroaches, even in the hallway lots of cockroach!

Bad Garbage smell in the hallways on the 18Th floor. Room air conditioning not cooling properly. The lifts smell bad. Coffee / Tea making facilities not very well stocked for 3 days stay Shower recess not draining properly.

Reviewed Apr 20, 2026Location is close to everything. Television, kitchen and beds has good size. Beds were comfy. Good amount of towels and dental kits. Water temperature was good. Has CCTV in the hallway.
Guards were too lenient. Building guests come and go, I felt not safe. We were not given a pass but we're able to access the building when we came back. I found small cockroaches and spider crawling. Unit was too small for 4 pax. No garbage bin in the bathroom. Fridge wasn't cleaned or defrost, ice was thick when we came. No available kleenex and paper towels.

Reviewed Feb 22, 2026This apartment was perfect for us. We had stayed in Manila the previous week in a hotel across the road so we knew we wanted to stay at the Shore if possible. It was walking distance to SM Mall of Asia. Would highly recommend a for a night or two in Manila.
Nothing for us. Our friends also stayed in another room and there were very noisy guests across from them but once security spoke to them they were much better.

My dislikes were mainly from the actual building. There was multiple cockroaches that welcomed us in the lobby bathroom and the pool in front of our balcony looked very murky. The view was great until I noticed the pool water that was very dirty our whole stay for 2 days.
