鍵の使い方がちょっと難しかったですが、スタッフがすぐに対応してくれて、すぐに慣れました。

Reviewed Apr 5, 2025The location is ideal and very close to Little Venice. The only thing that puts me off from staying here again is the rude receptionist and the loud A/C. Very unhelpful and grumpy. Enough for us to book elsewhere in the future. The A/C is placed above the bed and very noisy which made it hard for us to sleep at night.

Reviewed Dec 18, 2024Cute, cozy and aesthetically pleasing to the eye when it comes to furnitures and well built interior designs. In terms of location, it’s just a door away to the entrance of the mall, so it’s so perfect.
The only issue was that the bathrooms has a lock problem, it’s a good thing there is a key when needed but please fix the lock doors

Reviewed Nov 26, 2024The properties staff are great! The unit was great—clean and with a nice view. The host on WhatsApp was responsive.
Late check-in: Although the check-in time was supposed to be 3 PM, the cleaner was still cleaning, and we were only able to check in at 4 PM. We arrived at the building at 2:30 PM to process everything in advance and to allow time to address any potential issues, but this delay was frustrating. Aircon not working: After a late check-in, we entered a hot unit only to discover the air conditioning wasn’t functioning. Initially, we thought it might just take time to cool, but unfortunately, it never worked. While we reported the issue, the host said there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even offer an electric fan, only a 40% discount only if we stay again —which felt like more of a win for them than for us. We ended up staying up super late because it was cooler outside than inside. What was supposed to be a relaxing staycation to destress ended up adding more stress.

Interaction and management with the owner and concierge. We booked the appartment for one night and agreed to leave it by noon what we also did. Afterwards we god blamed that we left too late which is definetely false and were asked to pay a fine. To us this seems very dishonest and could be a systematic way of scamming visitors for some extra money which we haven‘t experienced before. Also the concierge was not willing to store our luggage for 3 hours which only consists of two medium sized backpacks which was quite problematic for us.

Reviewed Oct 14, 2024Exactly looks like in the photos. I had a wonderful short stay. They even allowed for an early check in. The place is just within Venice Grand Canal Mall and has a back entrance just a few steps away. At night, the balcony’s view is very lovely - with all the lights lit up in the mall, it surely is very wondeful to look at.
