The location is truly excellent! From the hotel you can easily go anywhere in the area whether towards Burgos Circle or High Street. A lot of nice restaurants nearby. I also like the breakfast, it is not so big spread, but there are variety of options to choose from. I especially like the egg station and the menu option. It's also great that they have a big water dispenser available inside the room.

I didn't like the room 2404, because of the poor layout. It's like a narrow strip that starts from the kitchen and ends at the bed. The dining table is aimlessly tucked on the side near the TV. I'll be honest you dont get to appreciate that its an apartment style like because when you arrived in your room all you see is the bed. And you cannot even open the curtains because you see right the living rooms of the people from the next building. I don't know if this is because I booked through Booking.com platform because last time, the room that was assigned to us again was the worst room of the entire building. And when I complained for a change I was told that's what's assigned to me. So didn't bother to request for a room change.

Great experience at Ascott BGC. We’re a family of four and stayed here during separate stays throughout our month-long trip through Asia. We stayed in both the One-Bedroom Suite and the Three-Bedroom Suite. The rooms were really spacious and comfortable. The Three-Bedroom Suite was huge. We had 10 suitcases open at the same time and still had plenty of room to move around. That was a big plus for us, especially travelling as a family with a lot of luggage. The One-Bedroom Suite was also very comfortable and had plenty of space for the four of us. The location was great and really convenient for everything around BGC. It was nice being so close to restaurants, shopping, and everything we wanted to do in the area. The staff were great as well. Les and Tristan, along with the rest of the concierge team manning the desk, were excellent at responding to our inquiries, requests, and questions. They were always friendly and willing to help whenever we needed something. Overall, we really enjoyed our stays at Ascott BGC. The rooms, location, and staff were all excellent, and it was nice having a place that felt comfortable and spacious each time we came back. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Ascott. From the front desk to room service, the service was exceptional from start to finish. I wish I could remember every staff member’s name because everyone was so kind, attentive, and accommodating. However, Les, Tristan, and Deuz especially stood out and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The hotel itself was clean, quiet, family friendly, comfortable, and incredibly efficient. Everything was well taken care of, and the staff consistently made us feel welcomed and valued. The food was also delicious! We stayed at Ascott during our first week after arriving from Canada, and we loved it so much that we ended up booking another stay. That alone says a lot about how much we enjoyed our experience. We will definitely be returning to Ascott on our next visit. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable!

Everything throughout the property feels modern and exceptionally well-kept. Noise Level: Surprisingly quiet! no noise issues whatsoever! Amenities: Fantastic! Everything we needed for our event was provided seamlessly. Service: Truly exceptional and keen on the details. The team handling our event was professional, accommodating, approachable, and incredibly helpful every step of the way. A huge shout-out to Nino, Emjjay, Mark, Melody, Snow, Kennedy, and Ismael for ensuring our training/workshop went off without a hitch and making sure that the snacks and lunch were served on time! The staff ensured my room was cleaned daily, and I’d like to extend special thanks to Ronald for his consistent effort in keeping everything tidy and well-stocked. I genuinely appreciate your hard work. The suite was very spacious, with two televisions available in both the bedroom and living room. I also loved that they provided complete cooking utensils, making it easy to prepare meals whenever I wanted. Overall, my stay was comfortable, convenient, and memorable. I truly enjoyed the experience and would gladly return.

His attention to detail was exceptional — the room was absolutely spotless, everything was perfectly organised, and you could tell he genuinely takes pride in his work. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was clean, fresh, and comfortable. It’s rare to come across someone who puts this much care and effort into their work. The best experience here at Ascott in BGC. Location is great with just a few steps from High street. Staff from the front desk, housekeeping, and bell service is of the highest quality. Special shoutout to Les and the bell desk team who is consistently available with any questions and offering to help with bags/luggage. Will definitely be back!

The Ascott BGC is my home away from home. The location is great. The staff very helpful and the rooms are ideal. The 1 bedroom exec suite is my favorite. The gym is well equiped and the buffet breakfast offers good variety. I’m always amazed how quickly the staff learns my name. Overall an excellent value.

Location is just brilliant and in walking distance to loads of restaurants. We took the breakfast option which has an array of dishes from Pasta station, egg station, vegetarian section, pastries, cereals, juice bar, and much more… Rooms were always clean and everything was just to our liking. We made use of the facilities such as swimming pool for the kids and for myself the spa. I met Pat (Spa receptionist) who helped me pick a massage (60min aromatherapy massage) and then I had the pleasure of meeting Jovy, my massage therapist - she was just phenomenal! I booked in for a 2hr massage the following day.😊 Thank you to the wonderful and super helpful staff at ASCOTT.

Every single member of the staff, from the doormen and bell men to the concierge to the reception staff to housekeeping and to the people hustling in the restaurant is friendly and warm and goes out of their way to ensure a great experience. One of my favorite hotels in the world.

We traveled with a party of ten (2 couples with 6 children, ages 3-26) and booked one 3-bedroom suite and one 2-bedroom suite which provided a spacious and comfortable stay. This hotel is beautiful and luxurious, located right in the heart of BGC. After 5 nights in Boracay, we really appreciated the washer and dryer in the suites. We would not hesitate to stay here again, truly a 5-star experience!

Room spacious. Has all amenities needed like its your apartment. Kitchen, microwave, oven, washing/drying machine is the game changer. Bathroom, bed, closet are all spacious. Room smells so fresh and good all the time. Love the pastry store in the lobby especially their freshly cooked Ensaymada. The hotel is walking distance to everything.

We had a wonderful dining experience at Scott’s Restaurant as we celebrated my mom’s 65th birthday. Everything was excellent, but what truly made our celebration memorable was the exceptional service from the staff. A special thank you to Ms. Nina and Sir Ron for arranging the lovely birthday surprise with a complimentary cake. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and hearing the entire team sing “Happy Birthday” made my mom feel so special. We also appreciate Mika for warmly assisting us to our table and JP for serving such a great cup of coffee with a smile. To the rest of the Scott’s Restaurant team, thank you for being so accommodating, attentive, and friendly throughout our visit. Your outstanding hospitality made our family celebration even more meaningful. We’ll definitely be back and will gladly recommend Scott’s Restaurant to our family and friends!

Ascott BGC is our go to hotel whenever we are around the area. Last June 3-5, my family stayed with assistance of FO Shai. Unfortunately, I booked the wrong room for our stay, but FO Shai, assisted me to ensure we will have a wonderful stay as per the usual. It was a fully booked during that time but she explained to me all the options I can use for our stay to be comfortable. Thank you FO Shai and hope to see you again once we visit again in the hotel.

One of the best if not the best hotel I've stayed in with my partner in the Philippines. We just stayed for one night but the experience was truly remarkable. The room was very spacious, well maintained and cozy, felt just like home. I would like to give credit to Sheril who cleaned the room before our check-in and Chini who was the receptionist in our check out, she was very courteous, warm and hospitable. Her smile and professionalism will definitely have us come back again. Thanks to the whole Ascott management too, hopefully they maintain such quality service.

I absolutely loved this spa! One of the things I appreciated most is its convenient location—it’s on the same floor as the gym and pool, which creates a relaxing resort-like atmosphere. I was warmly welcomed by ms Pat the receptionist. They even served me a cup of hot ginger tea, which was such a thoughtful touch. The massage room is beautiful. I loved the Asian, Japanese-inspired interior. A special thank you to my therapist, Berna. She was kind, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire Swedish massage. This was truly a five-star experience for me. I’ll definitely be coming back

Check-ins are often the first hurdle during any trip, but Sir Charles and Ms. Chen made the entire process seamless for us. They were a wonderful team to deal with and gave us a warm and professional welcome to the hotel. Of course, we had to try the hotel restaurant, and it did not disappoint. The food was outstanding! Special thanks to Thor, Aly, and Jester for their excellent service, and hats off to Chef Aira for creating dishes that looked as amazing as they tasted. After indulging in all those delicious meals, I had to burn off some carbs at the gym. Jessa and Edward were there to kindly assist me, and I can confidently say that this is one of the cleanest and best-maintained hotel gyms I have visited. The equipment was well-functioning, and the overall experience was excellent. A truly memorable stay, thanks to the exceptional hospitality and dedication of the entire team.
