Reviewed Oct 22, 2025It's a affordable full package for a family vacation I would say. I like everything provided- 2rooms with 3 beds, 2 toilets, dining, kitchen, laundarya, strong wifi and the cleanliness. It is suitable for those who have kids because it has swimming pool at level 6 closes at 10pm which most kids love it so they can swim as much they want. The parking lot specifically reserved for visitors which easier for us. The most thing I like is the connection which is the wifi is strong. Thus, I strongly recommended for those who find this kinda room especially for a family trip. I'm looking forward for my next trip too 😁

Reviewed Apr 2, 2025Check in & check out instructions very clear. The house is clean and comfortable.Parking already allocated by the owner. Fast response from the owner. Everything is satisfied. The only issue is parking and lift access cards can't use due to system problem. But managed to enter and exit in the apartment with security help. Little suggestion : maybe can put a mirror in the bedroom too in the future.

Waze will be malfunction at time at this location.

The cleanest was so good for me there were ants everywhere in the house in the bedroom in our bags. And the toilet needs a ventilator because there aren’t any windows or anything so it’s quite stuffy and stinky when we entered. The ac was leaking in the other room also.

It was easy to check in. the surroundings pleasant but there was alot of dust and hairs around the furniture. It was not cleaned very well. The AC did not work well either and was loud, we were hot, we mentioned that it might need servicing to our contact. The furniture was in good condition and the apartment well kept. just the small things like keeping cleaner would be nice. We liked having a water filter. Not much to needed to make this a nice little apartment.

Reviewed May 30, 2024A very cozy home for a stay, first impression went inside the house i was like so welcomed. Theres 2 rooms with 3 queen beds, enough spaces for a large family. They also offer for extra beds if you wanted to come as a group. Easy check in and check out, no hassle. Host was very nice and approachable. All the basic necessities were met. Home with Melaka city view, a die for. Also nearest to Encore Melaka where can have nice photos. Selat Melaka, Klebang, and Bandar Hilir. All within KMs.
