Comfortable 2BR Mosaic Mid Valley Southkey 5-6 Pax

Host was excellent - detailed, took initiative, proactive, prompt response. Unit was clean, functional, great views of the city. Location was close to massages, food, mid valley, b&b bakery etc etc Condo security was rather tight.

Like many Malaysian condos after several years, could do with a new coat of paint, vending machines, improved lift lighting. But 1of the better ones, nevertheless.

Very late to receive the confirmation from host, almost 1pm. These make who travelling feel nervous for how to check in for the property.

Could have been cleaned slightly better. Walking around barefoot we could feel some dust on the floor.

Was given a 17th floor unit. It's clean and cosy, well organized. Check in instructions was clear and fuss free. Security guardhouse also friendly and helpful. The unit has a water dispenser which is a plus. And the host, Mandy is very helpful and friendly!

The unit given was not as per pictures. Some of the furniture are a bit old but functionable.

Location and property is spacious n quiet. Owner was fast response, texted her for more toilet paper, she came personally to pass to us in a short while.

When we reached the property, I think the cleaner just washed the toilet, the toilet bowl n floor was wet. Should provide a slipper in master toilet. Toilet roll was only half for one toilet and the other toilet was less than half, owner came with another one roll but was insufficient, we bought from Watson. Hopefully owner should at least place 1-2 extra toilet roll in the toilet.

Security, haha they don't understand proper English. No good eye contact. Our friend wanna visit us cannot come in, except must get QR for walk in into apartment area. But, since we are late and busy for next event, we do not contact the owner. Owner very nice and give full cooperative. Instruction is clear from start communicating until check out. Other than that all is fine.

The checkin instructions are clear and easy to follow. The unit is clean, comes with hot water dispenser and microwave. The host Mandy is helpful and responsive to the message. Mid Valley shopping center is just few minutes walk away. Famous Hai Kah Lao is nearby too.

We had a power failure on day 2 which we later found out that it was a scheduled maintenance from 10am - 5pm. It was not a problem for us as we have planned a whole day activities. But it may not be the same case for others. It will be good if the host can inform the tenant in advance. Thank you.

Mandy provided clear instructions for check-in and was readily contactable throughout the stay. Apartment was in good condition with no bugs with basic amenities provided. Security was tight but additional padlock provided was very much appreciated. Great location with tasty coffeeshop downstairs.

Unfortunately, aircon started leaking in 1 bedroom on the last night. We were able to make do with the ceiling fan.

Convenient location. Apartment was clean and had the necessary amenities we needed. Mandy our host was very responsive and pleasant to communicate with. My family and I enjoyed our stay.

The mattresses and pillows were too soft and springy for us.

I feel very comfortable living there, and the scenery is beautiful. Since it’s in a high-rise building, the view is great. Also, there are many food options nearby, so it’s very easy to find something to eat. And just a short walk away, there’s a big shopping mall, which is very convenient.

Kopitiam was just next door next to the homestay main entrance. It's super convenient.

A 10 min walk to Southkey Mid Valley. There are shops just below the apartment. Excellent wifi. There’s a water dispenser that dispenses hot and cold water, very convenient. There’s also a washing machine. It would be nice to have some detergent as it is not convenient to buy just for 1/2 days.

The smaller bedroom was stuffy and next to corridor, the aircon blows directly on the bed which is not good for sleeping. The common toilet had a water problem after a shower, so need to use the master bedroom instead.

Kitchen utilities are good. Both washrooms are clean. WiFi is strong.

Guardhouse lack of effectiveness. Created a qr code but was not able to access fast due to the long queue. Need to show the phone to guard to scan the qrcode each time accessing in and out of the premise. It's a hassle if you need to be quick. No temporary parking while waiting to collect the unit keys from mailbox.

The place is clean and comes with facilities such as microwave oven and induction hob etc. There are also safety mats and floor mats in the bathroom and the curtains make excellent night curtains for a good night's rest. The sofa was especially comfortable for watching TV.

It's not a big thing- just to highlight that this place is not Muslim friendly. The restaurants around us was non halal. But it's ok- we grab and it was ok. We will come back to mosaic southkey

The environment and location is great.

The bed is too soft not comfortable and the towel is a bit yellowish. Quite expensive for a night stay. No snacks provided too.

Apartment is very clean, spacious and has a great view. Air con and fans all working well. It is wheelchair accessible throughout and could accomodate a toilet commode in the shower area. Car park is bright and well maintained. There is washing machine and water dispenser which were very useful. Host easily contactable and friendly. Location is very close to Southkey mall. Would highly recommend!

Proximity to Mid Valley Southkey (if you know the correct car park exit to take), fuss-free check in and out procedure, basic amenities provided, clean and comfortable short stay.

Unit was advertised as a total of 3 Double/Queen beds (2 beds in room 1, 1 bed in room 2). However, there was 1 Queen and 1 Single in room 1, and 1 Queen in room 2, which was a letdown. Unit is on a very high floor which is a plus (better view), however the time taken to travel up and down the stuffy elevators is a minus. Building seems to have relatively high occupancy rate and elevators stop often on different floors. Do cater additional time esp during peak hours.

Clean and owner responded fast easy check in

The location was excellent, with easy access to a nearby kopitiam for breakfast and Mid Valley Southkey for shopping and entertainment. The rooms were spacious and comfortably accommodated five people, with two toilets available — a big plus for larger groups. The kitchenette was well-equipped with plates and bowls, making GrabFood or takeaway meals convenient, and while cooking wasn’t allowed, it didn’t matter much given the dining options available. The added bonus of a water filter made warm and hot water readily accessible, enhancing the overall convenience of the stay.

That said, the living room floor was sticky, which we brought to the host’s attention. We had to wear our indoor slippers during the stay. Also, as with all Airbnb stays, it’s best to bring your own toiletries, as the ones provided are quite basic.

The room is comfort and clean.

Only one mirror at the master room, is very hard to share the mirror for so many people.

Lift was not operating well, stuck at level 9 for a gd 15mins(lift dr kp opening upon closing). Gate was locked(no key given) upon checkin, had to wait another 20mins outside d unit despite already very exhausted since we left home very early morning for dis trip. WC water hose/bidet at mstrbdrm was faulty, water was leaking n sprinkled all over.

Strategic location, of course strategic location comes with slightly higher price.

Should have provided at least a dental kits. Not all people travel with their own dental kits.

The residence was well-maintained and consisted of a living room and two bedrooms, making it suitable for families or groups of up to five people. Our stay of two nights with three people was quite comfortable. The location was highly convenient, as there was a coffee shop right next to the entrance of the condo apartment offering a variety of local food options such as char kway tiao, vege bee hoon, wanton mee, Roti Canai (Prata), and Yong tau foo. The mall is near Mid Valley Southkey. I took a Grab even though it's walking distance because the pedestrian paths aren't built for walking. The accommodation is on the 29th floor, and you have great views of JB, Taman Sentosa, and even Senoko. They also provided a baby chair and a baby bathtub. Mandy's check-in instructions were clear. It would be greatly appreciated if there were boxes of tissue paper available. I have been unable to locate them. End up I have to use toilet paper.

The agent was quick in replying to my queries and feedback.

The aircon in one of the rooms switched off automatically after awhile thus we had no aircon in the night. And there were ants crawling on the coffee table as a sweet was left in the coffee table compartment.

Great location as it’s a walking distance to a shopping mall & Nice & clean apartment that comes with complete necessities & appliances. Great, helpful and friendly host.

We had a key card access problem upon arrival but the host responded immediately & replaced it with another card.

A convenient food court downstairs next to the building near the guard house that caters to diverse tastes, offering great value.

May not be suitable for extended stays as there is no washing machine.
