Non en-suite bathroom has a strong smell hence did not use for shower, faulty kettle and tired looking bedrooms. However we still enjoyed our stay!

The view was great and was convenient. Place was clean except for the cockroaches. Kids loved the pool although the shaded area can get really slippery when wet.

Mould and cockroaches. There was no bowl provided in the kitchen. Also host did not mention there would be a RM150 refundable deposit upfront in case of any damages.

The property owner did not answer my texts and calls at all. Check in time was at 3pm but he stopped replying me from 2pm onwards. He blocked my calls. I called using my friends’ number, no answer as well. I was standing on the streets in front of the property from 3pm until 8:30pm while trying to contact the property owner and booking.com. I asked booking.com for a refund. They assured me that they will refund if the property does not reply within 45 minutes and asked me to book another property for me to go stay, but later when I booked another property bcs the owner did not reply, booking.com ignored me because the property owner informed them that I did not show up.

Apartementanlage am Stadtrand. Schöner Pool. Man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto, fusslaeufig ist wenig zu erreichen.

I absolutely loved the place! The owner was super helpful and responsive, and even suggested great places for us to visit in Ipoh. The stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

My only small suggestion would be to provide some plates and utensils, so guests can have a light snack or meal in the room. The place is so nice that it would be great to spend even more time enjoying it.

La piscine est superbe. L'appartement est grand et confortable. L'hôte est réactif et précis dans ses instructions. Parfait pour 2 nuits.

Pas de photos de la cuisine parce qu'elle est très sommaire mais cela ne nous a pas gênés, nous n'avons pas cuisiné.

Place was spacious and had some beautiful wooden tables. Its well appointed with two good bathrooms. The swimming pool is beautiful as is the karst landscape, though arguably degraded by placing high-rise so incredibly close and a car park in-between!

Crucial check-in and other details came when I was already travelling and without wifi. Should have been provided a day or two before and property wi-fi and other details left in hard copy at the apartment. Place has a problem with both mold and cockroaches! I was genuinely shocked at the absence of a fully functional kitchen. There's a fridge and a basic metal stand and sink with a camper style burner outside the back door. No bench tops, no oven, no microwave, no griller, no frypan! The imported rating for the property is not credible in and of itself, or by reference to the larger number of ratings that average to a much lower google score for other properties in the development. Attention to the problems could lift the score at least a couple of notches.

The person that I'm dealing with is very friendly and attentive. We feel very welcomed by the host. The house is clean and the smell is so nice, but I forgot to ask the host what kind of perfume they use for the house. The pool view is beautiful too and very family friendly.

If I have to say about things that I like it most probably not the fault of the host but the apartment itself. There's a corner nearby the lobby area, and there's no bumper at the corner, so people tend to drive so fast and it could be dangerous for people who's crossing from the parking to lobby, we almost got hit twice but since I think it's a blind spot to the driver as well.. So, I believe if there's a bumper, then it would keeps all the drivers slower and alert on people who is crossing.

Excellent condition,100% satisfaction in term of living condition, cleanliness, well design interior, feel at home. The host personally came over to guide us in and briefed us. No question ask, will go back again if to visit Ipoh again.

I will give a 99.9% for the overall except that I personally hope host could add a small bench or table in the room to allow the luggage to be placed on instead of putting on the floor. As elderly or senior find challenging to stand up after each time band down or sit on the floor to get item from luggage..

I don't like guard is not helpers. When we entered the properties , we don't know how and asked them but one of them laughing with her friend like we are stupid . So route .

The small room door and bathroom door in the living room make noise every time they open or close, keeping everyone awake in the middle of the night.

I did not expect to see banners " No Homestay " at the condo

Everything is good here. The house is comfortable, clean, and good wifi connection. Easy to deal with Airbnb management. The residence is near AEON Mall Kinta, cafes, restaurants, and convenience stores.

A little dusty in the corridors as the apartment is fairly new and still undergoing renovations

The check-in process is smooth. The unit is clean and comfy. The car park is located near to the unit. The pool also nearby. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.

My only concern is the kithen for cooking is placed outside, there is no wall and people from the aisle can see it directly.
