Por empezar es un departamento con dueño directo que solo acepta efectivo , eso no está en las descripciones. El dpto es mínimo , no pude hacer funcionar la ducha pese a mil intentos, era tarde y me bañé con agua fría . Por un poco más de dinero mis amigos estaban en un hotel espectacular con terraza

Le gérant ou le propriétaire n'est pas physiquement présent et il faut payer a l'arrivée ,en cash, via une machine que nous n'avons pas l'habitude d'utiliser en Europe. Celle qui nous avait été désignée était hors service. Après 15 h d'avion on peut souhaiter un autre accueil. L'appartement est petit, le quartier est bien mais pas super ( pour une 1ère fois a Manille) Le concierge parlait a peine anglais

Burası bir rezidans ve sonradan size rezidans kurallarını gönderiyorlar. Lobide wifi yok. Oda 3 kişilik ve 4 kişilik konaklamaya uygun değil. Sürekli bir gerilim hali oluşuyor

The property is clean and the host is very nice. She guided us from pre checkin up to the time we checked out. Everything was provided and they are very responsive.

We found it very misleading that they classified this accommodation as an entire Apartment, when in reality the size what basically a tiny storage room type, secondly, our sleep was 100% a nighmare, the bed was absolutely horrible & uncomfortable, it would be wise for the owners to invest in a proper quality mattress that won't give guests back pain like we endured, furthermore, on our second night, the drain areas next to the toilet & inside the bathroom had exploded with feces everywhere that ultimately left the entire room smelling like deplorable sh*t (literally), which is highly unacceptable, we requested a partial refund & we hope the owners do the right thing by refunding our money back, not worth it & would NOT reccommend booking this place, BEWARE: they charge 150 peso per day per person on regular days & 300 peso per day per person to access the pool, totally ridiculous, I would rate this a 1 out of 10, AVOID AT ALL COSTS!.

It smelled so nice upon entering. So relaxing!

Maybe just the pillows that are too soft and don't hold the head anymore.

It's clean and cosy, and Val is a superb host.

They have provided a normal plastic slipper but I wish there were a disposable slipper though not necessary.

Location, WiFi, Netflix and overall a lovely stay. Hosts are very helpful and considerate.

Internet is good, clean and comfortable room, new building, the security guard is in the lobby 24h, convenience store near the entrance, I could do later check-in and early check-out because my flight time

Location and comfortable bed

The location is perfect. The amenities are complete.

I have a hard time entering the property as there is some miscommunication between the owner and the condominium management. It is a hassle as I need to go to the condominium office accompanied by the guard. The property is very good. I just noticed that everything is designed for a short person. For example, the shower is positioned too low. I've seen many hairs inside the room so I'm guessing that the previous guest is a female.

Excellent location, cosy place, understanding owners, we will go back there for our next trip

I loved the place itself, the view deck, the room and amenities. My son also enjoyed playing games, watching movies and the shower. He loves shower very much. We just wished next time, we could enjoy swimming.
