Reviewed Jul 26, 2026Went here for a business trip stay. Love the location. It's a little confusing to locate this because it's in the middle of a one-way "cul-de-sac". However, the convenience of the location is perfect. Surrounded by a 7-Eleven, nearby cafes and restaurants, and including the major shopping center of Greenbelt is amazing. It's a budget hotel so understand that some amenities can't be found including fridge and soaps and etc. They get to clean your room every 3 days.

In Booking.com did not mentioned about toiletries, well it was not included for client's freebies, they say its for sale. I expect it to be at hand. I have to go out again to procure basic needs(shaver/toothpaste/toothbrush)

I had requested a quiet room in advance, but unfortunately this request was not accommodated. My first night was almost sleepless due to the noise from outside, as the windows provided very little sound insulation. And that room has moldy smell. The following morning, I asked to change rooms, and the rest of my stay was fine.

gegen Abend gab es sehr laute Musik (aber fast normal für die PHilippinen) Es gab einen Automat für Trinkwasser - kalt und heiß. Aber man muss seine eigene Tasse/ Flasche mitbringen!

Reviewed May 8, 2026Check in was easy, the room was comfortable. It was easy to get a grab outside, and there was a 7-11 and a coffee stand right outside the hotel
Amenities are very limited, there was hardly any soap in our shower. Water refill is only in the 2nd floor lobby. Only one key card. But these are obvious cost-cutting measures to keep the price low. If you plan only sleeping here, it's totally fine.

The elevator sometimes. The tiny table on the wall. My TV would not turn off so I unplugged it. There is a car garage across the street that every time the pole goes up it makes a loud crazy sound all night long. There is no microwave or refrigerator. But I understand why.

El tamaño de la habitación, apenas puedes abrir las maletas. Pero la culpa fue mía por no mirarlo bien antes de reservar. No ponen sino dos toallas de ducha y no ofrecen agua de cortesía.
