1. I didn't like the first room given to me (room on the 3rd floor). The room is very run down - parts of the walls are taped because of some (water) leaks. The room is kind of scary. 2. I conplained & requested to be moved to another room. The staff responded immediately and move me to a much better room on the 2nf floor. The 2nd floor is much nicer and my new room is much, much better,

I asked for a late check out with charges but they asked for a price which was equal to full price showing at booking.com however its their policy but just for a feedback.
