Perfect 7-Night Stay in Makati! Amazing condo with great views, a comfortable bed, a cozy sofa, a clean bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Everything was super clean! Loved using the free gym and pool, and the location is ideal with everything you need just a short walk away. The host is incredibly warm and helpful. She even surprised me on my final night with her delicious, extra-crispy homemade chicken nuggets and garlic sauce! Best host ever. Highly recommended!

The caretaker Nanay Domita looked after me from check in to check out. The fuse box gave out one night and she liaised with in-house maintenance to get it fixed quick smart - that's duty-of-care and good customer service. The unit felt like home with cooking utensils and a washing machine that helped me immensely. Wi-fi reception is lightning fast. There's a Robinson's Supermarket at the ground floor and many eateries within striking distance.

The sofa bed is a disappointment. It is old and worn and needs urgent replacement.

The location, facilities, and rooms were all excellent. There was a kitchen and a refrigerator. The manager, Domie, was wonderful. He cooked for us and gave us kind explanations, so we were able to stay comfortably. This is a place we definitely want to come back to. Thank you very much.

This is by far the BEST hotel/BNB I have ever stayed in. Nothing can compare to the comfort, convenience, cleanliness, and the caretaker's kindness. One of the best parts is that you can pack very light 'cause they have a washing machine and LOTS of free water. PS Thank you for buying us healthy fruits! See you again soon!

Everything about the stay was excellent! Great communication with host. I arrived early and the cleaning lady helped with washing laundry. View was great from balcony. The bed was super comfy and whole place very clean.100% recommend this place to everyone!

The property itself is clean. Also this is a new condo. We stayed 18 days in this place There is a grocery store and pan de manila, coffee shop in the ground floor area. Ate Dominga is very helpful also.

It is a brand new unit that is well appointed in a new Hi-Rise complex, so you can cook and eat in if you prefer, or buy takeaway, bring it back and reheat it, or just eat out. Checking-in was super easy, the building staff and security that first greet you are all really polite, friendly and readily provide assistance if needed (even if it is just for quick directions - or a basic question), I was then warmly greeted by the host Domie, she had gone to great length to meticulously prepare and present the apartment for me, with some lovely small treats as an extra welcome. Domie is extremely polite and easy to reach if you happen to need something. The bed was lovely and comfortable, the unit is quite high up, so you get very little traffic noise and a quiet night sleep. There is a small balcony that you can venture onto that gives you a pretty good view of part of this huge city. There are restaurants and shops close by (right next door actually). There is lots to see and explore in every direction, I don't think you will be disappointed! A lovely apartment.

A minor issue with the air-conditioner (these things happen, everything is brand new, and sometimes you encounter small teething problems).
