My stay was excellent. Peaceful and relaxed environment

The property is completely run down, most of the tiles in the lounge and dinning area is broken. The shower in the main bathroom doesnt work. The shower door in the ensuite is stuck.

I liked the peace , tranquility and cleanliness of the property and the estate overall.

It would be nice if there could be more indoor play areas for the kids.

I think the facility should be provided with an inhouse eatery so that guests can have an option to choose whether to prepare their own food or get it from your inhouse restaurant. The facility is tranquil.

The house should be provided with modern electronical ports.

The place is quite and peaceful. Close to the beach The local shop and café adds value and convenience Just the place for a relaxing weekend getaway My twin grand babies loved their time there. It is close to Wildcoast facility and water park. Great view from the unit.

There is only one aircon in the main bedroom. One in the central area would definitely be of good value and comfort. When you enter from the road the lighting is very poor and there is no visible boards, or lighting,or signage to direct you that here's the Carribean Estate turnoff or entrance. We have heard from a few about this. The unit is clean however some maintenance and update needs to be done like the blinds that are broken The tiles that are lifting cracked and broken. This could lead to injuries.

The property is an exceptionally well maintained and pristine .the staff was friendly and accommodating .Pricilla who took care of the unit was so friendly with the kids.i will most certainly be revisiting Caribbean estate in the near future .thumbs up once again .

To be honest I have no dislikes regarding the property .

Beautiful and spacious accommodation. Close to pool and other amenities at the Estate. Comfortable beds . Neat and clean rooms. Highly recommend. Lovely mini hikes to Umtamvuma river and private beach. We had fun feeding the fish in the dam . We had a peacock that spent some time with us on our balcony. What an awesome experience at a great venue.

The gas braai needs to be serviced. The burners only heated the back section of the braai.

A neat and clean unit, that has all the basics one needs for a short holiday

Because it overlooks pool, it is very noisy if one wants peace and quiet. There is only air-conditioning in main bedroom, small standing fan in lounge No soap provided in bathrooms, for what you pay, feel can provide extras like that to start. Second bathroom did not have a bathmat.

Was self catering. The accommodation is in a lovely setting and very secure.

We absolutely loved it. What you see is what you get, an more. That view is sooo amazing, the beds are super comfy, the location is close to everything you need, n theres also alittle convenient store on the property, lots of things to do especially if you have kids, The pools are great, an the staff are so friendly, even the cleaning lady in charge is such ray of sunshine... Not once did we need to worry the Owner, there was a prob with the geyser an the cleaning lady got it sorted out with the owner, when i tell you this place exceeded our expectations, i mean everything was on point.. We were so relaxed an very grateful to have found such a gem of a place...outstanding service!!!!

There was a lot of noise in the vicinity of the unit we stayed in. Made it hard at times to sleep as people around did not adhere to the rules.

The pool was not clean and the area around the pool was dirty.. we could not use it. La Vita Spa was not worth it at all, seem like the ladies was tired. No activities available to keep kids occupied.

The games room isn’t actually a games room. Not enough in it especially for toddlers.Also change is not available for the few things that are present. Disappointing for my kids who are small and can’t play adult games.

THIS WAS A VERY PLEASANT STAY FOR MY FAMILY AND I, TWO THUMBS UP. THE ACCOMMODATION WAS EXCEPTIONAL AND STAFF WAS VERY HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY.

THE SPA HAD SOME ISSUES WITH ACCOMMODATING A COUPLES MASSAGE ON MY WIFES BIRTHDAY AS BOOKED HOWEVER THEY DID RECTIFY THIS THE NEXT DAY.

The apartment had everything. It was home away from home.

The walk to the beach is a little long

Very family oriented and well maintained estate and apartments. The scenery is beautiful and serene. Extremely secure and felt at ease with kids playing within the estate.

We watch channel 240 a lot its a free channel.We enjoyed 2 days of it then on 3rd night .. channel stopped by DSTV because it was not part of package.

22 Tortuga exceeded all expectations, I was so skeptical because the pictures was so impressive and a part of me thought it was too good to be true. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you are getting and more. The unit was extremely neat and fully equipped with everything! Right down to a pair of scissors. I am extremely pleased and happy with our stay and will definitely book again without a doubt!

The place was beautiful. We loved everything. My daughter extremely enjoyed herself. And everyone was so friendly. It's beautiful and peaceful and the best place for a family vacation. I would definitely go back.

The stay was too short..

Every thing was too good. The kids really enjoyed the stay My Parents in law felt it very relax-full A nice, safe and friendly environment Very very kind and friendly stuff

The only thing i didn't like was that we could not have a coal braai in the balcony

apartment had a bad odour when we entered - toilet paper was not replenished on daily basis -there no air freshner for toilets -thete should've been bathroom carpets as it can get messy -games rooms the golf R50 a game is Really not on....deposit is fine but per game is not on... -so Many guest games room too small also time limit

Facilities were great.

We received a very harsh email for having an extra guest which was a child and was going to share a bed with us. We did not overcrowd the apartment so did not warrant that harsh email.

We love the estate. Super beautiful and great vacation vibes. Love that the pool is on your doorstep at Tortuga. This villa was neat and tidy on arrival. The ensuite room is beautiful and spacious , great view of the pool and ducks pop by to have a swim every now and again. Gas braai was great for loadshedding blues. There is a rechargeable light provided. The under cover parking was good too.

When we arrived , everything looked beautiful and clean but had a smell, a somewhat dampness smell. The dryer did not work and with the rain, it was difficult washing towels and drying them. Our villa was forgotten during the cleaning rounds. We had to call twice to find out. The lady did bring staff and clean it in the afternoon, she was friendly and helpful. It wasn't the stay we are used to getting.
