Reviewed Jun 15, 2026We liked that all rooms had bathrooms. The house was well stocked with utensils and cutlery.
The listing says there’s a private pool but it wasn’t the case. The pool is a walk from the house, actually situated in front of another house/complex.

Reviewed Oct 1, 2025The estate is kept very neat and clean. The check in was quick and there was alot of security in the estate to make the family feel safe. There was a convenience store which keeps the basics so no need to go out much.
The internet was quite poor, we were streaming and it too a while to complete a movie. The couches in the unit are uncomfortable and one of the bedroom doors locked us in a few times. The estate need to control the monkeys as its quite annoying not to have doors and windows open.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025It is a spacious home which is tastefully decorated . The patio doors open up to a beautiful common gardens with a water feature . It is close to the pool, kid’s play area and miniature golf . The walk way to the beach is just a road away. The walk way is wooden and wearing takkies is advisable. The Villa is also a short walk from the Clubhouse which has a table tennis and snooker table . However, the equipment is available only at the main gate .
The miniature golf was being renovated so we didn’t get to play. The equipment for the table tennis and snooker tables were only available from the front gate which is not close to the Clubhouse and is inconvenient.

Reviewed Jan 4, 2025The interior decorating, private bathrooms, washing machine, dish washer, balcony on upper floor, aircon, swimming pool nearby, Dstv, welcome package. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future!
The dining room table could be a bit smaller in diameter-it's a bit impractical and difficult to clean. Also a pity that the side tables of beds had "dummy drawers". We found the storage space in bedrooms insufficient and unpractical. Maybe u can start by providing more clothes hangers? Also the outside table is far too large for the verandah-half of our family were in danger of tipping backwards at our meals! The fitted sheet of the bed upstairs was too small for the mattress but it was rectified when we reported it.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2023It was a very well thought of apartment. I loved that each room had its own bathroom/shower. Beds were comfortable.
The surcharge of 700 for my 5 year old niece as the property did not provide anything additional for that 700. I felt it was high for a toddler.

Reviewed Feb 19, 2023The unit was very clean. There is wonderful attention to detail shown in the beautiful decor. You can see the thought, time and care which was taken by the owners to make the unit as comfortable as possible for guests. The kitchen is very well stocked with cutlery, crockery, pots, serving dishes, etc. There is a dishwasher and washing machine available in the unit. The daily cleaning service is a pleasure to have. It was a pleasant surprise to have DSTV compact available, so the guys could watch the cricket. The unit is wheelchair friendly. There are 3 ensuite double rooms on the ground floor- 1 with a gorgeously HUGE bath tub. The 4th ensuite bedroom is upstairs. Thanks to the inverters and the water storage tank outside, we were not affected by loadshedding or water shortages 👌 There are fantastic, adjustable, mesh screens on all the doors and windows which stop monkeys, insects and birds from entering the villa. There are a lot of activities in the estate, with tennis courts, pools and a beauty spa available. The beach is a short walk from the unit. We felt very safe in the estate. Do not hesitate to book this accommodation. You will not be disappointed.
