It was a last minute booking after getting a cancellation as soon as we landed into Ho Chi Minh. Arrived late and was welcomed by the owner who took us to our room, arranged an extra bed and was super helpful. Apartment was spacious and beautifully presented.

It is a bit hard to navigate, so ensure you have the correct name as I’ve seen mentions from other tourists who got lost trying to find the location.

Don’t be fooled! This is not a hotel. This is like an air bnb stay. You are NOT allowed to use any of the facilities at the property including the pool!!! The room is not cleaned or new towels provided daily. Although the description when booking includes the pool for use but it is not!! Our door to the apartment did not lock when leaving unless you tried 10 different tricks!!! Very unsafe!! The staff were not friendly and quite rude when we discussed our concerns about the door not locking. I provided video proof of the door issues!! Zero stars from us and will ensure all family and friends do not stay here.

Met by the host on arrival and communication was great. Beautifully new apartment, impecably clean and comfortable with great decor. Comfortable bed, quiet location and great shower. Location was good - short walk over the bridge to D1 and a some great cafes nearby (Him Cafe does amazing coffee). There's even a Pasteur St Craft Beer bar across the road, and a park nearby.

Paying by cash was a real pain, especially since the local ATM only lets foreigners take 3,000,000 VND out at a time (and charges 50,000 VND for the privilege). A bank transfer or card machine would have been appreciated. Also, I booked a one bed room apartment but ended up with a studio which was strange. I was told the studio was more modern. There was no access to the pool or gym.

Interior Design. The distance from the main city area was superb. Room cleaning was done remarkably and I did not lose anything.

Everything was clean, modern and location was very convenient and safe.

The apartment definitely needs a full length mirror and some conditioner in the shower, not just shampoo and shower gel.

we lost some stuffs and money when we were there after house cleaning, just wanna put it out there for anyone to be more careful with your belongings when staying here. Plus we didnt have access to the pool like they advertised.

very confusing since they changed names taxi had trouble finding the right tower ,had to find someone who spoke english to call host very confusing. very basic as no tea & coffee making facilities not even tea towel for drying dishes.

Large apartment, clean and had all the facilities in the apartment you would need. Was disappointed the pool wasn’t available anymore to tourists but only a small glitch. Even though out of the main city area there was some great food restaurants and a connivence store.

Not a dislike but it is a little out of the main city area. Can walk but a bit of a hike. Had no trouble getting transport to where we needed to go.

Accomodation was advertised with pool ,however , your room key did not give you access to the pool.

The property is in a swanky residential block in district 2. About a 20-25 min walk over the bridge to district 1, Grabs take 5 mins and cost less than £1. The apartment was very nice and modern.

You can’t use the rooftop pool and gym, which we weren’t aware of. This was very disappointing as it gets very hot in HCMC and it looked lovely up there.

The apartment itself was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were large and clean. We had a great view of the city.

We arrived to be told that residents were no longer allowed to use the pool. This was different to the information given at the time of booking. Given we’d just landed after a 16 hour flight with three kids, and the pool was the reason we’d booked the apartment, I was pretty annoyed. This isn’t really a hotel complex. It’s an air bnb. The person who showed us to our room spoke limited English so it was difficult to sort this issue out. Had it not been for the fact we were exhausted, I would’ve found alternative accommodation. The apartment is a long way from the centre, but as grab is such an efficient app, this didn’t matter. There weren’t any cleaning materials left in the apartment, so on the second day we came back to find the kitchen crawling with ants. Also, there are no where near enough plates, cups, and cooking equipment, so we had to take it in turns to eat breakfast, sharing a few plates between us. There’s no way you could cook a meal for a family here. It is not practical for a family with kids.

I was initially convinced to book the accommodation because of the pictures and especially the pool. Unfortunately, when I arrived, it turned out that access to both the pool and the gym was no longer possible. At the time of booking, both the pool and the gym were advertised. Nevertheless, I had to pay the original price. The reception downstairs has nothing to do with the guests, as the apartments are rented out privately. Communication with the hosts is exclusively via WhatsApp. At first glance, the apartment looks great, but upon closer inspection, you can tell it is a bit run-down (the shower door was broken) and unfortunately not very clean. The bed sheets had stains on them. There were also many stains in the bathroom and on the floor. One evening, there was no hot water and I had to take a cold shower. All in all, I wouldn’t book the accommodation again, as it seems too expensive compared to other options—especially given the current condition and the lack of access to the pool. It’s also not centrally located; you always need a taxi to get to the center, as it’s about a 30-minute walk.

Although nice & clean, the property did not have a lot of the facilities stated on the listing.. including the pool/spa leisure facilities (which are currently closed) and a lot of amenities that were detailed as being available in the room. The property looks like it's in District 1 but it's actually a bit further out, across the water so it's not as centrally located as we'd have liked.. The room we stayed in was also nothing like the one on the pictures. The owner was happy to take our money but isn't being so responsive now that I've complained about a few things and asked for compensation!

Perfect Apartment to stay at especially with the view of the city - great location, very very modern, there was a washing machine and dryer - a whole kitchen as well. Toilets were great really clean. Would 100% recommend this place over any big chain hotel. We loved it so much that we ended up booking it again when we came back to Ho Chi Minh.

Location is more quiet than downtown but there are restaurants, cafes, convenience stores within walking distance. Downtown is only a few minutes away by car. Staff were excellent, very nice and attentive. Amenities are available as described.

Horrible communication. Staff knew we were waiting in lobby since 12:30pm and said they were still cleaning the restroom. We waited until actual checkin time which was 2pm and reached out to them for them to come down to inform us that they still need to clean the restroom. She took us upstairs into the room and said we can wait on the couch as the cleaner “finishes up”. The kitchen was not clean, dinning table still had meals from last tenants, restrooms were still dirty. She tried to tell us to rest but there were mens coming in and out of the rooms when we are a group of just girls. She collected the payment and left. The cleaners did not finish cleaning up until 3pm, one hour passed actual check in time. Our plans were ruined due to their lack of time management.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The size of each bedroom was adequate and the outside view was spectacular. The bathrooms were very contemporary and spacious. Location was also good, slightly away from the hustle and bustle of ho chi minh. Taxi rides were cheap when using grab app so access to the central of the city was not a issue

The location was fantastic and it was easy to get around. The pool was exceptional and easy to access. The hosts were awesome and we would definitely stay here again.

It's very inconvenient having to contact the host every time you want to use the swimming pool.

It was a good location where it was far enough from the noise of District 1 but close enough that it was super accessible. There’s a park downstairs which was nice to walk around. Had convenient stores close by. Really convenient having a washing/dryer and a drying rack on the balcony. It was also great that they would change towels and do a clean upon request.

Not much to be honest

Great apartment for a family to spread out and have some space. Amazing pool and gym facilities. Only a short walk to District 1 or a quick Grab ride. We liked being out of the hustle and bustle

Great location outside the city centre. You can easily catch a grab to every location that you wanted to. Convenience store just downstairs, as well as food and coffee options. Awesome pool for use anytime as well as a sauna

Modern apartment with good location Pool with great views

It's an apartment in a residential complex. There are signs saying no short term letting so we felt a bit not so welcome. The electric door was difficult to lock. After we checked out we had to find the manager to return the keys. We later received a WhatsApp message blaming us for a chip in the bath - which we didn't do and we hadn't even used the bath. Made the stay less memorable.

Loved the views/apartment as a whole

There was only 1key card - made it awkward at times. Theres wasnt much in the kitchen to actually use the facilities. Ie no mugs to make hot drinks. No pots or pans uf you wanted to cook something. The unexpected credit card fee - not impressed with that.

The pool and gym facilities were great although the pool was a bit cool.

The apartment was very unclean. Couch had dirty marks all over it, the floors were dirty, the rubbish bin in the bathroom hadn't been emptied from the previous guests. Upon arrival we had one clean towel with a used one in the bathroom...luckily I asked the host for another clean towel. Also the shower and kitchen sink hadn't been wiped clean. The bedside table lamp didn't work and the wardrobe light kept coming on all throughout the night. Lastly the TV didn't work.

staff were very helpful Complex is very new and clean and stylish Infinity pool offers spectacular views Bed, linen , towels.and shower were all lovely and space was perfect for family of 4 ( we had 2 doubles ) Washing machine and dryer facilities were very helpful. We stayed for NYE celebrations with other family members, and felt it was good value for money .

As it is a new complex, there are not many other facilities on this side of the river. The bridge, however, is easy to cross and only a 15 minute walk to main district or cheap to catch a taxi. There is no bar or refreshments available around the pool. There aren't many sun loungers available. It is very frustrating to request access to use the pool and gym each time. . As a non resident you are not given biometric access. This caused many problems for my family. The apartments are poorly equipped. We needed to request some basics such as cups and glasses.

The new apartment is lovely and very clean. The location is good with easy access to town just over the bridge We were so looking forward to a swim in pool and using the gym ..... but this was not to be!

NO pool or gym access as you need face ID to get in-we asked any people to help us get in for a swim -NO go Ironically while we waited for our accomodation to be ready at 2 (in at 2:40pm so that was ok) we sat in the pool area only to be told off for dipping our toes in the shallow end and we couldn't swim as our luggage was stored I would suggest on arrival : Give guests full access and ID to get in -the cards don't work for your facility Also give the WIFI code in the room ! And maybe get some coffee cups for the room

The staff were really helpful and always available to answer any questions. Pool area excellent, apartment very big. Location is also quite good.

The facilities are really good and well equipped, pool area excellent. What could be improved is some minor details in the apartment furnishing, the bathroom rugs were very old and could be easily replaced for a better impression. Same with the garbage bins in the bathrooms.

The location and modern apartment with stunning views of the city - particularly at night. The pool area was incredible and we loved taking out time from sightseeing to soak up the views. The beds were really comfortable and the apartment was beautifully decorated. There was good communication with the host and east to get a Grab into the city centre.

The pool and gym area could only be accessed if we were let in so we had to message the host when we wanted to do this. However they were easily contactable

How everything looks the same and when you are a new arrival you can easily get lost as a new comer.

The location is very central. It is close to shopping malls, markets, clubs and all the famous places

One of the room was a bit too small for a couple. We couldn’t even keep our luggage in the room. Had to placed outside in the kitchen. Also, the room did not have attached toilet which in my opinion is little off putting

Unfortunately, the only good thing about this was the Location.

The beds were hard. The aircon in the en-suite made a lot of noise. We were not informed of the ongoing construction which was really noisy during the day. On the day of check in I was given one address and when I had arrived we were then asked to take our bags across the road to a different building, we wouldn’t have minded but we had a lot of heavy bags and I had asked for the address prior. When we did arrive at the apartment it looked like there was still luggage that they needed to remove from previous guests. We were quite skeptical if the apartment had been cleaned. It’s also self catering, but there are no coffee cups. In the description it says it has a pool with a view, a hot tub, a sauna. A walk in shower and a bath, with lake views. None of this was correct, we had a view of the construction. There was no hot tub or sauna. Definitely not worth the price.

The location is good, very close to Dist 1.

There are no kitchen towels we had to use bathroom towels to clean the kitchen. If you want people to keep clean you have to give them things to clean for you. There no coffee cups either. It is very important to have coffee in the morning but no cups :( They are not expensive so please provide them to the clients.

Brand new Beautiful apartment w/ great views and host. 24 hour Door man to open the entry and grab door. Spacious, and comfortable. Washer available and brand new appliances w/ bidets in both bathrooms. Total luxury on the 19th floor overlooking the river. Just a short $2 Grab ride to most areas. We bought some coffee, fruit and yogurt, at the market and enjoyed the view before heading out for the day. This is the spot. We stayed in District 1 at a hotel the beginning of our trip a month earlier and wish we had stayed here instead

The pillows could have been softer and there was a little noise in the morning from a building in the distance. Not a big deal for such a beautiful place

I loved everything about this property! The rooms are impeccably clean, modern, and far superior to other 5-star hotels I’ve stayed at. The view was breathtaking, and the spacious closet made it easy to organize everything. The kitchen was fully equipped, even featuring a dishwasher, which was so convenient. One of the highlights was the LG machine that refreshes your clothes – such a fancy and thoughtful touch. This place truly exceeded my expectations!

Nice modern apartment with good infinity pool overlooking the city and river. Beautiful view from the room.

The apartment is in what seems a new location in district 2, so there is nothing in walking distance. We were also not aware there was no receptionist so had to wait outside the lobby to be let into our room. There was also a very strong odour coming from both bathrooms that was overpowering the apartment.
