The unit is very well-maintained, clean, and comfortable. It is spacious enough for a big family and provides a pleasant stay with a view of melaka from the balcony. The location is also excellent, right in the centre of Melaka, with easy access to plenty of food options and popular tourist attractions. Overall, a great place to stay, especially for families..

The car park can be a little inconvenient, especially for elderly guests, but apart from that, everything else was good.

the swimming pool was excellent

​1. Hygiene and Air Quality The bedroom and living room had a very heavy, "dusky" (musty/stale) smell that caused significant nasal discomfort. This suggests a lack of proper ventilation or deep cleaning, which is a health concern for guests. ​2. Maintenance and Safety Issues The toilet bowl in the second bathroom was not properly secured to the floor. It shook whenever used, posing a safety risk and indicating poor maintenance oversight. ​3. Accessibility and Parking Logistics The parking arrangement is highly inconvenient for families. ​Navigation: The car park design requires driving from one end to the other just to change levels. ​Transfer Issues: Reaching the unit requires transferring between a car park lift and a lobby lift, separated by a significant walking distance. ​Family Impact: This is particularly difficult for our group, which included an elderly guest, three children which included a two-year-old child. Carrying luggage and managing children through multiple lifts and long corridors is not sustainable for a "family-friendly" stay.

The location is good. The security guards are helpful. It's a quiet place. The infinity pool is nice, but we didn't use it because of the windy weather.

Furnitures very old. It seems derived from second hand bazaar. Bathroom needs renovation. Owner said she has already a renovation plan.

1. The host was very proactive, hospitable and clear in giving us instructions to check in and check out. The process was smooth. 2. The house was even equipped with broom and dustpan, and washing machine. This was something that exceeded our exceptation. Thank you! We did our laundry easily. 3. The house was perfect itself, with an amazing view too!

Great homestay near Jonker Street. The location is very convenient & the unit is clean with a nice view. The bed is comfortable & all basic amenities are well-maintained. Host was responsive & check-in was smooth. Overall, a pleasant & comfortable stay.

The apartment was not clean, with two large cockroaches in the living room and a persistent smell of cigarette smoke. The host was not very understanding about the situation. Also have to add an extra 80 RM cleaning fee, which is only applied once the payment is completed.

Our trip to Melaka was completely ruined by this booking. Shortly after I made the reservation, I noticed that the amount charged to my credit card was nearly three times higher than what was shown on Booking.com. I contacted the owner to clarify the pricing, and she simply told me to contact booking customer service. Since we were scheduled to check in the next day, I did not bother to worry about it. We arrived at the property at 3:55 PM on the day. Before arriving, I messaged the owner asking for check-in instructions. To my surprise, she asked if I wanted to cancel the booking. I was shocked but replied that my booking was confirmed. She then said that once I checked in, I wouldn’t be able to cancel the booking. Given her strange response and the suspicious overcharge, I told her I would check with Booking.com about cancellation and refund options. When I spoke to customer support, they informed me that the owner had full authority to approve a refund and all she needed to do was email them with confirmation. That’s when the situation started to spiral. I messaged the owner asking if she would approve the refund. Suddenly, she became extremely "busy"—saying she was driving, then attending to other guests, and doing laundry. She claimed to have already emailed customer support and asked us to wait. Trusting her, we waited outside the building—my 93 year old grandmother, my 70 year old mother, and I—under the hot sun with no water, food, or access to shelter. As time went on, it became clear she was stalling. She gave us neither a refund nor the room code. After four hours of waiting in the heat, my elderly family members were becoming unwell and my phone battery was died. Desperately I approached a local couple walking their dog. They spoke to the owner using their phone. Only then did the owner finally send us the room code. We had planned to explore Melaka but ended up seeing nothing, as we had to leave at 5AM the next morning.

The shower area tiles were a bit dirty also the balcony windows were dirty, the kitchen dish rack dusty and the bins were dirty. Lastly the master bedroom curtains did not cover the glass partition.

And ways to get to the unit is very leceh.. seriously feel like doing explorace. need to walk a bit and change lift (took 2 lift) to go from carpark to the unit. plus im with two child and my warga emas parents, this is not suitable for them. And the toilet have some unpleasant smell i think because of its floor material.

We had an excellent stay. The apartment is beautiful, very comfortable and well equipped. We also used the gym and the pool and everything was perfect. The building has beautiful views and very friendly staff. The host was super clear with instructions, easy check in and gave us everything we needed. Wi fi works perfectly and everything is in excellent condition.
