Reviewed Aug 11, 2026The location was convenient, but unfortunately that was overshadowed by the way we were treated.
Our experience with the owner and staff was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were initially refused entry despite having a valid booking, which caused unnecessary stress after a long journey. The owner spoke to us in a disrespectful and humiliating manner and showed no professionalism or courtesy throughout the interaction. We felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. As nigerians, the treatment we received left us feeling that we may have been treated differently because of our race, although we cannot say that with certainty. Regardless of the reason, the behavior was unacceptable and made what should have been a pleasant stay a very upsetting experience. I would not recommend this property to anyone who expects to be treated with basic respect.

The owner is an incredibly kind, respectful, and professional person who made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. His hospitality and the way he treats his guests are truly exceptional. I enjoyed my stay so much that I decided to move to another one of his apartments afterward, which says everything about the quality of his service. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay with an honest and caring host. I will definitely stay here again whenever I visit.

The only drawbacks were minor. The staff barely spoke English, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Additionally, it would be helpful if the apartment provided some basic amenities such as toiletries, drinking water, and coffee or tea for guests, especially for short stays.
