Beds were too firm for our comfort. Linens were not the cleanest - there were hair in between the sheets. We just needed a place to stay for one night before flying out the next morning. It was ok for that purpose.

Reviewed Apr 30, 2025The apartment is nice, and the staff has communication issues. The toilet was broken, with no accessories in the bathroom. Even housekeeping is chargeable. The big swimming pool, which is being sold as USP, is paid at more price than normal market price. WiFi doesn't work. But if you are not concerned about the above points, it's clean and the location is nice.

Reviewed Mar 17, 2025Ahmed the property manager was very helpful and generous, he upgraded my unit for free after he heard about my bad experience with the Airline, i usually send my friends there when they visit Egypt because the convenient location of the property, staff was very helpful and respectful, definitely I’m coming back on my next visit.

The distance of the apartment from the entrance. We had a lot of suitcases and having to manoeuvre stairs from the entrance wasn’t pleasant. Also the TV in the living room was stuck on one channel and we couldn’t get it to connect to the internet

We arrived late at night and had a very poor experience. The security at the door was rude and no explanation on how to get a key, why they wanted our passports or any process was clear. The room was clean but very limited amenities.

Reviewed Apr 10, 2024Very specious and huge apartment compared to value.. very close to airport… many amenities around you for example swimming pool, gymnasium .. additional facilities like shopping centres, restaurants… all and all I like..
Uber is not coming on time… some water leakage need to be fixed… but this very minor for me..
