房間非常乾淨，屋內所有物品都可以正常使用，特別是餐具乾淨齊全，非常適合喜歡做飯的朋友。地理位置非常好，樓下購物很方便，門口有保安，樓下有車站，除了早晚高峰期會堵車，平時交通很方便。窗外可以看到非常棒的景色。

The location is good,, close to everything

To noise outside, to crowded, only 2 Elevators working for a 46 story condo. Swimming pool always crowded, specially when 2 46 story buildings use the same Swimming pool

The location is godd, close to everything.

To noise at night and many people wondering infromt of the building and next to it.. There's lots of bars in the same street, and play loud music that even on the 30rd floor can be heard. The e swimming pool is alway crowded.

The property location is good, near in the mall and restaurant only down of the bldg.

Since we are 3 included my daughter i thought at first that we are all allowed in the pool but sad to say only 2 person is allowed.

😄gym was a bit small ?

Apartamento sencillo pero con todo lo necesario. Limpio y agradable. Muy buena comunicación con el propietario con indicaciones para hacer el check-in, y seguimiento permanente durante la estancia.

El aislamiento acústico no es bueno y las ventanas dan a una calle muy transitada y ruidosa, además de algún bar con la música alta algunos días. Con tapones para los oídos se puede resolver.

Good place to spend a few days or a few weeks. Very clean, the check in was managed via WhatsApp with a very helpful lady. Access to swimming pool

You can do some basic cooking but not much more

Out of all the rooms I rented in Horizons101, this is by far the cleanest. Very nice room design and arrangement. Beddings are new. Complete kitchen set. The price is great. Highly recommended to anyone.

Comfortable apartment, comfortable bed, Great city views. Nice hot shower. Good TV with Netflix. Swimming pool and outside area very nice. Cristine the hostess is very helpful and friendly. Location great - close to everything and handy for all transport.

Despite a delivery of cockroach spray from the hostess, the kitchen and bathroom and probably other places in the apartment are swarming with small cockroaches - therefore breeding. Used nearly a small can of spray, but still many cockroaches running around.

Good communication with the owner. I'm at someone at the property who gave me the keys and overall instructions which was good. The place has a nice view of the city and overall is pretty clean.

The reason I gave it lower rating might or might not be Within the power of the owners to change. Since the apartment is in a very large building Maybe it is hard to stop roaches to come in over into this apartment but that was my main problem with the place. If this will be remedied the place is actually very nice.

Internet was generally very strong, but did drop out twice for about 5 minutes each time (over the period of 1 week....so a very small negative)

Good sized apartment with everything you need. Easy check In and very helpful caring guy organising it.

I like the property simply and neatly decorated. Very clean. Only suggestion if they can upgrade their cooking pots and pans.

We loved the relaxing deco, the bed was small side but comfortable. Also where the appartment is located is close to restaurants and shops. Beautiful view from the room and quiet. Caretaker Cristine is lovely.

For the price we pay, would be nice to have shampoo for a little luxury and welcome

Staff was really helpful. Security. There was shop and restaurant near (Jollibee). Christina was supernice! Ok stay for one, max two nights.

When you stepped out the streets, beggers were right away asking for money. Also it was a bit confusing, when the owner texted me many times about the chek-in and -out. Pillows were terrible.

Beautiful property with gym and swimming pool. However the gym isn’t available for short stays. It’s in a prime spot so restaurants and transportation is nearby. Easy check in and check out. Communication was great. Any problems or help we needed, they were able to assist.

The bed was too small for 2 people as we are a couple. But there was a sofa bed. So it was ok.

I like how the owner and caretaker's hospitality, they are very accommodating and very pleasant. I loved the place, very comfortable and clean. They have a complete appliances that you will need in a house. I stayed there because I need to work and they have a good internet connection. The place is along the main road and there's a lot of restaurant, supermarket, laundry shop, fast foods and other shops that will satisfy your necessity. The building has facilities like swimming pool, gym and the like. Easy to locate by taxis for it's good location and easy to find taxi as well. I enjoyed my stay and would loved to come back if I have a chance to return to Cebu.
