The house was very well equipped with everything you could ever need, beds were comfortable and nicely decorated interior. Even had heaters in every room for winter stays

A stair bit high and not good if you curry on heavy luggage or a big of bag.

The location was excellent, close to shops, supermarkets and a great variety of eating establishments. With four bedrooms and two bathrooms over 3 levels there was plenty of room for our extended family

The carpet in the living areas was filthy and the walls badly marked and dirty, the pillows and throw on the sofa were also stained. The first impression as we arrived was poor with dirty and unvacuumed carpet on the entrance stairs. This house is obviously well used but could do with a good clean throughout the living spaces

Great location. The staff were very accommodating. We were in town for a wedding and they let us come and drop our car and luggage off before the rooms were ready. Everything looked perfect when we arrived back later that nice. The rooms were warm and the beds were very comfortable.

Incredible property! New, modern, superb location particularly being so close to the airport. We absolutely loved our stay at this townhouse and hope to be back soon. Highly, highly recommend!

Excellent location, walk to supermarket. close to airport, town centre and ski resort. The apartment feels almost new. The only drawback was the bedding — the pillowcases, quilt and towels had some stains, which could be improved.

Alot of stairs as its 3 floors and we had 2nd 3rd 4th. We liked being high up and were fine with the staircases

close to shops, supermarket, airport, kmart. the house is new and clean

so many stairs and stairs are so tight, no much room especially if you have big luggages to bring upstairs. very tired once you reach the second and third floor. not advisable if you are travelling with oldies. the first toilet doesnt have door lock and also other rooms.

luxurious, super clean and equipped with everything possible. Very helpful host. Loved our stay in every way. Exceptional heating and great location. Would def come again.

The property was vary neat with easy access to the shops and airport. The staff kept in contact to make sure we were comfortable and if we needed any assistance.

Warm, comfortable and modern apartment, which was nice and quiet with being in a residential area and only a 5 minute walk to the five mile shops. We will be back!!

Everything ! This really is a top place to stay , well furnished with plenty of space for the entire family. I have stayed in many apartments throughout Queenstown and Frankton and this one is by far the best. The owners were excellent and went out of their way to make sure we had the best stay possible.
