Bed too small, king size would be better as room is large enough. Not keen on breakfast in room as had to sit in bed to eat, it was a nice continental breakfast though.

We are already planning our next visit! The location, amenities (fresh breakfast delivered to your room!), and overall experience were amazing. Aofie is lovely, as is the town of Bray. You will not be disappointed.

Kein Parkplatz. Bett war zu schmal für 2 Personen, die Matratze total durchgelegen. Kühlschrank zu laut. Frühstück musste auf dem Bett eingenommen werden da kein Platz und kein Raum dafür vorgesehen ist. Nie mehr.

Amazing, and the breakfast was excellent, my kid loved it!! We will definately stay again. The room etc was amazing!!

Great location. Friendly owners. Rooms clean. Rooms came with coffee maker and tea kettle along with choices of tea and coffee. Beds slept great. Owners offered suggestions and help as needed.

I am so glad I chose to stay in Bray, beautiful small town with everything I needed . Apartment is nice, clean, good coffee machine and electric kettle with all the supplies daily, small fridge to keep some food, no microwave or cooking, which I knew and it's fine with me. Small dining table with chairs beside bed. The bed was comfortable and my husband loved it, but for others to know: the bed is standard double size, not queen size, so the host was very kind and provided for me extra folding bed, which was nice and I was able to sleep . Extra thumbs up for blankets, pillows, very good. Excellent breakfast . I gave 8 because the room was on a smaller side for my liking and no balcony, but everything else was very good and I have no complains, walkable short distance 3-5 min to restaurants, beach, casino and of course magnificent sauna with panoramic view of the beach and outdoor hot tub and cold plunge

Nothing particular, just the size of the bed, for me to sleep comfortably with my husband i need a queen size bed.

We enjoyed staying with Aoife and John. Lovely, kind and helpful people. Aoife went out of her way to provide us healthy vegan breakfast. We knew it was ready when we smelled warm vegan croissants in the hallway. Bed linens are super high quality so bed was glorious. Fluffy towels with quality personal products for bath were a treat after a day of hiking. Super easy to access train and bus. They recommended we grab the bus to Powerscourt which turned out to be easy and well worth the day trip. Bray is charming with so much to offer. We will be back and staying at Bray Head BnB again!

We had such a lovely stay. Aoife and John were incredibly warm, friendly and welcoming and gave us a real taste of genuine Irish hospitality. The breakfast was fantastic – a really generous selection was left just outside our room in the morning, which was such a lovely touch and made for a relaxed start to the day. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely modern bathroom, and we really appreciated the tea and coffee facilities too. The location was excellent for exploring Bray and for public transport. We felt very welcome and would happily stay again.

Our room was absolutely lovely. The bed was so comfortable and so well decorated. The bathroom was huge. Great coffee machine in room. It was so nice to have breakfast in our room. The owners are lovely.

Das Parken war wegen eines Events am Strand etwas schwierig. Mit etwas Geduld haben wir etwas gefunden.

We made use of the babies travel cot and my 8 month old son slept super well which was great for us!

A lovely, clean and comfortable accommodation at a very reasonable price. The owner was very friendly and helpful and the house was located centrally, within walking distance of all amenities and train station. Nice continental breakfast provided in the room too. Would definitely stay again.

Hosts extremely friendly and welcoming

Firstly Aoife was so wonderful, she was so welcoming and accommodating to mine and my son's dietary needs for breakfast. Being greeted by such a warm and welcoming person makes all the difference. We immediately felt at home. Secondly the bed was so so comfortable, I have hip dysplasia and arthritis in my lower back and usually struggle to get comfortable but the bed was perfect , I slept like a baby, as did my 11 year old son who usually tosses and turns a lot. It was a short walk from the beach and restaurants but away from the noise so it was perfect to get to everything but also have the peace and quiet at night We will definitely be staying again when we are back to visit family 😄

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. No parking on premises but free parking 1/2 mile away at the harbor. We were able to unload our car first then park it.

-Skvělá dostupnost veřejné dopravy v blízkosti ubytování (pouze 5 minut chůze od vlakové/autobusové stanice). -Pokoj byl na pohled hezky zařízený. -Personál byl milý a vstřícný. -Snídaně jsou hostům vždy přichystány na stoleček přede dveře pokoje tak, aby mohly být nerušeně konzumovány přímo na pokoji.

-Topení ne vždy fungovalo. -V umyvadle často netekla teplá voda. -Ručníky byly vyprané, avšak byly na nich patrny známky dlouhodobého užívání v podobě zažraných skvrn. -Během pobytu se bohužel podávala stále tatáž studená, sladká snídaně sestávající z rozpečeného croissantu, různých cereálií, müsli, jogurtů a ovoce, tedy převážně prázdných kalorií a cukru, které na příliš dlouho nezasytili. Jedinou teplou složku snídaně tvořil pouze čaj/káva. Bylo by proto dobré nabídnout hostům také možnost teplých snídaní, jako např. Traditional Full Irish Breakfast a podobně.

It was a beautiful home - quaint with antique furniture. It was close to the sea and restaurants so we were able to walk everywhere.

Stilvoll eingerichtetes und liebevoll geführtes Bed & Breakfast, Die beiden Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und mit vielen Informationen zur Umgebung, wir durften auch unser Gepäck bei Anreise früher abstellen. Das Haus ist nur 5 Min. zu Fuß vom Bahnhof und 5 Min. zu Fuß vom Strand und mehreren Restaurants entfernt. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und wird vor das Zimmer serviert.

Although an older house, the bathroom was very new with better shower than most hotels I've stayed at in Dublin.

I liked the location and the clean bathroom and the host was lovely

There wasn't much space for 3 people and we only got luke warm water for our tea

The location is a 60 second walk from the beach, bars & restaurants. The house is gorgeous with beautiful furniture and our room was spotless. John & Aoife are fantastic hosts and the continental breakfast was delicious. In short, it was perfect.

Excellent location ideal for catching DART train into Dublin. Quiet street one row back from the front. Lovely couple who ran the hotel, very attentive and helpful. Extremely comfortable bed!

Parking in Bray is a challenge but we found a spot in a residential area behind The Harbour pub which worked well. Breakfast was a continental delivered at 8.00 am outside the room. Suited me fine but I think my husband and maybe others were surprised it wasn’t a full cooked Irish breakfast.

Having lived in Bray in the 90’s we knew the location was perfect! Two minute walk to Dart, sea front etc. Ten minute walk to town centre. Breakfast was great! Aoife had a tray outside our door before 8 every morning with fruit, yogurts, cereal, fresh baked croissants, orange juice etc. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room also.

Perfect location! Hosts were wonderful - welcoming and helpful. It is a very lovely B&B. A very nice breakfast was included also.
