Under the chairs at the counter in the room had not been cleaned. The beds were not comfortable.

Reviewed Aug 20, 2024Everything was amazing! Directions for check-in were seamless. Everyone was friendly at the resort. Everything was so clean (even the bathroom outside by the kiddie pool area!). I felt safe everywhere walking around with my 4 year old toddlers. There is indoor putt putt with arcade on site when you need a break from the sun. Endless pool options, fun activities like free ice cream, but the best part was the quiet in the room. You were never bothered by the music or events if you wanted to get away. Walking distance to great food options and stores, we never even moved our car!
The grocery store could be closer and I never asked so I'm not sure but having the bistro offer some room service options would be a good idea! (They have fantastic breakfast and lunch with Starbucks of course!)
